The Kim Chi soup is also great as well, just as a warning, if you rarely eat kimchi you WILL have increased bowel movements which is not food poisoning but it's the probiotic gut health nature of Kim Chi that flushes you out. So eat it in moderation. My favorite picks are the Pork Jowl/Brisket/Bulgogi/Beef Belly, you literally cannot miss with whatever you pick, it's all very tasty and easy to eat. The service is awesome and feels homy, all the auntys walk around and do their own thing and sometimes check up on you/restock your banchan/soup if you want them to.
