It was so bad I will be spraying near the doorway downstairs, and my husband will be spraying upstairs in that open loft (which I yelled at my husband and asked if he were trying to kill me! As I was right there on the downwind! Silly husband!) Anyway our neighbors have the same problem recommended Alex. When we reached out Alex came by pretty quickly, and gave a full diagnostic of the situation and started the service right the way. He took the patience and unscrewed our outlets and do the powder pesticides in between walls (that's a lot of outlets), on top off with the granular in the other outdoor area. We can see instant results after the first visit. If you've read online, you know how persistent springtails problems could be! We have a follow up second visit after two months, and after that the bugs are gone! And did I mention no odor? We are still maintaining an every 3 months routine service with them. Ben / Alex are helpful and always send us the service reminder (with specific hours window). So far, between Alex and Christian, they have kept our house relatively pest free! When they are done they also send an email with details of what they have used on that day. Best part (besides pest-free), no contracts! That shows how good their work is! Barrier Pest Solutions provided inadequate service to my residence for three years. Initially, it…read moreappeared as though it was a fairly decent company, as their representatives were cordial. However, the dilemma with Barrier Pest Solutions is their claim that a sufficient service would be performed and billed roughly $120 per every three months. In actuality, this has, consistently, proved to be an insufficient service. Indeed, it was necessary to re-treat my residence prior to the next service date. In fact, the chemicals used were hardly ever effective for a term of three full months. CONSUMER WARNING: Barrier offers a "free return-service" if needed. At face-value this appears reasonable. Although not initially disclosed, there exists an inconvenient 'fine print' permitting Barrier to charge the account if the request for return-service fails to meet specific terms and conditions. As a result, I terminated service with Barrier. Within a short window of time, having second thoughts concerning the termination of a family-owned business, I respectfully requested services to be reinstated. Several repeated inquiries went unanswered. With a little persistence, a response to the inquiry was ultimately received: Short answer -- Yes, of course, you may be reinstated, but NOT at the rate which was billed previously. The new rate: $120 for services performed and invoiced every TWO months, a drastic one-third increase billed to the consumer. Conclusively, Barrier grew weary of honoring their return-service policy. Therefore the previous agreement was withdrawn. From my perspective, it was an error in judgement that Barrier denied the request for reinstatement under the terms of our previous agreement while replying with a counter-offer at a steep 33% rate increase. In retrospect, considering Barriers brazen counter-proposal, I am satisfied of the decision to terminate service. Although, I would make the argument, that Barrier essentially terminated the agreement by means of failure to adhere to its own terms and conditions as presented to the consumer.

Also, he was able to treat/remove squirrels along with any other wildlife! Many companies will not offer squirrel abatement because of its complexity. He was able to provide a detailed service and treatment that included exclusion work to properly seal up any and all entry points, a one way exclusion door for squirrels to exit but not re-enter, a multi week trapping service in case any other wildlife or rodents had gotten in, even a camera surveillance to ensure that the fluffy little varmints indeed left. He also offered a very thorough cleaning service which included a sophisticated disinfectant fogging capable of killing bacteria, viruses, etc. along industrial hepa vacuuming and additional cleaning of all attic surfaces that may have been contaminated. He even includes a 15 month warranty on this service! Working with Andrew was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond in addressing all of our concerns. He was kind, diligent, professional and knowledgeable in every interaction. He was as thorough and meticulous in every aspect of the treatment service. I was anxious about the process and he expertly addressed & remedied any issues with kindness and patience. He provided pictures of the attic & all areas of concern before and after he sealed them up. At the conclusion of his treatment service I was confident that we had successfully gotten rid of any unwanted wildlife and was very pleased with the high level of service I received. He was also very honest, trustworthy, reliable and quick to respond to questions. He even accommodated my schedule and scheduled service for weekends.
