Okay first off let me just say that I wish there was an option for zero Stars so I'm only giving one star I went there tonight ordered the $20 fill up meal and a extra mac&cheese the meal comes with eight pieces of chicken so I informed them that I wanted mostly thighs, legs ,and breast, and if possible no wings they told me it would be no problem so anyways they give me my bag I get home which is all the way across town open everything and the potatoes one of them was only halfway full which is unacceptable but I didn't complain about it then I proceeded to open the bucket of chicken there are 5 Wings in the bucket which leaves me with only 1 leg 1 breast 1 thigh again unacceptable they also forgot my mac and cheese so I called the store the girl answers I asked for a manager she proceeded to tell me that he's in the restroom and cannot speak with me so I explained to her what had happened with the meal and she told me that I could come back down with the receipt and she would give me my Mac and Cheese Plus a couple of legs to make up for inconvenience so I proceeded to drive all the way across town again I get to the drive-thru window they inform me the only thing they're giving me is my mac and cheese and they refuse to give me any extra chicken and close the window now let me tell you this the chicken I do have at home when I opened it the leg and the thigh that was in there look like somebody had torn it apart these people acted as if I was trying to scam them out of more chicken they are the ones that offered me a couple of extra legs for the inconvenience this store is unacceptable it's dirty they scam you out of your food only feeling containers halfway and they lie ! I will be calling corporate to complain about them and I will no longer be going to their store it is awful and no I'm not mad about not getting the extra piece of chicken it's just the point that they offer you something for your DriveTime because of their mistake and once you get there they refuse you and treat you like you are the scammer it is very unprofessional to treat your customers this way so YES 0000 stars for the Tracy location read more

Ordered from here a few weeks ago. The food was good, though I've had many issues with this location in particular in the past (forgotten food, wrong orders, cold, etc.). This time, after I got home, I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged $23. This was the price of what I ordered, but the problem was that I had paid partially with $18 cash and asked for the last $5 on my card. The cashier Issiahm or one of the other employees at the time had simply pocketed the $18. The manager implied that I was lying because she said that the drawers were normal for that day and saw no suspicious activity on the cameras. This has been exhausting, and I have put in more than $18 worth of effort just trying to get my money back, calling the location multiple times, digging through trash to find my receipt, calling corporate and making two separate claims cases about the incident. At this point it has become more about the principle than the money. Heavily recommend everyone stay away from this location. read more

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to.. The employees here are rude and just unhappy.. No matter how you say it.. They always get your order wrong.. The employees are always in a hurry to rush you out... Before taking my order from the employees hand I asked her to make sure that it was correct .. She said it was correct and of course it was incorrect... When I called to let them know... The assistant manager was no help at all I guess that's where the employees get the rudeness from ... When in last night for a burger and fries. Time stamp on my receipt was 6:01. The order did not come out until 6:40. The drive thru was being serviced while dine in customers just sat around waiting, Once I had my order the fries were cold. I took them back to the counter and complained. I used to love KFC and haven't had it in at least 2 years since Popeyes has been popping up more all over the place and my family loves their crunchy chicken. I went to this KFC about an hour and 15 mins before they closed (in drive thru) order a 10 piece bucket and the girl tells me it'll be 10-15 mins for any chicken orders. I say ok I'll come back so my kid and I go to buy drinks at Winco & come back about 15 mis later. I was thinking ok this might be worth the wait since we're going to get fresh chicken but nooooo we order inside and the guy says oh I might not have enough. He starts rummaging through 3 other buckets of chicken under the empty broiler pans and says oh ok I got it. Didn't even ask me what type of chicken I wanted. My son really wanted to try their crispy chicken but got stuck with old, soggy, some skinless, original recipe chicken. Terrible experience. Don't come here. It was a long day and evening and decided to order dinner for myself and family here on Wednesday night. It was about 9:30 pm and my family wanted the chicken tenders but they were out of chicken tenders. It really grinds my gears when a restaurant doesn't have something that they regularly cook on a day to day basis. Maybe it was because it was close to closing but really, either they didn't want to cook any or maybe they were really out of the item but it was discouraging because then I had