I am an African American male. I made a reservation for three, my son, my daughter and myself. Upon entering, we were not greeted. We stood there for 10 minutes and when another party of three who looked like everyone else there entered after us, they were greeted and helped with a smile as if we were invisible. I told the greeter that we were there first and that we have a reservation. His smile went away as he reluctantly greeted us. After waiting another five minutes, he walked us to a table with dirty, lint-filled glasses and then left. One minute later, that same party who entered after us, was seated right next to us. They were immediately given water and their orders were taken. Our water came begrudgingly after that in a dirty glass bottle and our orders were not taken. No one came to talk to us about the menu or to welcome us and ask if we had been there before or where the restrooms were or even a smile or to take away the dirty, lint-filled glasses and bottle of water from our table and bring clean glasses along with a clean bottle of water. After waiting another what seemed to be a long wait without customer service (or water), we decided to go elsewhere to spend our money and time.
