They are clean inside with lots of seats and space the prices are decent and they always have deals on their family meals. They've done a great job at cleaning this location and hiring workers who really care about the quality of the food they're sending out as well as the appearance of the dining room. My food came out hot and fresh, the chicken was crispy and meat was juicy. I decided to order the chicken wraps. I got the spicy one and the original one. They were both warm and pretty good tasting. I wish that they had slaw in the original one as well. I need to make sure to ask for it next time! The woman in the drive thru window was kind and very prompt. She made sure that I got all of the sauces that I asked for and made sure to give me my receipt. I gave the 4 stars due to the fries being cold. I hadn't been to KFC in a long time. So long in fact, I didn't know grilled chicken had been discontinued! Whaat!?? It was our go to. So I looked on the menu for a sandwich option. Not one that isn't fried. My order was messed up, and I did call about it. That's no so much my point. It is about quality. KFC needs to step up their game. Why not keep quality standards high? Of the two chicken breasts one was had only a couple of small bites of chicken on it. Literally the bone and coating were more than the meat. The second one was better but not as big as previously. The biscuits! Wow. Smaller, flatter. Crumbly, not appetizing and NOT the good biscuits I used to love. KFC is a legendary brand. With all the new chains and healthy food options popping up on a daily basis, wouldn't it make sense to keep your quality up when someone does choose you for their chicken meal? IMO too much "sauce" in the coleslaw makes for a messy attempt at . opening the lid and a lot left over and wasted in the bottom of the container. But Gladly still tasty. Terrible service. We drove up and asked if they has spicy chicken and were told no, so we ordered some tenders and were asked if we wanted regular or spicy. Thought they didn't have spicy. They respond that it's a spicy sauce that they put on the chicken to make it spicy. Wow. We also had a Large Diet Vanilla Root Beer with our order. The person at the drive-through handed us a medium, so we asked if it was a Large. They take it back and we could hear it thump into a large trash can. They hand us a Large, so we ask if it's a diet. Again, they takes it back, and we hear a large thump noise. No "sorry" and certainly no smile at all during this visit. Nothing much to report, KFC is - well KFC at pretty much all the different locations. Only difference is the customer service you encounter, the wait time until you receive your food and of course, the quality of your food. Only once in a lifetime craving for KFC hit today, and it just so happens that we had a coupon for 9 pieces of drumstick/thighs for $9.99. So my visit consisted of going through the drive thru, placing my order and then receiving my order all in under 10 minutes. In following Covid prevention precautions, the workers do not reach out for your payment, instead they stick a dish out where you either put your money or coupon. But they do recommend paying with your card. The Original Chicken was soggy - I remembered why I never ordered this. The Extra crispy is where it's at. Although some pieces were heavily thick - the extra crispy has a lot of flavor and the pieces of meat are bigger. This location has good customer service through the drive-thru. read more

Okay....I like my dood hot, I'm happy!! 30 minutes later and multiple people AFTER us served. Guy comes out with a small bag. We ask where the other bag is, gives us attitude and tells us we only ordered 2 of the 3 meals, plus cheese curds..... Ummmmm, no. We show him the receipt. That diffused quickly. All of a sudden, 2 minutes later, he comes back with the remainder order. What happened to this whole it taking a ton of time to make the patties....? Fries are cold and hard as rocks. I was given food that had been given to someone else that took the chicken outside for several minutes and then brought it back because it wasn't their order. The employees tried to hide the fact that the chicken was returned and then given to me. They said it was different food but they never took anything out of holding ovens, they took it around the corner where they just rebagged it and then walked all the way around the center island and then handed it to me. Ordered KFC through GrubHub last week. The process was easy enough. The delivery was about 10 minutes longer than listed (though it was raining). The order was accurate. The quality... There was what appeared to be a "ramen" noodle in the chicken tray (see photos). How does a noodle get INSIDE the container? Was the cook just eating their dinner while making mine? Did the GrubHub driver stop to have noodles on the way, and decide to peek into my order? Did the noodle spontaneously erupt from the chicken? Or most disturbingly, was it NOT IN FACT A NOODLE?!
