I checked with our waitress and she stated she checked with the kitchen and said our foods were coming. Five minutes later nothing came (it's now been 30 minutes). I checked with her again and she went back to the kitchen, she returned and stated the kitchen staff was very busy and they had other customers to take care of too..... We immediately asked for our check and I paid for my coffee and left. We ended up going to Frenchie's cafe down the block and had an amazing time. We had been to so many restaurants at Key West this past week and never had to wait more than 15 minutes for our foods to arrive. We aren't sure if the breakfast items at this cafe were any good but the wait time was beyond reasonable and no warning was given ahead of time. If this cafe cannot handle all the tables they allotted, they should not have so many tables and open both levels (two stories), seating your customers and need them to wait at least 30 minutes for breakfast tells me that your kitchen is unable to manage a 90% full customer base.
