    Great Used Appliances with a fair price tag. Jesus and his son were very kind and efficient. I bought a fridge, and as promised it worked great. I went and checked it a few hours later, the fridge was cool, freezer was at freezing temps and the ice maker just made its first batch. I definitely recommend this place. I purchased and not even two hours later it was at my rental home.

    Manuel provided great service and product. We saved about $500 from what we were planning on spending at the dept stores and we got a better quality fridge than what we would have bought. They were honest and delivered quick. I definitely recommend people check out their store and see what they offer before sending your money to the typical dept stores with third party delivery companies that take a week or more to get you the fridge. Support local business.

    I had a used washer machine whirlpool that wasn't working. When it was turn on, it shakes like it going to run out of the house. Not only that, it also makes loud noise like an airplane. I called server place for prices fixing it, they all charge from $70-100 to find the diagnosis, if I decided not to fix it, I will pay for it, if I decided to fix it,, it will goes to the labor and parts. I watch couples demo on YouTube for the problems as most of it claim that it causes by balancing, the barrier or the shock. I decide to drove to King Appliances to looked for a washer machine. The shop is located in a warehouse as the entrance can be scary and dirty with all the dirty and used appliance displace in front. Jose help me right away that he can stop by to take a look at the problem within a hour after a delivery and will charge $30. He called and let me know that he is on the way. He came and discovered that the reason why the washing machine making noise and shaking because the 4 area on the back had not removed the screw after used. He say that every washing machine must have it removed before use. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes. I am so glad I gave him a chance to stop by and fix the problem! I save myself couple hundreds dollars! Thanks Jose!

    I typically only write 1 or 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews only come when I am wronged or the product is just horrible. In this instance, both occurred. I had so many frustrating experiences with this company, but one individual in particular, Jose. This is a lengthy review and I apologize in advance, but I probably spent 5 hours over a period of three weeks coordinating, communicating, driving to and from, etc for these issues. I have a rental house in San Jose and ordered a washer and dryer after our old one broke down. It was installed successfully. About a week later I got a call from my tenant that there was water and soap all over our cork flooring. I called Jose and told him. He said he'd go by and assess. He ran a full load, no leak, so he said it must have been the tenants fault for using the wrong type of detergent or too much detergent. I know, you're thinking what I was thinking....really?! Does the type of detergent matter? My tenant said, uhh no, I filled it up to the proper line. A few days later, got a call from my tenant....soap and water all over the floor again. Call Jose again, he said it had to be the plumbing backing up. I told the tenant this and he told me that even though he's not a plumber he's pretty sure it's not the plumbing. He said that he checked the drain pipe right after it leaked all over the floor and it was bone dry. I relayed this information to Jose and he said that it absolutely had to be the plumbing because a machine doesn't work one time and not the next. I said can you explain why the drain pipe is dry when you're telling me that it's backing up? I'm not a plumber either, but I do have common sense and that didn't add up. After 15 minutes of basically arguing back and forth, Jose's reply was that he's been doing this for years and that I didn't know what I was talking about. So he went out again, ran another load, no leak. I told him that if it leaked again, I wanted a refund. They said they don't give refunds, that they will give a replacement. I was at my wits end and demanded to talk to the owner. He was saying pretty much the same things. Well, the machine leaked a 3rd time on my floor. Oh, keep in mind every time they went out they didn't clean up any of the water or soap, just worked around it and left me or the tenant to clean it up. At one point I was speaking for my tenant about something and Jose muttered "that friggin guy." I lost it and said, are you implying that my tenant is somehow at fault here? He said, "I just wanna be done with your house, I've been out there three times now and spent hours on this." Yeah don't worry about mine or my tenants time or my floors. He is definitely the most unprofessional businessman I've ever encountered. So this next time they actually took apart the machine and low and behold, there was a complete tear in one of the internal hoses. Was there an apology? No. "You're using the wrong soap, too much soap, it's the plumbing, you don't know what you're talking about, I've been doing this for years, the machine wouldn't work one time and not another." All that BS and still couldn't admit you were wrong. They replaced the hose and guess what, the damn machine leaked again. I demanded a refund..... again. They said no so I talked to the owner and he said they would replace it the next day. My wife said to just be done with them and we should buy a new unit. I have never thought like this, but I entertained the idea of taking them to small claims court, just on principle. Instead of being out $800 I gave it one more try and they brought a replacement set. I finally got the owner to agree to a refund if this new set didn't work. Well, 30 mins after they delivered the new set, my tenant texted me pictures of pure nastiness. The soap tray and that entire area inside the machine were totally covered in scum and mildew. See pictures. He also noticed a water rust stain going down the front of the machine, which could only mean it was a leaky machine as well. I called and Jose said that machine must have slipped through their inspection process. Joke. I called the owner and demanded my money back. He had the audacity to tell me he would only refund the washer because nothing was wrong with the dryer. At this point I was cursing saying if that's how you want to run your business then fine, just refund me the washer. I think he actually felt bad and refunded me both. We actually used this company for our primary residence as well, prior to this fiasco. Funny thing is, we had to get a unit replaced with them as well. So out of the 4 units they tried with us, only 1 of them works. It's still working well too. All I can say is this, only use this company if you're absolutely desperate and broke. Otherwise, spend a bit more money and buy a new product with a warranty. It's absolutely not worth the hassle. If you do go with them, you cannot say you weren't warned.

