My girlfriend's car was going to be in the shop for several days, so I stopped by this Enterprise to get her a rental. This location is only a few miles away from my home, so we just showed up without a reservation so I could see what deals they might have. We arrived on a Wednesday morning at 9:30am, and there was only one other customer there who was just finishing up. The small interior is clean and well air conditioned. Jake was friendly and started our rental process. When I asked if they had any AAA, AARP, or other discounts, Jamie came over and said they could give me a shop discount since her car was being having repairs done and it wasn't just a leisure rental. Be sure to ask for the "shop discount" if it applies to you. In a little over 15 minutes, the rental paperwork was complete, we inspected the car together, and were on our way. The rental car was a hybrid 2025 Toyota Camry which was spotless inside and out. It did have some minor scrapes on the rear bumper from a previous customer. We had the car for three days and had no issues. I dropped the car off on a Saturday morning, and they were very busy. I arrived just in time as they were already helping two customers, and three other customers arrived minutes after me. Jessie assisted me with check out, thanked me for my patience, and apologized for the wait. The checkout process took less than five minutes. Their "pick up/drop off service" is only available weekdays and is limited to a three mile distance, so I had to take an Uber home. They are only open until 1pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly. All employees were very friendly and professional. We had a great experience at Enterprise and would definitely rent a car from here again. read more

I reserved a car on-line three days in advance of our trip from Enterprise on Orangethorpe in Placentia. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle on Saturday there appeared to be a shortage of vehicles, at least a vehicle I was looking for. Customers began filling the office and the Assistant Branch Manager Jesse was the only one present to assist customers. He had vehicles returning and answering the telephone..I was surprised how calm Jesse remained and his professional demeanor while assisting customers and answering questions on the telephone. Jamie helped us with our reservation for a passenger van for our family trip, and she was absolutely fabulous. There were at least three people ahead of us before the office even opened and about two people behind us, and she was the only Enterprise representative on duty. Despite the busy morning, she was incredibly efficient, checking each person in quickly, gathering all the necessary information, and promptly getting our rental into the queue to be cleaned. This has been the worst experience I've had with a car rental company. About a month ago, someone hit my car and their insurance company arranged a rental vehicle for me through this location. When I picked up the car, I was never informed about the optional Damage Waiver coverage. I assumed everything was being handled by the insurance, and at no point was I asked to opt in or explained that I would be charged for it. Now, they have charged me $650 for this coverage -- despite the fact that I barely used the vehicle, and it was returned in perfect condition. My insurance company made a reservation for me while my car was being repaired. The manager was informative and accommodating.. She arranged for an Uber ride when there wasn't enough staff to take me to the automotive repair shop. Enterprise picked up the tab for the Uber ride. This stared off as the worst rental ever!!!! Renting through Chase and somehow the return location was unavailable at Enterprise, yet we were able to book it on the Chase website. On the way home, we pulled over to readjust our tarp, and when we got back in the truck, the battery was dead!!! We only drove it 2 hours from Enterprise. they didn't use it all weekend, then drove 15 mins before pulling over. There's no way that truck had been serviced recently. I rented a car for my daughter while her car was in the body shop and Alia was patient and courteous at all times with our numerous questions and inquiries. Once reservation was made got a call from the rental car office and asked when I needed the vehicle because they were extremely busy and had little to no rental inventory. I said no problem and said I really didn't need it until today (Monday).
