People rave about Kinchley's but I think it was better years ago. It's cash only but luckily there's a Chase bank across the street (they also have an atm but I assume there's fees for that). Got a to-go order -- probably a good idea to tell people when they place their order that you only accept cash lol but it's fine they had an ATM. Chicken parm was fine? Not a bad price at $17 but I guess they keep the price down by not putting a drop of seasoning on it and using the cheapest jar sauce possible... lol. My wife and I were in the area on Sunday around lunch time and decided to try Kinchley's Tavern for their famous thin crust pizza, It gets raves on Yelp. Well let me tell you if the pizza got any thinner you wouldn't see it. Trying to eat the pizza without a knife and fork was tough. it just flopped all over the place. It didn't hold a up at all!! We both like crisp thin crust pizza. This was one we didn't like. My wife had ordered a glass of house Chardonnay. She was surprised when the bill came and she was charged $8.50 for it. She called over the waiter to make sure that was the correct price. When he said that it was, she told him that it was rip off!!! We won't be returning to Kinchley's Tavern. read more

Finally was able to see what all the hype was about. They allow reservations which definitely recommend - I didn't know and had to wait 45 minutes for a table of 2 on a Saturday night. There's not many places to stand when you're waiting so it's a little awkward too. When you finally do get seated, it's not very comfortable seating. The tables were all jammed into a room with small uncomfortable chairs. There is a few booths, but I wouldn't even dare to ask for a booth specifically - too busy! Our table was basically on top of the table next to ours. Service was ok - we basically didn't see our waitress after we ordered our food. So once my drink was gone, it was gone. Since I ordered the fra diaviolo pizza, I really could have used another drink. The Fra Diaviolo is like a regular plain pie but with spicy flavor. The other pie we got was the vodka sauce pie, which was probably my favorite of the two. We got a side of meatballs as well, which were really good. Regardless of some of the negatives here, the pizza really is good. It's cracker thin but with great crisp flavor. Have I had better bar pizza? Yes. Would I go back? Probably, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Ultimately, Kinchley's has its charm, and the taste makes me see why it's rated so highly, but I don't see it as being anything super special. read more

This place had the best pizza that I ever had. The plain pizza had such flavorful sauce that you wouldn't even want any toppings. The staff were super friendly and nice! The place was packed but still the service was fast. I particularly loved that they wouldnt rush you to pay and leave. The restaurant is easy to spot on the road and has a decent amount of parking. It was a little confusing which door to go in since there was a side door near the parking lot and then a main entrance in the front. We went in the main entrance and it seemed that it didn't matter which door you enter through. The decor inside is pretty cool as they have a lot of old fashioned trains and memorobilia. We were seated at a booth and given a whole pitcher of water which made it easier since we wouldn't have to ask the waiter for refills. We ordered a large pizza and garlic bread with cheese. I was a little thrown off because a table near us that was seated after we already ordered got their pizza before ours. Once we got our food the garlic bread was alright, but the cheese could have been melted a little more. The pizza was thinking as other people stated which I didn't mind. The size was pretty good for the price and the taste was decent. It want the best pizza I've had but not the worst either. It seemed that everything here was decent.
