Came here for a root beer float & a shake and was told to wait in the parking lot. Waited for 20 minutes for two drinks that were melted

Everytime I've gone they always take forever to take my order. Not cause they don't notice me or there's a line or anything. They just stand around talking or staring at junk as if they don't know what to do. Then it takes them forever to put together an order. How many people does it take to grab a biscuit and a side of mac and cheese?! When I got the mac and cheese it was not only cold but burnt as well. I went back in to complain and they acted as if it was my fault. They didn't want to take my word for it or replace it at first. I've been denied service or kicked out because they were closing 10 to 15 minutes early. They wouldn't even listen to what I wanted to order. Once I got there 10 minutes before they were suppose to close and found the doors already locked. I've never gone back since. I just go to Popeyes across the street. read more

Walked in and wasn't greeted at all. This place was disgustingly dirty. When we finally got to the counter to order the guy didn't acknowledge us at all. Also seemed to be high. Finally a girl took our order. Wasn't rude but was very careless. Went to get our drinks and there's a small trash can on the counter that was over flowing with garbage. I happened to look over into the kitchen... only to see liquid all over the floor, food everywhere, & trash on the ground. Needless to say we got our food and left. Even the door was sticky. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I won't eat here but my husband continues to. They consistently mess up orders...even when I ask them to make sure everything is there. They've asked me to park and wait 20 minutes for chicken, then completely forgot I was waiting. So I go in and the manager laughs, like it's funny. To Whom It May Concern: I bought a12 piece meal with bucket, coleslaw, 2 mash potatoes and gravy from the KFC in Tracy, California. I served my wife and 2 boys chicken and mashed potatoes. They ate it alright. But when I tried to serve myself, I opened the mash potato container. It smelled like chemicals. With all respect, it smells like a whiff of a drug lab. I have sensitive smell more than average people. I took the potatoes to my wife and one of my sons. I asked them if they smelled any? One of them said kind of smelled, the other said it was ok. But I asked my younger son whom has sensitive smell like mine. He said "Dad it does smell weird". But he could not describe it. I never noticed that before. Whatever in it I would like to know what preservatives are in it? It really closed my appetite to try eating it, nobody got sick or died. I just want to know what is in it. It needs to be watched. I am typically not one to leave a bad review but good lord. For whatever reason this KFC has the hardest time completing an order. I'm not sure if it's lack of training to the employees or just simple carelessness. I have yet to fully receive a complete order that isn't missing any items from this location. Today was simply the last straw for me. My boyfriend went to get me an order of mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and some honey. That's all. Nothing complicated, nothing crazy. Apparently this was the most complicated thing this store has ever encountered. I received everything aside from the biscuit. I'm having difficulty at understanding their intelligence level right now. I've worked in the food industry, both fast food & restaurants. So I know for a fact they have a screen that tells them the order & sometimes even a ticket. Why it's so difficult for them to read, comprehend, & act out this simple task is just beyond me. Again, not sure if all these problems are on management for not providing proper training, or if the store just has a total lack of regard of what working in the food industry is. On a positive note the food, that I do receive, is always fresh. Which isn't something you can say about a lot of fast food places. So I do appreciate that. read more

