    Kao pad

This place is throwing 101 on the black. Straight gas heaters. I ordered to go to take to work but the inside looked great. Definitely will be eating in next time I go. Ordering on their website was super easy too. I went with an order of Ba Mee Moo Daeng and Kao Pad. Both were ridiculously good. The pork on the moo daeng was out of this world and the special sauce in the noodles was great. The kao pad I got with beef which was excellent. The entire dish was bursting with flavor. Parking is super easy, when I went the entire center was open. I'm definitely going back to try more of their menu.

We ordered the meat combo and tofu pad thai. They were very delicious. Meats were cooked to perfection. I think this is the first thai food around seattle that I can actually say its a good thai food. The 5 star goes to the lady who worked up front as well as everything else she did, she was very diligent about cleaning the table, chairs and sweeping. It gave me a confidence about their cleanliness.

I got the Guay Tiew Tom Yum Boran in the soup style with vermicelli noodles. It was pretty good but I found it a little too sweet. My boyfriend had a combo dish (not sure what the name was) and he enjoyed that. Not sure if I just ordered the wrong thing but I would be willing to try different items on the menu next time. Service was good and the space had a nice atmosphere.

The service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. But I've had better Thai food. It was good but could've used more vegetables in my opinion. I would still go back and maybe try something different.

Kin Dee is one of the newest Thai restaurants in Bellevue. Their original location is in Seattle, but they also have another location in Bothell. My friends and I came here to celebrate a belated birthday last month. We arrived at 5:30pm on a weekday and had the entire restaurant to ourselves. We ordered family-style for six of us and had the... - SPRING ROLLS ($9.95) - these are actually egg rolls as they are deep fried and not your rice paper rice rolls. They come with bean thread noodle, carrots, and cabbage and are served with a sweet chili sauce and fresh veggies on the side. They were super hot and crunchy - just be careful biting into them as I definitely burned my mouth trying to eat one! - KAO SOI NUA ($22.95) - Simmered banana beef shank in a creamy, spicy-sweet coconut milk-based stew. Served over egg noodles and garnished with crunchy fried egg noodles, red onions, lime and pickled mustard greens. This kao soi had a red curry base which was unusual as all kao sois I have had before have a yellow curry base. Although the description says "hot" and "spicy", I thought it was on the mild side, perhaps because the coconut milk cuts a lot of the heat. The dish was nice and creamy and I enjoyed the slightly sweet and sour mustard greens on top to complement the sweet and savory curry. This dish was hard to share though as the noodles all stuck together and curry splashed everywhere as we tried to serve it. Oh well - it was still very yummy! - KAO NA PED ($22.95) - delicious roasted duck and jasmine rice with a unique gravy sauce. Served with streamed Yu Choy, cucumber, green onion, pickled ginger and spicy black soy sauce. I really enjoyed this dish even though it was on the sweeter side. The duck was very well marinated and had nice gamey flavor. I would order the duck again. - KAO MOO KRA THIAM KAI DAO ($17.95) - this was a dish I've never had before, but was the table's FAVORITE DISH. Dried version. It consists of stir-fried sliced pork with house made garlic sauce served with jasmine rice and fried egg, and topped with crispy fried garlic. The pork was sweet, savory, and crunchy with lots of fried garlic. It was unique as the breading almost reminded me of Korean fried chicken nuggets. If you are looking for a crowd pleaser, this is the dish! - PAD SEE EW (with chicken, $17.95) - we ordered this dish with chicken and 3 stars, which tasted more like a 4 star at other Thai restaurants and so they definitely don't go light on the heat here! The wide noodles were fresh and came with some protein and some choy. I wish it came with carrots and broccoli for some textural contrast, but it was still decent. Just nothing mind-blowing. The interior is clean and modern. They have maybe 10-12 tables or so and so it's not a large restaurant, but it was definitely not cramp or tight. Service was good and we got our food promptly after ordering. Portions were decently sized and 4 entrees plus an appetizer were more than enough for our group of six people. They have a sign that says no outside food or drink, but they were okay about bringing in a birthday cake. Overall, 5/5 for food, 4/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere

I have frequented Kin Dee in Bellevue, many many many times. Overall all, a very strong pleasant experience. There has been a few times where our main dishes that we always order would come out not consistent as our previous visit. Since it has happened more than once, I fear that the inconsistency is a wild card. There are some great street food options, like their boat noodles which I love. And their fried prawn is delicious. So perfectly battered and deep fried to perfection. Their appetizers were lacking in depth of flavors and never did it for me. I always skip the appetizers now, but always always always.. get their Thai ice coffee. It's pretty amazing! Service is always friendly, and I have never had to fight for parking. Definitely recommend you to try it out for yourselves. They also have fish cake. Which is amazing and an extra touch of authenticity for Thai food!