to choose on the fly what the replacement was going to be when the chicken tenders was what they specifically wanted. So I decided to get a burger (A&W) and the girl says let me check to see if there are any patties. I'm like seriously?! Now you're gonna tell me you don't have any burger patties?! Anyways, they ended up having burger patties but I got my order home and the burger patty was cold. Like it was sitting out on the grill or in some tray and they decided to throw in my burger. To boot, my fries were cold and stale! I'm sure those fries that I tried to eat were left out since lunch and I was the fool who they decided to give the old crusty fries too. Tried to give this horrible place another try since I got a message from someone I am assuming corporate, and trying to do some retention with customers. Went in today, and nothing changed and they still got very poor managment (Tyler) working there. The kid got a bad attitude! No wonder this chicken place is always out of chicken. Tyler does not want to cook anymore chicken once 9pm comes. I Witness two potential customers walk out because they over heard the employee telling me they didn't have anymore chicken until tomorrow, no burgers, no corn, no strings beans, and no wings. People spoke up about the lack of food and not one employee apologize nor did Tyler aka manager tried to fix the issue. They need to fire managment, and not worry about given us free food for the lack of service. Something needs to change not free food that they won't have anyways. It's pretty sad this is the only KFC in town and it's run so very poorly. We work hard and don't always want to cook and KFC is not dependable for that break night. I have grown up on KFC since I was a child. And I had never a super seriously complaint until tonight. I stopped eating KFC when the quality started falling off and Popeye's was serving better chicken than any of the three chicken fast food restaurants. It got a little late so I needed to eat and decided to go to KFC. So when I get there, there were 2 cars and a full size pick up truck backing out of the drive thru. I wondered if they were closed so I parked and walked up and the door was open and the hours of operation were til 10pm. This was at 8:15. So 3 Families walked out because there was possibly a 30 Minute wait for chicken as they were out. All of The warmers were empty and they were cleaning up like they were closing or something. After standing at the counter and no one asking to take my order. I caught the attention of a Young Man and asked him if they had any chicken. He asked Me what I was going to order. N I replied, " I wanted two of the 3pc meals, 1- Nashville Hit n 1- Georgia Gold. I waited 20 for my order to be ready. Upon getting my order that was almost given to another customer, I noticed the box for the sides but my coleslaw was missing. The kid at the counter says, " O Yeah, thats What I was forgetting. " And He grabs the bag w The Two coleslaws in it and puts it into my bag. I get home and to my utter dismay after waiting 20 minutes for my order was still not right. I had 2pcs of chicken in one box and 1 in the other. So I was short 3pcs of chicken n they were all done the same and not the two separate styles That I had asked for. I called the Mgr and complained and she told me to come back for a refund and to pick up the order the way it was supposed to be made. This is the worst kfc that I've ever ordered from. I've gone here several times at different days of the week and found the service was very consistent in that it sucked. There is always just one cashier who is always scrambling to take orders, prepare orders and hand out orders. My average wait time after ordering is about 18 minutes. Tonight, I waited 15 minutes when they finally told me they are out of original. They said it would take another 20 minutes to cook. Freakin idiots. Every time I come to this store!it is the same type of issues... Today there were 4 people in the back cleaning, probably to leave early, and 1 cashier in front scrambling to help just 3 customers. It was an hour and a half before closing. Unfortunately this is now the only kfc left in Tracy. Popeyes is my go-to now but my family still loves kfc. Today I asked the employee to check that my side was correct because the receipt said something different, she insured me it was correct and didn't bother to check. Watch out. Use cash here only. There are people here who steals your credit card number and uses it. My credit card number got stolen 3 times, and each time it happened after we visited this spot, so we put it together that someone here steals credit card info. It's annoying. Twice I've been to this location and no chicken an hour and a half prior to closing. Last Friday 8:30 only had old legs and wings when I asked how long to cook more I was told 25 minutes but they weren't cooking anymore because it was too close to closing (10:00). She explained they quit cooking at 8:30 because it gets slow then. There were at least six employees. Wonder if the store owner knows he pays their wages to quit working an hour and a half early. I came here to get dinner for my family and they told me that it would be a 25 minutes wait and hen the 25 minute wait was done, they came to tell me itll be n additional 15-20 minutes. The manager is very rude didn't say sorry for the