Since when do meals not come with drinks? What happened to the $5 box? Now it is over priced and this location messed up everything they gave me. Strips where not cooked in the middle, mac and cheese bad brown chunks in it, wedges were cold and chewy, and their ice machine was broken. I recently visited this establishment and ordered the famous bowl fill up. The bowl was crafted exquisitely by employee Aaron. The mash potatoes were moist and delicious while the chicken being fresh warm and crispy. I also ordered a root beer float. The float had the perfect ratio of ice cream to root beer. It was Devine. Clean KFC- and you can get A&W food here too-which is a big plus when dealing with a family who cannot decide what to eat- however this location has the worst service and ALWAYS check your drive thru order- they have forgotten my coldslaw, mashed potatoes & even my chicken nuggets...how do you forget the chicken at a chicken place? On my last drive thru visit- I ordered a mixed bucket of chicken with 2 sides...got home found out my bucket consisted of only thighs....I went back the next day to complain- the manager did give me a card for a new meal for my next visit, but told me they had run out of everything but thighs the night before...ok..but why didn't you tell me??? She shrugged & said we figured we'd deal with it IF some one compalined...REALLY? What a joke!!! A few days ago I stopped in for a fast lunch with starving kids (4 of us all together)... I had to wait and wait & wait for our order...every one behind the counter was moving, but no one was preparing food- it was like they were all lost. When the order came it was wrong for two of the meals and one meal was missing. The missing meal was for a BBQ shredded chicken sandwich. When I mentioned I was short this item they told me there were out of shredded chicken for the BBQ sandwich- could they dip the chicken breast -( which they held up- skin on and the bone in I might add) into the BBQ sauce & give me the bun on the side...WHAT? I asked for my money back on that one, gave the kids their food & then drove through Carls Jr on my way home...next time I am going Popeye's across the street... I may be slightly biased because I used to work at a KFC location. Pretty much the best location for myself because I live right around the corner, and pretty much the only reason why I stop here instead of the one on 11th St. Every single visit I make ends up with something missing from my order. Mostly very minor: no margarine spread, no utensils, napkins... Hey, I'm a chill person, I can overlook these things. Then they forgot my small mac&cheese. Hey, couple bucks, whatever. Then I found my large coleslaw missing. Okay... that was the only reason my dad wanted KFC. But hey, he's a chill guy too, whatever. But then they forgot my Popcorn Chicken. Really? My main portion of dinner? I've gone back numerous times since then to fetch the rest of my order. What pisses me off though are the looks on their faces as if I've done something wrong. Hmm. This place is the worst fast food restaurant. It's not fast, it's slow. If you go through the drive-through, they always tell you to pull around the front to wait and someone will bring your food to you. Well, you always wait 8-10 minutes, and then someone comes out with cold food for you. It's like they are waiting for you to come in and get your food, and when you don't, then they bring it out. The people that have served me here have, generally, been so polite that I feel no pleasure writing this review. I don't know if they got a new cook or a new manager who just doesn't give a **** about quality, but the last couple of times I've bought food there the biscuits have been undercooked and doughy, and the hot wings dry and hard. I may still go there to pick up some chicken only but I don't plan on buying any more chicken meals or hot wings there. I even mentioned to the girl at the drive-thru about how bad the biscuits were the last time I bought them there and she just laughed. This KFC is absolutely horrible! I have not come across one single nice person at this location. They seem to hire these high school kids that are so disrespectful and rude. Although KFC is just a fast food restaurant and I'm sure people have had there share of bad experiences (me included) I felt I had to share the exceptional customer service displayed at this location. I had made a special order that was going to take 20 minutes and the kind girl that helped me was so nice and pleasant. She offered me a drink for my wait and as I was waiting for my food I was gazing at the desserts and she asked what cake I would like and said she would give me one for being so patient. Giving this store a one star is way too much... I have been to this store for the past year and always out of an items. There drive through takes forever and they make me pull around everytime. On my last visit the drive through employees were cussing at each other right infront of me. I felt very uncomfortable with the employees yelling at each other in front of me. Horrible horrible horrible. My boyfriend and I try not to eat fast food but one night we both got home super late from work and we were starving! Went through the drive through and ordered food for ourselves and our two roommates. The person taking out order had us repeat it over 5 times... I'm not exgeratting when I say that. I wouldn't be upset, but I honestly feel like she was messing with us. I felt like we were talking really clearly and that she could hear us. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our food the young girl told us that they were out THREE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WE ORDERED. I work at a restaurant myself and I understand that running out of food is an unavoidable circumstance. But running out of three different things on a Wednesday night just seems bizarre to me. Poor management is really shown in a situation like that. Up to this point, while I was regretting my descsion to eat at a KFC, I was still trying hard to just believe the workers were probably not having a good night. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was until we FINALLY got our food. The employee practically threw it at us. She was the rudest person I believe I have ever met. Because we ordered a good amount of food I wanted to check that we had everything before we left. We were there literally a minute before the employee told us to move our car because we were holding up the line. THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US! I wanted to laugh out loud. Tuesday April 13th, 2021, my family decided we were going to have KFC. My son drove over there, to place the order and pick up the food. He goes inside, and the associate says "sorry our system is down, we can't take orders right now". My son asked how long before I can place an order. The associate says I don't know. So we decided on something else for dinner. Today Wednesday April 14th 2021, I called to ask a question, about 7pm. the young girl who answered the phone was just not interested in answering any questions. First of all she said what would you like? I said I would like to ask if I would like all dark meat, would that be a problem. Next thing she says is - what is your name? I told her again, I would like to ask a question - so I ask her again. Her response is "we have no chicken - you will need to order tomorrow". What is going on here? Okay first off let me just say that I wish there was an option for zero Stars so I'm only giving one star I went there tonight ordered the $20 fill up meal and a extra mac&cheese the meal comes with eight pieces of chicken so I informed them that I wanted mostly thighs, legs ,and breast, and if possible no wings they told me it would be no problem so anyways they give me my bag I get home which is all the way across town open everything and the potatoes one of them was only halfway full which is unacceptable but I didn't complain about it then I proceeded to open the bucket of chicken there are 5 Wings in the bucket which leaves me with only 1 leg 1 breast 1 thigh again unacceptable they also forgot my mac and cheese so I called the store the girl answers I asked for a manager she proceeded to tell me that he's in the restroom and cannot speak with me so I explained to her what had happened with the meal and she told me that I could come back down with the receipt and she would give me my Mac and Cheese Plus a couple of legs to make up for inconvenience so I proceeded to drive all the way across town again I get to the drive-thru window they inform me the only thing they're giving me is my mac and cheese and they refuse to give me any extra chicken and close the window now let me tell you this the chicken I do have at home when I opened it the leg and the thigh that was in there look like somebody had torn it apart these people acted as if I was trying to scam them out of more chicken they are the ones that offered me a couple of extra legs for the inconvenience this store is unacceptable it's dirty they scam you out of your food only feeling containers halfway and they lie ! I will be calling corporate to complain about them and I will no longer be going to their store it is awful and no I'm not mad about not getting the extra piece of chicken it's just the point that they offer you something for your DriveTime because of their mistake and once you get there they refuse you and treat you like you are the scammer it is very unprofessional to treat your customers this way so YES 0000 stars for the Tracy location read more
