I swore I'd never go to kfc again after my last experience at another location and I love kfc I actually wrote to customer service and received a voucher which I was going to use and be done with kfc. So I decided to go out of my way an extra 10 min to this location and I'm glad I did. Not only was the service as fast as it could have been without me having to pull around and park for the first time in forever but everything was in the bag and to top it off it was all hot and the chicken wasn't greasy at all like is standard at the other location. Never have an issue at this location. As long as you go at a reasonable time, food is alway hot and fresh. Not a late night place to go since they don't ever seem busy after nine so I would stick to Taco Bell or Cook Out for late nights. But when it comes to KFC's in the area, I would suggest this one over all the others especially the one on S. Independence which you will always be waiting for more than 30 mins at. The holland location will have you in and out in less than 5 minutes because they actually know what they're doing. read more

The worst KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Twice I got chicken and had to throw it out. The first time it was cold and old, wouldn't feed it to my dog. Not the best KFC I've ever been to. The first time I went in they ran out of cooked chicken- that's fine, it happens (though every time it happens at a KFC it makes me wondering if it's the menu or the stock of chicken they have that is bottlenecking them). Okay, cool, got food somewhere else. Today, June 10th, I went in for a fill up box with an extra biscuit and a second side. Macaroni was pretty okay, can't complain. Biscuits are pretty good like I usually think they are. The main event- the chicken- was extra greasy. Tasted soggy, kinda like the skin was seasoned wet cardboard. I was just greeted with "what do you want to order" I greeted the cashier with "how are you doing". I received no answer, just a smirk and a stare. I asked again being polite hoping that she just didn't hear me, she then sighed and said, "exhausted"! What is going on here? Is that how KFC operates, just unfriendly and rude. Visited this location last night (14 Jan 18 ) and was very disappointed. Wanted an 8 piece bucked but they only had legs and thighs ( which I understand happened, especially later on in the night) although I understand this happens I feel like you shouldn't be charged full price. But that's another story. My overall issue is that the chicken was plain awful! Zero taste and extra greasy, taste like it's been sitting there all day. Just overall let down. Ordered a Nashville hot 3pc tender with potato wedges and two chicken little. One little regular and one little with Georgia gold sauce. Food wasn't ready so waited off to the side which was no big deal. Waited about 8 minutes. Got home and there was barely any sauce on the tenders. Enough to coat half of one. Then opened the littles up and they didn't put Georgia gold on one. Little things like that make me furious when I look forward to a sauce or flavor. The worst KFC I have ever been to. Took 20 minutes to get 1 side and it's not because they were backed up it's because there were only 2 employees working the whole store. I got no greeting, I had to say something and was immediately greeted with "I'll be with you in a second". I proceed to wait a couple minutes and then when I got to the window not a word was said to me until I was handed my receipt and I got a "have a good night". This is my second time visiting this location and experiencing an issue. The first incident occurred on the 21st . On this particular day my cookie was left out of my fill up box. I came back to this location at 9:36 pm in an attempt to purchase another five dollar fill up box and was informed by a worker in drive thru that they only had grilled chicken as well as crispy chicken. I asked if they would be making more original as it was only 9:36 pm and the woman informed me that no the store would not be making any more original chicken even though the hours on the door state that the store is open until 11pm with the lobby staying open until 10pm. So to start we were not far enough up the the speaker to order from the cars all backed up, and Mike is the guy taking the drive orders is constantly saying can I help you (clearly not since you can't hear me Michael). So get to the speaker and the wife and I order two 5 dollar fill up mac and cheese bowls, then he asked if we wanted the just the bowls or the meals.I asked what is the price of the bowls alone, he then says 2 cents different which i a load of BS so we order the two 5 dollar fill ups and I tell him our drinks. Then Mike reads my back my order which was no where near what we said to him. So I proceed to say no the Mac and Cheese bowls. Mike then tries to make me look like an idiot and condescendingly says well you need to tell me which bowl we have multiple. No kidding Michael we said in the very beginning 2 MAC AND CHEESE BOWLS, idiot. So i let that go we get to the window and he they asks what were your two drinks which we said twice while ordering. He then hands us the drinks and under his breath says your welcome, when I was clearly handing the drinks to my wife.
