This place always messes up my orders. One time, this cashier named Alyssap said that my debit card declined, I said try it again because I knew I had money on it, she did and said "Okay it went through." A few minutes later I realized that they charged me twice for the order. Now I'm not one to complain, I noticed that they only gave me one chicken instead of the 2 piece I ordered. That's fine. But I wasn't about to let them do this s*%€ again so my mom and I went back and get my refund AND that darn chicken. And the manager was nice about it. He explained it thoroughly that it was a system glitch and the other order should be refunded. He then told us to come to the drive-thru to get that one chicken. The girl who swiped my card TWICE, said "Why are you here?" We said, to get that last darned chicken please, we also explained to her that she accidentally swiped my card twice, she explained what the manager said again but this time in a condescending tone saying "Didn't he already explain this to you?" I was shocked because she was talking to my momma. I was not about to let her talk to my mom like that, and neither was my mom. So my mom said "You are so rude" and this girl, Alyssap, then says "No YOU'RE rude!" And then laughed and slammed the door. Now at this point I was laughing because so help me God I was this close to throwing hands but I am not that type of person. She then threw the bag with that chicken onto our car. I know going in that there's a high turnover of workers which leads to lacking customer service. And they are usually out of something or you have to wait for them to cook something. Today's annoyance was that while waiting for my order, about 4-5 young black males came in and were enthusiastically greeted by 2 young male KFC workers in red shirts and handed a box of food without ringing it up. Subsequently the young lady in a black shirt who rung me up did the same. When the young lady announced my order was ready she handed it over and immediately walked away to get more things for the non paying acquaintance. I stood there to check my order on my own it was wrong. And I had to ask for plates. Usually the KFC workers go through the order with you and ask if you need honey or anything else-- even when they are busy! I was the only paying customer in the store at the time! So I usually don't leave bad reviews and this one isn't completely bad, but it did put a damper on my day. Today I went to this KFC and ordered the 2 for one papa burger meals, and then we ordered a famous bowl and 2 chicken littles! After my order the woman at the speaker box didn't give me a total or tell me which window to go to she said okay come up. So we went to he first window. Only to sit there for 5 mins until we realized no one was coming to help. (Yes we know we're stupid for waiting 5 mins at the wrong window) When we get up to the correct window the girl tell me my total, and takes my card. I didn't get a receipt. Then she hands me my food. Luckily we were traveling home so we wanted to eat in the car in the parking lot. So we find a nice shaded spot to eat our food when I open my bag, (which was the famous bowl) everything is covered in gravy! They didn't put the lid on correctly and it covered all the food in the bag with gravy! It sucked, I cleaned it up and I moved on. When I go to mix everything together in the famous bowl it's like soup, there is so much gravy it's crazy! Plus there is no corn. We decided to go to the speaker box so I can get something different because at this point I'm just eating sodium with a bit of chicken. We get to the window and I tell the girl what's wrong and she said oh yeah that's because we're out of corn...I get pop corn chicken instead and we leave without a I'm sorry or any form of good customer service. It would have been so much easier for the girl who initially took my order told me that they were out of corn! Luckily all the other food was prepared well. My husband and I decided to try out their new chicken sandwich. We ordered 2 regulars and one spicy. When we got home we couldn't tell which one was the spicy one because none of them tasted spicy but since only one of them had pickles we thought maybe that was the spicy one. But again it didn't taste spicy so I decided to give them a call. As it turns out we never got a spicy one but instead got 3 regular sandwiches and only one had pickles in it. . Does that even make sense? According to them they all come with pickles so how I only got one sandwich with pickles is beyond me. Even the young girl on the phone couldn't give a reasonable explanation as to how they screwed up my order. But she did offer to fix it if I was willing to drive back across town which I didn't want to do. Needless to say I was frustrated . My grandson ended up with cheese on his burger. We ordered a plain burger. My son ordered gravy, but ended up with mashed potatoes and gravy. My burger was so cold that there is no way it could be freshly made. It was as chilly to the touch. I threw it away. This is the last time I will waste my money there. Wow, from the looks of all the previous reviews, I am not alone in my sentiments about this particular KFC store! I pop by every Monday to pick up some KFC original for my mom who loves the stuff. The store opens at 10:30 a.m. and I usually arrive around 11:00 a.m. but they are often out of original recipe. OK, I can deal with the occasional spike in demand which temporarily kills the supply...but when a store is almost always out of their mainstay product thirty minutes after opening, there is a management problem!!! Today, I waited almost twenty-five minutes for my order and at that time, only one of the three boxes I'd ordered was ready to go. And when I asked to cancel my order, there was no attempt by the manager handling my refund to apologize or even to try to make nice. She just sullenly gave me my money back. I have been going back and forth on doing a review. Last Saturday July 7th around 4pm went to get some chicken. We haven't been back for over 6months being the last time went thru drive thru got home and had the wrong order. We do not live close like 15miles away. Say the least the order we received was for a family of 4 and we where feeding 7 people. Not enough food. So this time went in to order and they said that it would be 40 minutes being they where all out and had the attitude that they really did not want to make any being they did not have an answer on why they had not one piece of chicken at 4pm on a Saturday. The manager lied and said she heard the employee ask me if I wanted a receipt. The manager said I have to leave and then come back if they didn't give me a receipt in order to honor their policy. Ráchelle Who identified herself as being the manager of the store was not very pleasant and seemed very upset when we called to inform why our order was blessed you and two gravy's missing! She informed me that it was my son's fault for changing the order and that they were forced to take everything out of the bag and place everything back in forgetting to put the two tubs of gravy. Her suggestion to fix it was for us to drive 20 minutes back to the store to get our gravy and that she would give us a three dollar off the box of french fries. Of course we were not going to go back as I was afraid that The gravy and french fries would be sabotaged! So sad that this Kentucky fried chicken has gone completely down the drain!! This was possibly the WORST thing i have eaten in forever! We went thru drive up to get cole slaw. Cole slaw was good, as it always is. But, we ordered a 6 piece of Hot Wings, again, Hot Wings! Keep in mind we are suppose to be sheltering in place except for essentials trips. We had to get gas and thought that since we were out we'd pick up some cole slaw for pulled pork we had at home. When we got to the drive through saw that they had HOT WING, sure why no try them. Got home, opened them up and found 6 dried up wings with a huge glop of BBQ sauce on them. REALLY.??? What the hell!
