Then you also have some nice seasonings (soybean paste, wasabi, salt, and seasoned soy) to give some other flavor variations to the meat. We asked for a side of rice, which was perfectly steamed. The platter also came with boiled (or steamed?) pork belly, pig ear, and other pork innards that were nicely cooked. I love restaurants like this because they are simply good at what they do. Nothing is over-the-top. There is always a constant stream of customers. The times I've gone have been during your typical slow hours and the place was always 60% full.
