Ordered for dine-in. The employee doesn't seem like he wants to take our order or even be there. We ordered rootbeer float, chicken tenders w/ sauces and papa burger meal. Sat down with the rootbeer float and there was no spoon provided. Had to go to counter to get a spoon. Food was ready, sat down again and there were no sauces provided as requested. Had to go to counter and all employees were in the back out of sight. Sat down again and started to eat. Not a single napkin provided nor any available on tables/counter to get ourselves, again had to wait at counter for help. They seem to miss the basic stuff and have a poor attitude on top of it. this place sucks. read more

When we go to KFC we know what to expect in regards to quality of food, so they were good on the kfc bowl I ordered, however they didn't ask me if I wanted it spicy or not. Due to that I got the wrong type and was heavily disappointed for I risked leaving the house for the wrong bowl. Roger the polar ice swirl cookie dough but they simplify sprinkled these cookie dough cubs and it wasn't infused into the plain ice cream, extremely lackluster. Just went to our only KFC in West Sacramento on Westacre Rd. Haven't been there for a long while because their service sucked. So today I decide to go there and order my usual, 4 crispy breasts and 2 large fries. I was told by the lady at the window that they had NO BREASTS AT ALL and it would take 30 to 45 minutes to make some fresh. By now I'm pissed! This is the same shit that happened before and why I stopped ordering food from this location. If the manager can't do her job, then fire her ass and hire somebody who is competent to do the job right. I wish this was the end of the story but it's not. Looked in my rearview mirror as I was leaving and saw my next-door neighbor behind me. I left the store and drove home. Not only that, every time they get at least one thing on my order wrong. My latest trip, I made a HUGE deal of telling them I did not want cheese on anything. I used love coming to this KFC but Im officially done. The food is just terrible. It just gets progressively worst. I didnt mind the terrible customer service but now its showing in their food. A while back I had a batch of burned fries and it had the flavor of oil that hasnt been changed for weeks. Today since they discontinued the Nashville chicken sandwich i had to order the bacon burger. They gave me 2 patties cheese and a pickle on it. How do you forget the bacon on a bacon burger? The root beer i ordered had 4 cubes of ice and was 3/4 of the way filled. Wtf? And the fries were cold. I dont know which KFC is the worst but this has to be near the top read more

Okay first of all, two times in a row we placed an order over DoorDash for delivery, first time it took forever and the driver kept waiting outside as they requested from him. After literally over an hour (an hour and half to be more specific), they told him that they are closing and ran out of chicken I'm like wth?!! Second time, something over DoorDash, and they straight up told him that they won't take or do my order!!! I placed an online order tonight for an 8 piece meal. I was emailed a 5:36pm pickup time. I arrived at the Westacre Road restaurant in West Sacramento. The person said that the order would be ready in the few minutes. 20 minutes later, she then said "5 more minutes." While I was waiting, a corporate inspector came in to check on the store. She walked around taking pictures of the chicken in the rotisserie but didn't seem to notice the guy who'd been standing there for an hour. When the order finally came up after an hour, the person said "sorry for the wait." I asked if she could send over the inspector, and that the hour wait was unacceptable. She went to get the inspector who said "I don't take complaints... have him contact corporate." The person at the counter then told me to write corporate to complain. She then said "sorry, but if you didn't like waiting you should have cancelled your order." This was a HORRIBLE way to treat customers and I'll be unlikely to return to KFC anytime soon. read more

I think things are turning around about a bit here. Past few times have been good. Weeks ago, tried to order a burger, but they said they couldn't make one at the moment. The manager, I think, blonde hair, was talking in Spanish to the cashier helping me. I understood his Spanish. He said he would personally make our burgers, as something was wrong with the cook top. Friggin awesome, made my boy happy. Then again, a few days ago, they didn't have enough original for a 16 pc. This same blonde haired manager, asked if I could wait 5 min as fresh batch was almost done. Really made me happy, as 5 min is very acceptable.. In the past, I was told you were out or they'd have to make it and wait a long time, or just throw crispy in the bucket which I don't care for. Anyhoo, this mostly Hispanic staff (which I love by the way) seems to have turned this location around, they seem to work well together AND actually care about it's customers. He ask name on order and he'll go check. But he did not give me a answer afterward when he brought out more order. So I ask again after 15 minutes.