    My refrigerator wasn't working properly in my home and I called Emmanuel to help diagnose it. He was able to help me on the same day and it took him 5-10 minutes to assess that there was a leak and determined that the best course of action was to get a brand new one. If he repaired it, it would just be a temporary band-aid and that other potential problems may happen. Fortunately, he happened to have a brand new GE Cafe in his stock and offered me a very good price. Pretty much almost half of the retail cost. He was able to get this completed within a few days and am happy with the outcome. Now I'm just waiting 24 hours for it to get to the normalized temperatures. Thanks Emmanuel!

    Had the LG stove that we wanted, ended up buying it, Bosch dishwasher, over the range microwave, and a Grill! Worked with us on price if we payed cash, were willing to hold them for us until our renovation was done! Would recommend and would go back in the future if we needed anything else

He worked efficiently, replaced the supply tube quickly, and addressed the actual underlying issue that the other guy completely missed. It's rare to find someone who knows the engineering of these high-end appliances this well. If you have a complex issue or a high-end brand, don't waste your time with anyone else--CJ is the one to call!

I felt taken advantage of due to my lack of technical knowledge about appliance repairs. Because of this, I would not use his service again and recommend others ask for a detailed quote and parts breakdown beforehand, better yet, find someone more reasonable.

Sergey came right on time the next day. He took the time to put covers on his shoes and was very patient while listening to my explanation of the problem - including dealing with folding mirrored doors that needed to be removed to access the dryer. Sergey was very organized and methodical. He skillfully removed the heavy doors and pulled the dryer out, being careful not to damage the track the doors roll on. He checked the back of the dryer and then the vent on the roof. He showed me photos of the clog in the vent and gave me a price for cleaning it. He said he may need to clean inside the dryer as well. After seeing how much lint came out of the vent hose, I told him to go ahead and clean inside the dryer as well. I'm glad I did, it was a fire hazard waiting to happen! Sergey cleaned everything up and carefully put the mirrored doors back on - making sure to adjust the screws so they move freely. No pressure to get it fixed if you think it is not worthy. I felt really bad because he spent close to 2 hours on trying to fix the dryer which had a control panel issue. The quote was very reasonable but then I decided it is not worthy and instead better to get a new dryer. He did not ask me for any diagnosis charges and did not accept even a minor amount of $50 for his time. I felt really bad. He kept his word on appointment and worked Sunday and Monday morning. Checked online, available in "East West USA store" (EW) and also on Amazon but with shipping costs. I tried to purchase is online via EW store but PayPal doesn't seems to work (likely the EW site is not secure enough) for payment. I have called our San Jose store in Berryessa and the man on the other end confirmed we can come in to the store. Once in the store (kind of an office which ships online orders), the lady said they have the part and it costs $15. I said I need only the part and I can replace it myself. It was a simple unscrew and screw the new part. She said the it is the same if they do it or we do it $15. And she took the mixie jar for repair and came back after 10 minutes fixing it. In the mean time I was able to pull in the EW website, which shows the same product costs only $7.99 and free shipping. I have shown her the same. She went inside and informed the man who came out and told me the product is $7.99 but the additional cost is the labor! I said I told the lady I need only the part, where she said the part only or they replace, it is $15!! At last, I said I'll give $15 since I agreed to replace it since the part with or w/o labor is the same and I did pay the charges in cash. (Some Indian stores prefers cash than CC). Pius they did not give me a bill for it, which means they are not paying taxes also!! One has to be really careful dealing with these guys. If u find a price on "their" website show it to them and keep in handy. For a very few dollars they are willing to compromise customer trust and act as scammers. Plus they don't follow the law in doing business in the state by not paying taxes when they directly deal with customers!! This underlines some statements like, some people won't change their habits whether it is in India or in USA. I would zero stars if I can. Attaching the website price of the part, I was referring to. Now this makes perfect, not only he scammed me now trying to save face by telling blatant lies!! Sudden price change to $7.99 after I have shown the EW website of the product price while collecting the jar. From beginning I was very clear on what I want, just the coupler. EW, you can check your 8+ Lorex security cameras, on what the discussion was!! Plus now we have a record of sale where EW didn't gave the sale receipt also. Probably this needs to reported to Tax authorities. Also charging extra fee for CC needs to be reported to CC companies also.