wait or no discount for the long wait. Was very short and rude, I understand that it's not her fault but be a little more sincere about your customers. Also I noticed that most reviews we because of the lack of food they have available but maybe order a little more food then you are. The floors are very dirty, the staff who helped me and my grandmother and mother in law continually talked rude to us and about us when they thought we couldn't hear them. BIG MISTAKE! we walked in ordered some burgers, they were out of tomato, they FORGOT to put lettuce in our burgers, seriously FORGOT??? how??? Since the moment I walked in all I hear and see is an employee sitting on the drive thru counter with her purse on top, and also what it seems to be the shift leader or person in charge with her long acrylic nails without any gloves, using her phone (which has more microbial germs than a toilet seat) and then touching food without washing her hands. As a former fast food employee and now health care provider I find it and know that it is UNSANITARY and CROSS CONTAMINATION. At this moment I'm not saying anything because I know how it felt to work in the fast food industry, but what was more rude and awakening that I literally waited over 8 minutes to be attended while they were all clearly in front of me and having personal conversations with chaotic laughter. I'm still clearly not greeted at this moment, until a young gentleman (not to be racist or rude since I didn't get his name) Pacific Islander/Asian young man who came back from the back who was working really hard was polite and took my order which I appreciate him taking the anitiative to attend me. This was my motive to do this survey because he was clearly doing everyone's job, while I ordered and was waiting for my food, he was waiting for his coworkers to make fresh food, but the person in charge who I think her name is Hannah did not allow him and gave me cold left overs that were already sitting there for a while, I was really disappointed, highly disatisfied, and disgusted by. As I look around for a table to sit at all I see was dirty tables, floors covered in soda/fluid that clearly looks like it was sitting for a while since it was sticky. All I have to say that it's not fair how they left one person do all the work and not pay attention of the restaurant. If I were to be a mystery shopper or and audit I would clearly not let this restaurant pass in what so ever and I recommend for them to be trained or educated of what is the proper way to have a clean sanitary restaurant with proper customer service or at least TRY, before they do! read more

Terrible customer service. Rather go to Popeyes now. Just got home from ordering our two $5.00 fill ups. One pot pie and the three piece tender. When my husband opened his pot pie he found apples instead. I called down there and Taylor answered the phone. When I told her what happened and said my husband is on his way to get his order fixed she replied with well I just sold my last two you'll have to wait 20 min. Few things that is not right about this KFC location...1) they rarely have grilled chicken and always tell me there is only one or two left. So I just always agree to get original. 2) I rarely get my reciept, like last night I didnt get it so I dont even know who took my order so I can complain to managers 3) THIS LOCATION should have no drive thru there is nothing about that is driving thru. Most of the time, they tell you to pull over on the side. Yesterday, I waited 40 minutes for my food. NOT EXAGERATING!!! I actually had to go back to the drive thru and ask for a refund. Only then they said my order is ready. My baby is in the car crying. I hope KFC reads these review, people go to drive thru for a reason. They really need to improve their drive thru. 4) Got home and they got my order wrong. So I called them. I ask who is in charge I was told by the girl on the phone she is 2nd in line, I ask whos 1st in line. She said the owner. She confidently spelled out the owners name, attitude to show me it doesnt matter if I complain. Maybe its a relative of the owner, chains today...quality and service has gone done depends on who owns it. I think after yesterday experience I will no longer go to this location, and tell my family & friends to do the same and spread the words. Normally, I just let it go, Im upset because I have a crying baby in the car. I don't plan on comming back to eat here again. They ran out of menu items again. They young girl at the register also informed us that certain sides were impossible and when my boyfriend asked why it was impossible she said because they weren't sides even though the were on the sides menu. A bit confusing. The food was lukewarm. They didn't have the root beer that you could pull yourself, which was the whole reason we went. The regular dispenser was flat. On top of this one of the employees began mopping while we were eating. My boyfriend and I both work places where we half to clean sometimes when customers are present but we would never block access to important areas like the soda fountain. The most frustrating part was that she mopped in front of our table leading to the exit. My boyfriend is recovering from an injury and temporarily uses a cane. It made us both nervous for him to have to slowly walk across wet and soapy floors. read more
