Disclaimer: Blessed to have experienced multiple bowls of pho at multiple locations in different states across the globe. FOOD: - I ordered meatball pho to go, $14 before tax - the soup base is extremely dilute and SWEET (lack of a deep flavor profile and any taste of stewing bones over long hours on the stove) - basil, cilantro, green onions, and onion SERVICE: - I appreciate them letting me have uncooked noodles to go (you all should try it as reheated cooked vermicelli isn't very good and a touch of boiling water cooks the uncooked noodle!) - very friendly - first time I think I have ever experienced someone telling me what the wait time is (thank you!) AMBIENCE: - you know a place is popping when there are a ton of people eating! (...except they are all caucasians) - very relaxing and chill vibe PARKING / LOCATION: - lots of parking - seems to be in a location where multiple places are closed and looked to be rented... I would come back if the soap wasn't so sweet and had a major lack of bone flavor....

Did a DoorDash and loved the food! It was delicious. The beef was sweet, the salad had a ginger dressing, and the rice was not dry. I am so glad we found great Asian food here in Owasso and we're definitely going to return soon.

Chicken fried rice is always excellent. I also love their dumplings. The rice is always flavorful.

Rarely in this part of Owasso. But was in the area and the reviews seemed good so I stopped in. I should preface I am new to Pho. So it will be from a pure newbies perspective. Nervous I wouldn't care for it, I took some of the other reviewers advice and also ordered the pork fried rice that some were raving about. My hope being to take 1/2 of all this food home for a second meal. To be Frank. It was edible. The ingredients seemed fresh. But flavor was bland. I added all the ingredients on the side. I squeezed every drop from the lemons. Finally the jalapeños gave some heat to make it less bland. I wound up throwing the second half of it away. Drinks. I was given a bottle/can, which is a major pet peeve. Assumed it was only option. But then saw people with cups. I either missed something or menu needs more clear. I won't be back but again it might be Pho just isn't for me.

You order and pay first before you seat yourself so that part was easy. The menu has a good variety and I decided to go for the vermicelli. They ONLY have bottle water so you don't get free water even though there was clearly a pitcher of water behind them. I think that was a bit off putting. Staff was friendly and food came out quick. Vermicelli: 4/5, absolutely delish. Spring rolls: 3/5, it was good. I also got the pho special and it was good but definitely not worth $15. It's crazy how much a bowl of pho has gone up in the last couple of years. I definitely would not return.

Enjoyed a nice lunch at Kim's Pho in Owasso. It was our first visit there. Food was delicious and the place was very clean!

The air conditioner was out. With the Oklahoma heat and humidity, no AC, the inside of the restaurant was like what I would imagine dining at an outdoor café in Saigon might be like. Warm but not unbearable. I walked around the restaurant until I found the coolest spot. Oddly it was not under one of the ceiling fans. All they were doing was forcing the hot air down. Over by the drink cooler there was no ceiling fan. A whisper of cooler feeling air was falling from the ceiling AC vent. The air condition on this side of the restaurant was failing, but still pumping out air noticeably a few degrees cooler than any other spot. Order at the counter. My wife ordered her favorite, the medium vermicelli, which turned out to be a large bowl of food. I went for Kim's Special, fried shrimp and rice. We added pork egg rolls and spring rolls, and asked for a cup of ice to go with the canned soft drinks. I got a little puzzled when I ordered the shrimp. I was asked if I wanted the shrimp shelled or unshelled. So, do people eat shell on, fried battered shrimp? Not me. Shell 'em. Generous amounts of food were delivered. Lots of shrimp. It tasted good. It had a thick fried crust. A little like a tempura, but thicker and cruncher. No Complaints. Over all, the food, and service is just average. Not a dining experience remarkable enough to bring me back.

Located in downtown Tulsa, Kai Vietnamese Cuisine offers customers authentic Vietnamese food with a modern atmosphere. The restaurant is the only Vietnamese restaurant that offers a bar serving alcohol. The Vietnamese pho at Kai was delicious. The broth was savory and aromatic. The pho vegetables plate was bountiful. My favorite aspect of the soup was the pho noodles, just soft enough to maintain that springy texture that's so difficult to achieve. The fresh spring rolls were also excellent. Kai does not shy from giving customers jumbo size spring rolls. I also love the hot tea served at this restaurant which uses dried tea leaves. If there's a criticism with Kai, it would be the lack of variety of meats in their combination pho which only had 3 different meats, far fewer than what's standard for this dish.

After many years of…read morereturning, I am actually downgrading this once beloved restaurant based on my most recent visit in March 2026. Service was really slow on this particular visit. I had the Vietnamese combination pho as usual. The broth lacked flavors. The combination pho only had meatballs and rare beef. How's that even combination? The pho noodles were too soft. The rice papers used as the wraps for the fresh spring rolls were a little hard. I was not impressed with Viet Huong on this particular visit. This hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. That time has gone. Maybe, next visit will write a different story. I came back just to make sure my review was accurate. I tried both Bun Bo Hue (my favorite Vietnamese soup) and the Vietnamese pho. The pho broth was the same (mildly flavorful) but the noodles were more firm than last time. The Bun Bo Hue was comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Tulsa, but I would say none of them are exceptional. Good luck finding a Vietnamese restaurant that serves exceptional Bun Bo Hue in Tulsa like Pho Cuong in Oklahoma City.
