They had a bad answering service, so they fired them and now phones go unanswered. Bills are never sent. Customers are somehow supposed to intuit what they owe despite not knowing what services cost nor what services are performed. Appointments are scheduled via text message. There is no way to communicate if that works but often the technician doesn't show. Most of the time our technician is very kind and will let us know. But he's taking that on himself. He also lets me know my balance due. But, it is up to the service rep. We didn't always have such great, caring guys.

My home is located on a canyon so there are a lot of mice and rats that Ricardo catches. One day he called my attention to a rattlesnake just a few feet from the house. He help me relocate the rattler. there are only good things to be said for the professionalism at Hydrex. I felt that with the man we had before Ricardo and with Ricardo it was kind of like having a security service. While everyone I have ever been in contact with has been very nice, they just don't seem to have it together when it comes to their business. On several occasions, they have either showed up late, or not at all. Or, they have shown up at the wrong property on the wrong day. My most recent inside spray made a mess all over ever floor in my house, which has never happened before and required I spend time cleaning floors I just cleaned. At the end of the day, dealing with them became the pest. While they are reasonably priced, I don't see the value in their service, which is a pity. I like to use local, but in this case, it didn't work out.
