The people in front of us came in approximately 10 minutes after us, the couple beside us came in a little later and the older couple came in after them. The first couple got their meal, then the couple beside us got their meal. At 7:30 the couple beside us finished their dinner and Kaitlyn came by and said again "our meal would be up soon". It's just a bowl of soup and a salad, what was so hard about our order. So we cancelled our dinner with Kaitlyn. So who is to blame for us not getting dinner? He said he could do better and gave us the meal part and only charged us for the drinks. Better. But then came the attitude like we did something wrong. Too bad!! Well this is going to cost them more than they valued our business because two other customers canceled their food order and opted for the drinks only. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.
