Well fate had it that I fell in love with the owner of a Wooly Husky. I had to stop grooming myself due to severe asthma that sent me to the er multiple times. It was difficult because I absolutely loved grooming. Hard work but rewarding. Still I took my dog to a self serve dog wash but the dryers can barely blow out a candle let alone a hairy husky. I had a friend of mine groom her in the fall and between October and yesterday her coat got out of control. So tail tucked between my legs I brought her into Blooming Tails. These girls are real and I could tell that helping my dog feel more comfortable was important to them. She's a fire cracker for brushing her back side yet they carried on. When I picked her up she looked like a new dog and I felt so much better knowing she can be more comfortable in this summer heat. I am so grateful for the time and effort they put in to making my girl feel better. I highly recommend them Jennifer Tribolet

I scheduled an appointment that was booked over a month out but one early morning, the owner texted me saying they had an opening that morning so I was able to get my dog in to get a cut that day. My dog gets nippy during bath time so I warned them and they requested I bring a muzzle. The muzzle I got wasn't the right fit so they ended up using one of theirs. I'm so glad to have found a place that does a good job and most of all accepts my dog. The owner said that they're used to dealing with the difficult ones. I highly recommend this dog spa.

Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.
