You're in an hour-long session with about 6-8 other people, but everyone is doing their own thing, so there's no pressure to keep up with a big class. The trainers will show you a couple moves, make sure you're doing it correctly, then move on to help others. After you complete that set, they show you several more and repeat until the hour is up. They are not constantly staring at you and counting reps, etc. but are checking in to make sure your form is correct and things are going ok. There's no problem making adjustments to the workouts as needed. The trainers are great and very motivating. You can tell everyone cares about your personal health journey. They do a very thorough intake to understand where you are coming from and your goals. They do regular assessments to make sure they are helping you achieve your goals. I know it was not good and I was extremely embarrassed. But what I walked away with was "this is just a starting point to see where you can go!" I weighed the heaviest I had ever been in my life. Dani and Matt started working with me in the mornings. They were encouraging and supportive, but also very determined to make me work hard and get stronger. Then when I was 33 I hit a road block not only was it difficult to maintain my weight through the year I was dead tired every day by 3 o'clock. I decided to do something about it. I headed back to the gym and found myself staring at the TV, not knowing what to do and after about 2 weeks not going. So I searched the internet for boot camps, personal trainers. I filled out my information with several trainers and interviewed with a couple of them I was immediately impressed with Jack's professionalism and dedication to the fitness industry I started working out with Jack and he showed me how important drinking a bunch of water is and how to prevent myself from making bad food choices. Jack also taught me some quick grab and go meals when I'm on the run and what to pick up from the market. Then if I was going to have fast food what were my best options. We also did food logs and Jack let me know how much and when I should be eating and that maybe those 4 beers on Wednesday were not a good choice.
