Definitely my go-to place for Bubble Tea and they have many variety of selections to choose from!

Their tapioca isn't that great and the my iced vanilla latte was so sweet I didn't want to drink it.

Kim's has the highest quality boba drinks that I've found in Houston. The only place that comes close is Teahouse in Chinatown. It's a little pricey, but it is definitely worth the cost. The popcorn chicken is delicious and made fresh when you order. They have homemade chocolate chip cookies that are incredible. They are crispy on the outside, and soft and gooey on the inside. They go great with a taro coconut smoothie or cream tea. You can choose how sweet you want your drink as well. The service is fast and consistent. At times they make the smoothies a little too thick, so you can ask them to make a thinner smoothie that will go through the straw easier. There are about ten tables, and four couches. You can bring a laptop and work, or come to have some social time. All in all, it's a great place for a quick stop. read more

I had the sea salt green tea from 85 degree and instantly love it. I tried the new sea foam green tea here and i think it is pretty decent.

Can't really go wrong here. They have a rewards card and a few food items. I've never had a bad experience. I just wish they weren't always out of baby tapioca! read more

Came back yesterday for a light snack. ordered the Calamari (I chose spicy bc I was feeling adventurous AF) and an Almond Milk Tea with Egg Pudding + Tapioca . Both were AMAZING. The calamari here is better than any other place including seafood restaurants I've ever had. The Almond Milk tea was different but good. I usually only get fruit flavored drinks or Thai Tea, but I'm glad I tried something different. My kids and I loves Kim's Teahouse!! We literally swing by here at least twice a week sometimes more! My son is addicted to their popcorn chicken. It's a must have every time we come. The portion is plentiful and it tastes great! My favorite drink (the only drink I ever order) is Passion Fruit Green Tea with small bobas. They only sell 1 size drink but they do have smaller cups. My kids always get the strawberry banana smoothie and the staff would split it into two small cups. Perfect for my little ones! :) read more

After living in Katy for over 10 years I have just discovered this restaurant! It's so hidden in a plaza you would never notice unless somebody recommended the place! First time there was a month ago and it was a bit crowded for how small the place was but the Almond Bubble Tea is great! It's not too heavy or too sugary! The Taro Root Bubble Tea is very sweet and tastes amazing! I love it!!!!! This place is awesome for teens and young adults! There's a cute sitting area and fish tank at the front of the teahouse. It has a nice vibe for younger people, ( I'm 18 ) and the service is fast! Just a heads up, the bubble tea only comes in one size! but the price is pretty reasonable! Definitely coming here again to try the food next time! read more

How can I deny the chance to get tapioca! I use to live near the China town area and ever since I've moved to Katy, I've been craving tapioca more on the daily. I'm so glad Kim's opened in Katy because they are one of my favorite tapioca places! The consistency is spot on every time and I love their drinks! My favorite is milk tea with tapioca and egg pudding and mango black tea with no sugar and tapioca! We always call ahead so we don't have to wait for our drinks, but overall they are speedy regardless. The staff there is super sweet!! I have become quite the regular there and the staff always remembers are specifics! I highly recommend giving this place a try and definitely add tapioca to your drinks!! Don't be discouraged from other tapioca experiences because Kim's won't let you down. read more

whoever was the cashier at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional. my friend made a joke about punching the card an extra time and his response made her feel so uncomfortable and awkward. like i get it if customers ask that of you often jokingly or semi-serious or whatever it may have been but to make her feel so uncomfortable with the way u reacted to her friendly joke is just not the proper customer service anyone wants to experience. work on ur terrible unprofessional attitude and gain a sense of humor. otherwise go to the back and clean the machines and don't deal with the customers. read more

I am a fan because its close to home and a nice quick alternative to fast food. Good food, good bubble tea. Cant complain.

Fun atmosphere... This is a simple place but everything they do they do it well. I enjoy the chicken ban mi and BBQ pork Bahn mi!

Chicken banh mi was a bit too dry for me. Bread was over toasted. Not enough pickled veggies in there. Hopefully they will get better the next time I come back. Got the thai tea with regular boba. *they only have the mini tapioca on Fridays and Saturdays* Pretty delicious drink. The atmosphere is very relaxed. So I've tried this place again several times after not liking it initially. Much improved since my initial visit. Drinks are great. I just ask for less sweet. Haven't had their food since the 1st time here so can't comment to that. read more

Had there chicken sandwich it was ok not bad if your in the area but I've had better. Think they're known more for there smoothies/teas.

This one is my favorite location. Smaller so its not as loud or packed but just as good as the others. The food is great and so are the smoothies and tea. Have not tried their coffee, but I go elsewhere for that. Get a frequent buyer card and get free drinks too :):) read more

I want to give this place a 5 star but I just cannot. I would go there right now if I wasn't sick with a cold. The drinks are so good, but my wait is always so long!! I was a long time loyal customer but lately the quality of drinks has been horrible. I order the taro milk tea with baby tapioca and it literally just tasted like slush frozen water. The baby tapioca was also clumped together and was impossible to drink through a straw. Their drinks used to taste great with good flavor compared to other milk tea places and also lower in price. But lately it has been horrible and it seems like they're taking shortcuts and my guess is to save money on materials. This is now, in my opinion, one of the worse tea places to go to in terms of flavor. I will not be coming back. read more

LOVE Kim's! The service is always so friendly and quick - even when they are extremely busy! My order has always been correct, and consistent. I really dig this place. We live no were close to the area; however, our dog's vet I nearby, so we always make it a point to stop by. The squid balls are delicious and their tea is some of the best bubble tea I've had. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is great and price is right on the money.
