They DO NOT bring the cars to the front if the building...they are so lazy and unprofessional. CONDITION OF THE CAR It was dirty...the inside of the windshield has not been cleaned for so long...the car kept saying the oil needed to be changed...clearly it is not being maintained. There was NO WASHER FLUID AT ALL. Now...they put a 250.00 hold on my debit card. I returned the car Sunday at 830 a.m. by Tuesday afternoon...they still did not check the car in. I called and asked them to close the car out and stop holding my money hostage. He acted like I should have allowed this since he let me drop it off there. It is not my fault they are open only . Overall, car was not outstanding but acceptable for a car rental. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I chose to rent a car from them based on the after-hours phone service information, which states that they offer free drop-off and pick-up service within 3 miles of their location. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the representative that it was a one-person operation and they do not provide those services and not to rely on the information provided by the after-hours phone service. To make matters worse, the representative did not accompany us to show the rental car but simply handed us the key and directed us to find the vehicle ourselves. We were left wandering in the parking lot, searching for the specified car. There were no instructions provided on the car's operation, either. Their poor customer service and inconsistency in their information left me feeling frutrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience.

There was only one employee on duty and 2 people ahead of me so I did wait for over half an hour, but the one employee called in assistance from another location to help with the rush and she was busy helping other customers so I wasn't upset. When the other employee arrived he immediately helped me and I was on my way about 5 minutes later. Car got decent gas mileage and was easy to drive. Return was quick and efficient. I'll use enterprise rent a car again in the future.

Said they "might" be able to have something at noon and I declined and asked them to cancel my reservation. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel and I would have to call customer service I looked at both of them and said not only did you not give me a courtesy call you want me to waste more time on hold with customer service? The guy said they would call. I walked out. I love my AMEX but it doesn't pay to be a Hertz Gold Member or even attempt to rent with Hertz. Upon returning the vehicle, we questioned several additional charges that appeared unnecessary and unclear. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, the conversation became argumentative. We later attempted to call to resolve the matter, but the call was disconnected, making it very difficult to address our concerns. We were also told that certain protections were included with the additional insurance coverage we purchased, only to later discover separate charges for roadside assistance. In addition, there were unexpected "sickness fees" and Toll Road charges added to the bill, despite the fact that we never used toll roads during the rental period. I ultimately had to verify this myself through etoll records using the vehicle's license plate information. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly cleaned when we picked it up. It had not been washed or vacuumed, which gave a poor first impression from the start. Overall, the customer service, communication, billing transparency, and vehicle condition did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this Budget location again.