Second time being here now and it's pretty solid. We came around noon this time and it was pretty busy. There was only one waitress working but she was pretty good at handling everything. She was also very a knowledgeable. It feels a little hectic because of how busy it was but it doesn't seem too bad. I was craving soup and so we got one of their noodle soup, guys teau Reah moo. The flavor was interesting in a good way and I love the sauce that came with it. On its own, the sauce is pretty strong in tart and spice, but once you add the sauce to the soup, it totally elevated the soup. I also got the hoi jor appetizer, which was suggested by the waitress and it was pretty good as well. Overall, definitely a go to place for me for thai food in the area.

When we saw that there's a new Thai restaurant in town, we had to check it out! The inside was very nicely decorated, the vibe was great. It was not too loud, perfect for catching up with friends. The restaurant's location is convenient and there are lots of parking. We had high hopes for the food, but overall the portion size was small for the price, and the flavor didn't stand out to us. Food: Som Tum: the papaya salad was a nice starter, not too memorable. Pla Tod Kra Thiem: the deep fried fish was super crispy. It comes with a super delicious seafood sauce and was our most favorite thing of the meal! However, the portion size is pretty small. Hot Basil with Crispy Pork Belly: it was quite good and comforting, you can't go wrong with crispy pork belly. Pad Kee Mao: very yummy and well-seasoned, our second most favorite items of the meal. Our server was nice, and the food came fairly fast.

Kin Dee in Bellevue is a fantastic spot for comforting, flavorful Thai noodles. I ordered the Kao Soi Nua and the Guay Tiew Nua Tun, and both were outstanding--the Kao Soi had a rich, aromatic curry broth with tender beef and perfectly crisped noodles, while the Guay Tiew Nua Tun featured a deeply savory, slow-simmered beef broth and melt-in-your-mouth beef that tasted like it had been cooked for hours. Portions were generous, ingredients tasted fresh, and the balance of flavors was spot-on without being overly salty or greasy. If you're craving authentic Thai noodle soups with depth and warmth, Kin Dee is absolutely worth a visit.

I came here on a Friday evening around 6pm to have some dinner with a friend. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but the inside is brightly lit and feels borderline to a fine-dining restaurant. There's a nice mural on the wall just to the right of the entrance, and there seems to be bar seating deeper inside as well. I'd get here early since seating did fill up fast and it became a full house even before my friend and I got our food. We each got their Kao Moo Daeng Moo Grob, which is a classic Thai street food dish. There was a ton of things inside the dish like BBQ pork, Chinese sausage and crispy pork belly slices. All the meat was really juicy and tender, and you could hear a nice crunch coming from the pork belly when you bite into it. The sweet sauce was a little overpowering when mixed with the sweeter meats like the Chinese sausage but overall didn't interfere with the taste of the other parts of the dish. The spicy black soy sauce on the side went pretty well with the meats too. I was also surprised when I saw a whole uncut green onion on my plate and then found out that it can be eaten as is. They have many other things on their menu that I need to give a try the next time I come back here, their food doesn't disappoint!

So glad that Kin Dee has made a home in Bellevue, offering Thai classics and street food items that are solid and all you need. Enough with these fancy, upscale Thai restaurants that are overpriced in Bellevue! Kin Dee is a breath of fresh air. My partner and I were happy to see that Kin Dee was opening in Bellevue, so we visited during soft opening and were pleased with what we ordered. Located in the Bel-Red neighborhood in a business strip with many other eateries and shops, parking can be tricky during prime dinner time. But there's plenty of parking. The space isn't huge, but enough seating for groups. Service was great, with fast service and water glasses never being empty. The menu features a lot to choose from, with classic Thai dishes and more regional ones. I like that they offer different dishes here compared to other Thai restaurants in Bellevue. My partner and I ordered the Nua Nam Tok salad to share and he had the Kao Ko Moo, a pork shank dish with rice, mustard greens and hard boiled eggs and I had the Mama Mor Fire, which is only offered for dine-in and is a Thai hot pot dish with crispy pork. Everything was tasty and spice level was legit. I ordered my dish with three stars and it tasted more like four stars; bring on the heat! I definitely would come back to Kin Dee for my Thai food cravings, especially for its variety of dishes that are not featured at other Thai restaurants nearby. Delicious food with much to discover.

