I was looking for a soft glam look, and after getting quotes from several hair and makeup artists, I settled on Khloe and Khloe Beauty Studio. For me, Khloe totally delivered. First, Khloe was communicative and fast at responding from the very beginning all the way through to the wedding day. She was responsive and helpful. She was very easy to work with. I enjoyed the hair and makeup from the trial, which I used for my engagement photos. She asked for feedback after the trial and incorporated my suggestions and feedback on the wedding day. She did a great job of following my inspo photos. While I was impressed after my trial, she really delivered on the wedding day. She created a flawless soft glam look for me, and the makeup and hair lasted 6+ hours. I loved both looks; I wouldn't change anything about either of them. Khloe did a great job of enhancing my natural features and ensuring that I would look like the best version of myself in my photos. I even cried multiple throughout the day, and nothing moved. I was thoroughly impressed, especially because my hair likes to straighten out curls. After I sent my contract info, I received an email from her assistant that my info was received and that a contract would be coming soon. I was so excited! It had already been a month since I initially reached out, so I was ready to lock this down. After waiting for TWO MORE WEEKS, I am told that someone else booked my date and thus they could not proceed with my contract. WHAT?! You couldn't have told me that TWO weeks ago after claiming to have received my info?? By this point, it was already October. I was so upset - what a waste of my time! It had already been practically two months since I first contacted her. I decided to reach out again & ask if she had any recommendations for a similar style artist to her, and hoped she would give me suggestions out of good faith after completely wasting my time. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. In those 3 weeks, I spoke to 5 different artists who responded IMMEDIATELY, and have moved forward with booking & paying, providing my vision, booking bridesmaids, and having all of my questions answered in hours by the artist I booked - a true sign of professionalism. If this is a sneak peek into how working with her will be like on the big day, then maybe it was a blessing in disguise.
