We literally crave Shan when we're not in not in Montana. The menu has some variation overtime and the staples are excellent. This is not water down Americanized Asian food. This is authentic some dishes are spicy just the way they should be. If you're looking for elevated P.F. Chang's, this is not this is great fresh authentic Thai fusion cuisine. I recommend getting to know the owner and Chef and asking about his story. We drive 90 minutes and put our name on the waiting list to eat here.
