I ordered 1-1/2 dozen raw oysters on the half shell, Calamari & Catfish basket and gumbo. Oysters were fresh and tasted great. Also handled properly with plenty of ice.. Included condiments (hot sauce, horseradish, cocktail sauce and crackers. All I had to do was ask)..Calamari was tender and crispy and tasted very good and King Crab House is my new favorite place to order Calamari and raw oysters..Catfish was average due to lack of seasoning, but I understand when serving to public, not all customers would like seasoned catfish, I suggest developing seasoning that the diners could sprinkle on the catfish for added flavor. Over the weekend while visiting Mansfield, we stopped and had lunch at the King Crab House! The food was really good and repeat worthy, we did not leave disappointed at all! Especially because we were waited on by one of the best waitresses we have experienced in a long time!!! Neysa, was beyond fabulous in more ways than one and really made sure that we were attended to and satisfied! She gave us good menu suggestions and a new twist to one of our go to shots that we never had! She made us feel so comfortable and truly gave us top notch service!! I've had nothing but great experiences since this establishment has opened! T is an amazing server/bartender who has been here since opening and will definitely take care of you! Ask for Alec as well, he is great, and recommended the crab cakes, which is now my favorite item to order! Great place overall! De'angelo who is newer I believe is also great, and has a fabulous personality. I recently had one of the worst experiences with Cajun shrimp at a king crab House. The shrimp was undercooked and the sausage was cold. It was a complete disappointment and not worth the price or the time. I was expecting a delicious and flavorful meal, but instead I got a plate of poorly cooked and unappetizing food. I would not recommend this dish to anyone and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. It was a complete waste of money and left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. read more

Almost a week later. This is a great hidden little secret. My nephew and I ate here last week on the 23rd. Chayce was our bartender. Unfortunately for him, he was the server and bartender. In the beginning, we were very skeptical . Once Chayce took our order, he was definitely very tentative, with great customer service, and the drinks were good.
