Food is cold! Customer service is not the greatest. They messed up my order several times. Tracy KFC you need to do better.

We ordered the spicy chicken wings and fries, which were fire!!!... The food was cooked fresh, flavorful, and still was hot when we got home. They would've gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude old white lady taking the orders at the window. She rushed us while we were deciding. Then had the audacity to say, " how many chicken wings do you want?". Then when we gave our answer she replied back with, "oh no we couldn't possibly make u 8 wings". The staff is rude to the point of saying "have a good fucking day" when closing the window. Every time we go there are several items unavailable from the menu including their signature A&W root beer. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I saw the commercial for their chicken sandwich and decided to try it. It was ROCK HARD! The fries were completely stale and inedible. The whole experience was a major let down. I think they need to close this location. It's beyond bad. read more

Somehow never have crispy chicken and I need to wait 30 minutes (literally out of the 10 times I've gone since living in Tracy 5 I've been told this, maybe odd coincidence?) yesterday I got the regular instead because of the wait, somehow it comes out like half crispy greasy and I got about two bites in before I was done. Can't give them less than one star. Rude staff at the location--yelling through the door. The website is poorly designed and the ordering process is clunky. There were no condiments AT ALL in the bag, despite my specific request. The staff was rude. I mean not even a package of butter for my 4 biscuits. Not a drop of sauce for my 12 tenders. My chicken was good and my fries were very fresh. The only thing is there attitude here is horrible. The cashier and lady who handed me the order had an attitude and they made me wait almost 15 minutes for my food when they said 5. I visited this Tracy CA KFC location and was extremely excited to try the chicken sandwich. I am very disappointed they used leftover chicken pieces and there was a huge bone in my burger. I could not even enjoy my sandwich because when I bit into the sandwich I hurt my tooth against the bone. If you love chicken stay far away from this filthy place. I went in on this date and they were out of root beer. They call themselves KFC / A & W and how could they be out of root beer and chicken items? I tried to order a chicken pot pie. They were out of them too. The customer behind me told me they never have root beer nor chicken pot pies in stock for the last month that she's aware of. She said it right in front of the cashier. She asked the very nice cashier but she said to call during the week and speak to the manager. This place is filthy. There were bread & chicken crumbs and greasy finger prints everywhere on the counter. They had so many employees why aren't some of them assigned to cleaning up. I don't normally leave reviews but they earned this one... showed up 2 hours before closing with 6 kids and 3 adults. Tried to order some chicken as it is kfc and they let me know they had none made and weren't planning on making more. It would be at least a 30 min wait. Really wanted KFC tonight. Service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order while watching employees playing on their phone and talking to each other. One woman was waiting for them to fix her order and they used their fingers to put Mac n cheese in a container. They messed up my order. Had to wait at the counter for my missing items and silverware and sauce because they put no sauces on my receipt while not even asking me if I want any upon ordering chicken strips. 3 employees walked past me ignoring me while waiting at the counter. Tonight I was in the mood for a chicken dinner. I decided to go to KFC. I contemplated going to Popeyes but since KFC has a drive through, that was the choice. I ordered what they call 3 piece big box. 3 pieces of chicken, 2 sides , a biscuit and a drink. With tax it was over $14.00. I get home and open the box to discover that they only gave me 2 pieces of chicken! What's so darn hard about counting to 3? The chicken pieces looked more like pigeon or maybe parakeet. Super small leg that was literally 1 bite. The thigh was small and I assume my missing piece is small too!!! I get the economy is driving up prices but at least have the decency to learn how to count to three! If they want I can come down and give them a class on counting. I won't even charge. Came in ten minutes before dining room closes. 4 people in line ahead of me. Then 2 came in behind me. So 7 people in line. One employee on register, one employee on drive thru and two CLEANING the kitchen. Hello. Dont you think the two employees cleaning the kitchen for their own benefit (clean store and go home early) could help with making the food, so all 7 of us in line, dont have to wait 8-9 minutes to get our order?????????? This location should be closed for business. This is the worst kfc I have ever been to in my entire life. I'm not trying to sound dramatic but literally ever time I've been to the location I'm always greeted with poor customer service, sub par food and I always have to pull around to the front of the store while they figure it out inside. It appears there is a bunch unmotivated people running a muck in the store. Today however was especially unacceptable. I was attempting to order my food and was told almost everything I wanted was not ready and was going to have to wait in the front of the store for an undisclosed amount of time. So I just settled on the world driest hot dog that had to have been sitting in a dehydrator for years. No fries go figure so I ordered Mac and cheese which was... dry burnt and old. I went to KFC to purchase chicken through the drive thru. I wanted to order a 24 piece chicken only dinner meal. I was told to hold on because, he didn't think they had chicken available. He returns and tells me he can give me half and that's the best he could do. I was thinking, I came here to order chicken but not only did they not have my chicken he changed my order. My order was wrong, and when I came back to get the missing item I was told they "wouldn't do it" because I didn't call ahead. In what world does a customer have to call ahead to receive a missing item? There were absolutely no instructions on the receipt stating that I had to do this, so how would I know?
