She explained there may be a wait and there might be a line outside. She provided the hours which were 8:30 am to 2:30 pm so I immediately went down there. Everything was organized, the owner/manager greeted me and explained the process he was very friendly. I joined the line, the wait was about 20 minutes, the person who did the inspection was friendly. I did not have to leave my vehicle, everyone was wearing masks and gloves. The process was quick, he explained everything, was friendly, and at the end I was given a folder with all the documentation neatly in the folder which said thank you for business. Nice touch!!