I had Kin Dee in bothell and it was my first time here in Bellevue and it was a great reminder on how good of a restaurant it is! The stuff that we ordered was very flavorful, fresh, and great texture, their menu has a whole has many tasty options that you can't go wrong with. The food portion sizes were great, I highly recommend and would come back.

Portions here are massive! I was pretty full from eating half and it tasted even better as leftovers the next day. The Leng Saeb is limited and dine in only. It's just meat in flavorful soup but it was sooo amazing. A good level of spice and a bit of tanginess from the lime and lemongrass which was perfect with rice. They were nice of enough to let me take my leftovers home which barely fit in the to go container. I really enjoyed this dish and didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately it just comes as is so I'm not sure how I was supposed to eat it and maybe should have ordered a side of rice with it. Appetizers were all good especially the steak and money bag. They were in soft opening when I went but almost all the menu items have a picture when you scan the QR code they provide which is awesome and much appreciated! If I were to come back, I would get the Kao Moo Daeng Moo Grob since it contains what the Ba Mee Moo Daeng has but with a bit more variety in the proteins but the noodles in the Ba Mee Moo Daeng was pretty good. This spot offers great value and very friendly service. I'll definitely be back to try other stuff off their menu since everything was delicious.

My daughter wanted me to try the crispy garlic chicken so we ordered that and the happy hour veggie egg rolls. The egg rolls were OK. They came out hot and crispy on the outside but the filling was a little mushy and soft. Somewhat flavorless so had to use the accompanying sauce to eat it. Next up was the crispy garlic chicken. It had a somewhat "tangy" taste to it that I didn't really care for. I'm not really sure how else to describe it. I've never had a crispy garlic chicken with that flavor profile. I could also taste a hint of fish sauce which I know is authentic but sometimes it's off-putting for me. The portion amount was decent though and my daughter and I were able to share the dish. Cute restaurant, loved the decor, the service was attentive. I just found the food mediocre and for that reason, I probably would not visit again.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here

However, this dish was more savory and less tangy than larb and the basil really shined through. It is quite oily though so make sure to enjoy it with a side of JASMINE RICE ($2.75). Portions are generous for all dishes and I always leave with leftovers. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and trendy. It's a great place for catching up with friends and not too loud. I will say the restaurant is a bit on the darker side, but that's just how they set the ambiance. Service was good and we got our food promptly within 15-20 minutes after ordering. It took a bit of time to waive the waiter down for to-go boxes, but they were attentive otherwise. Note that Isarn doesn't take reservations and it's street parking only. However, they have a waiting list kiosk inside the restaurant and so if they're busy, you can sign up for notifications and walk around the downtown Kirkland shops while you're waiting. Overall: 5/5 for food, 4/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

I finally had the opportunity to check out Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen in Kirkland, and overall it was…read morea pretty good experience. First off, the ambiance is nice. The restaurant has a modern, upscale feel while still being warm and inviting. The décor, lighting, and overall vibe make it a great place whether you're out for a casual dinner, date night, or meeting friends. It's clear they put a lot of thought into creating a space that feels unique and comfortable. The food was very good. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they're serving. Everything we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. There are plenty of Thai restaurants around, but Isarn definitely brings something a little different to the table (all locations are similar. Service was also solid, not above and beyond but solid (in a good way). The staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout the visit. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that always adds to the overall experience. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because there were a few small areas where the experience could be elevated just a bit more. Nothing major, just those little details that separate a great experience from a truly exceptional one. Overall, I would absolutely come back and would recommend Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen to anyone looking for great Thai food, a beautiful atmosphere and friendly service in Kirkland. Definitely worth a visit!! 4-Star Review
