I decided to stop by as it was on the way to my appointment. It was my first time here. I ordered on the app however my order wasn't ready even though I got there after the expected time. Some of the tables were dirty and they had ran out of a few items I ordered. I took my order to go. When I opened up my box, the biscuits were smashed. Placed an online order for pick up here, and when I walked in, there was only one other customer than myself, however the tables were all extremely dirty. Food and left over trash on all of them, so there was nowhere to sit and wait for my order.. the soda machine area was also extremely dirty and they were out of a couple of different soda syrups altogether. Went into this location to make a purchase. There was one woman ahead of me. The cashier was counting coins and NEVER looked at us. Finally after almost a 5 minute wait the woman in front of me saw a kiosk and used it to place an order. I placed my order on the kiosk but had one question, but the cashier NEVER looked at me. I am a big fan of KFC, but the one on TO Blvd. has to be ranked up there as the worst way to run a franchise. We went a couple of weeks back. There were a whopping three people working in the back. The main guy - maybe the manager - who knows, he wasn't wearing a name tag; tells us one minute and then is putting in biscuits in the oven, while we are watching him. This goes on for six minutes. Then he slugs on over. I should note, I had to yell out are you going to help us, as he was futzing around in the back. Another person in the back was spraying cleaning solution. Oh, did I mention they had been open for over two hours? When we finally got our food, my wife asked the guy a simple question on condiments and he snarled back that we couldn't get an extra dipping sauce. Wait it gets better. With the exception of two seating tables, the rest had either leftover food/trays on them or dirty. No one cleaned them while we were there. Although for a brief second, it looked possible. The third human walks out with a mop and one of those "yellow warning signs". She mopped a tiny spot, leaving the tables as dirty, and then walks away.
