He is very kind, respectful and pays attention to detail to make sure customers are taken care of. Justin is very good at multitasking by patiently supporting customers in person and over the phone. My family and I have used this La Habra Enterprise location on 5 occasions to accommodate our road trips. We have always reserved a car with anticipation and have always been provided with a good selection of vehicles. Branch Manager Justin took care of our needs for our 12 day trip. He upgraded us to a Dodge Durango GT, when we had spare tire concerns on one of their other rentals. There was no stress, he just made sure that as repeat customers we were taken care of. There was no upselling of services, he made us aware of our options with no pressure. When my vehicle was ready, I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop, and Enterprise came and got it. They made a difficult time much easier. I live in Signal Hill, but take my car for service in La Habra and they recommended this Enterprise location. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism at this location. I have rented at this location about four times and the car I requested (Tesla) is never available. However, the Manager made every attempt to get me into an electric vehicle. I understand that car rentals are a living transaction and the car you reserve may not necessarily be available when you get to the location. I appreciate that the staff is attentive to my needs, that they are respectful and that they provide a professional experience for their customers. Called to check to see if an item had been left in my rental car. Was on the phone on two separate occasions for a total of 30 minutes. The first call, it seemed like someone picked up twice and placed me back on hold and then it went to a message saying I couldn't be transferred. The second call, the same thing happened. THEY DO NOT HAVE JETTAS! I have selected a Jetta several times and I have NEVER gotten a Jetta. Rhey are always unavailable when I go to pick up a car and I have never seen kne on the lot. Made a reservation in advance using our company's American Express rewards. An agent called me from the La Habra Branch the night before to confirm my reservation and the type of car I needed for a company trip. I show up at my appointment time, and waited about 45 minutes. They then told me that they did not have the car requested but an upgrade was an hour away. I was expecting to be in and out within an hour of my appointment time, but now this was going to take over 2 hours. I just end up taking my personal car for the trip. Picked up my rental on 7/16, had to fill the tire by the end of Saturday which is fine, it happens, but then the same tire needed to be filled again by Tuesday. I called enterprise and they told me to take it to Firestone because Enterprise wouldn't fix it. Obviously, this is not my car, so why am I being *told,* not asked, to spend my time fixing theirs? It wasn't until I told them I wanted a new car, because clearly this one had issues that they hadn't dealt with, that they told me I'm not able to pick up another car because they don't have another one. The entire interaction was pointless and I had to spend a day off work to get their car fixed. If this car wasn't through insurance I wouldn't have rented with them. Of all the local car rental agencies, the Enterprise in La Habra is the best in terms of car selection, efficiency and friendliness of staff, and quality of the vehicles. I have rented from this particular branch several times over the years, and I cannot recall ever being disappointed. (To the extent I am disappointed, it's with my car insurance company for not approving a better class of car.) Enterprise is always busy regardless of which one you go to, but I find this one to be the least crazy and they always have a nice car waiting for me. This might actually be my second time posting with the same result. I rented a tahoe or large suv for the weekend. They called to tell me if I could use a highlander or something smaller even though I explained i have 6 passengers a wheelchair and luggage. He kept trying to push the highlander. It sucks last time they gave me a car with a leaking heater core. I told them what it was, they had me drive the car over to a mechanic who had me wait an hour just to tell me they couldn't fix it because it was a warranty issue. Everything from renting to dropping off the car was super smooth!! The customer service is very superb! Everyone there was trying to accommodate me. I had to upgrade to a bigger car last minute. I called in the day before car pick-up and she told me it'll be a couple of $$ more. I said that's fine. There was no hassle. When I got in, we were given the Full sized car, which was a too big for my friend to drive. They didn't have any smaller cars in the lot, so one person was calling and on the phone for 30 minutes for another Enterprise near by and he got us a smaller car. We were in and out of the other Enterprise no problem! They also can pick you up (when picking up the rental car) and take you home (when dropping off the car) if you don't have anyone to help. She can't be trusted and do not trust Luis Miranda who works side by side with breezy to scam renters for possibly being the renter that made damages. I called ahead because I had to turn in their vehicle per my insurance. This location was 3 mins away from where I live. I originally picked up the rental at a location 46 miles away and Leo and his manager told me I cannot return their vehicle at the la Habra location and that I had to go back to the original location I got it from. I was placed on hold for a total of 10 mins or so I was hoping that someone would go above and beyond for me and that didn't happen. They kept insisting in order to "rewrite" I have to visit original location. As I read my contract, it stated that I can drop it off wherever is best convenient for me. I said thank you have a nice day and I called their corporate care team and they said they're not suppose to do that, the lady on the care team had escalated to their branch area manager in charge of that location. I had a sour taste after that so I went to another location and that other location took care of me effortlessly. I'm not sure what or why Leo and his manager could not help me out in the time of need. Customer service , customer empathy, and customer relations are at risk. Don't let Luis Miranda or Breezy flores (the manager) near your car when you check out they will lie and say that it "maybe your fault" that there's a new scratch on the car that turned into a dent but there not sure it was actually your fault. Lying to freshen up there old beat up rental. Don't rent here and if caliber collisions takes you here request a different location.
