I have start off by applauding Kimbop for being the only place open past 8 PM on New Year's Eve, they were a real hero there. Now, I ordered the Spicy Pork, Mild Chicken, Steak Bulgogi, and the Seoul Wings. The best dish was the Spicy Pork, absolutely delicious, had a nice spice to it and the rice for every dish was really good as well. Next would be the Seoul Wings, they were good, but for only 12 wings, 20 bucks is insane, plus it bothered me I couldn't try both sauces they offer, unless I made 2 orders. The mild chicken was also good, about the same as the steak bulgogi. I wish the portions for the Pork, chicken, and Bulgogi would be a bit more, or possibly add some vegetables to the mix as an option, but the quality was really good so not a huge problem. The radish is rancid though, terrible. I would definitely like to try this place again, see what else their menu has to offer, and definitely eat the Spicy Pork again. So I went today for second time and was disappointed. We ordered the tower because they did not have the 8 piece chicken dish. In any event, it was not tasty at all. First I would like to say I very much do enjoy this restaurant and their food. However this is my first time having their Tteok-Bokki from this restaurant. I ordered the spicy chilli version and I unfortunately couldn't eat not even half of it because it was so overwhelming sweet that it made me feel sick. It tasted like eating a bowl of syrup. I can't imagine what their sweet soy sauce one taste like. No hate at all to this restaurant as I said I typically enjoy their food and enjoy some of their other sweet dishes. But this dish in particular was so unbearably sweet I had to write a review for the first time. I just suggest at least for your spicy chili Tteok add way way less sugar and more spice, there was barely any spice in it either. I understand everyone has their own version of making Tteok-Bokki as I have had from other places but this dish in particular was not enjoyable to eat and had to be thrown away, and I am someone who enjoys sweets. read more

Our first time there and we loved it! The food was excellent and so was service. The restaurant is clean and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. My only complaint is that they don't serve beer because a cold one would have gone perfectly with my spicy pork bulgogi platter! After months of wanting to try this restaurant and holding back from ordering from UberEats because i wanted to try this place I came in on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was completely empty aside from a table of 2. The server Nicholas greeted me and i said its 2 adults eating but we had a baby in a stroller. The restaurant is tiny so he wanted us to sit in a cramped space in the middle of the restaurant, i politely asked if we can sit in the last table so we can put the stroller against the wall and like that we wouldnt be in the way of people walking by. Nicholas stated no because thats a table for 4 and in case a party of 4 comes in they can sit them there. This didnt make sense to me because the restaurant was EMPTY. I asked for the manager and the owner Andrew came out and apologized. I told him i was really upset as Nicholas made me feel that my baby was an inconvenience but he didnt really provide me with a solution.
