Was looking for a different sushi place in the area and was curious what Daruma was like…read more Yes, this is a sushi restaurant. And yes, the sushi is good. First, I'll tell you about my experience. When I arrived there was plenty of parking outside along the street of this sushi restaurant. There is outside seating and inside seating. The inside has several tables that can seat around 6 people. See my pictures attached. I ordered my sushi; 3 rolls for $9.99, which is a fair price. There are select types of sushi on a list that can be part of the 3-roll deal. I also got hot saké for around 6 bucks. Some of the special rolls cost around $10. The sushi took a little longer than I expected to come out and get to my table, but when it came out I was happy. The sushi is rolled tightly, was a good size, and a decent amount of ingredients inside. It was also styled nicely on my plate. See my attached pictures. I ordered all salmon avocado rolls, because they are my favorite. I was pleased to see that they also have gluten-free soy sauce. The hot sake comes in the ideal hot saké glass with the small shot glass. I have no gripes with my meal and was pleased. All together for a decent price, would make it tempting to me to come back often. I posted pictures of the menu items above the cash register. Check out the variety of food here. There is more than sushi here. If I were to make any improvements to this place, I would add some more sushi types to the menu, and not bother with sushi rolls with only a single meat in it, and no other combined ingredients. Spicy Mayo, cucumber, and avocado can make sushi more tempting. Before I came here I had a hard time finding a menu. This restaurant needs a website with the menu posted. Possibly a Facebook page with pictures of different plates and drinks posted on it occasionally. It would be nice if there was some Japanese music being played in the background, and the TV shouldn't be on the CNN channel (laughing). I also would enjoy seeing some of the staff going around and checking on customers to see how they are doing. So what do I think overall? Well I definitely approve of this restaurant, and I certainly will be coming back for sushi. The prices are also fair, so in that case, why not come back more often with some friends? I think this place would be twice as busy if people could see the menu items online. Also, gluten and lactose free food options always bring more people in. I do suggest you come by to try the sushi here. I approve and believe you should come by and try this place soon. See my attached pictures.

You know those meals that make you sit back mid-bite and say, "Oh wow... this is it. This is my…read morepersonality now." That's Daruma. Let's start with the lobster roll, because this thing deserves its own standing ovation. Perfectly chilled lobster, just the right touch of creamy sauce, wrapped up like a little sushi love letter. It's rich without being heavy, and it'll ruin you for any other roll in town. Then there's the spicy ramen, which might be one of the most comforting, soul-recharging bowls you'll find in Greeley. The broth hits you with that warm, savory hug you didn't know you needed, and the spice level is dialed in perfectly - enough to wake up your taste buds but not enough to make you regret life choices. The vibe? Cozy, chill, and just a little fancy without being intimidating. Perfect for a date night, family dinner, or that solo night out where you pretend you're the mysterious main character in an indie film. Bottom line: Daruma is the kind of place you keep coming back to because it just gets it. Go for the lobster roll, stay for the spicy ramen, and thank me later.

The veggie tempura was plentiful with 2 servings of 4 veggies. For the main, we usually choose cook it yourself style but after a long morning of sports tournaments, we came to try the cooked bbq. Now we are reformed and prefer it. It was nice to have 3 platters of meat to dig into. There is plenty for a single person but for a couple people it could be fine with some appetizers. One in our party chose the bimbibap and it was a great portion. The mains were served it with 5 sides which were fine. Note that additional side like lettuce might be extra. Overall, the tastes are perfect if you've never tried Korean food before. We finished our meal with the strawberry crepe cake which was the perfect end to our meal. Definitely recommend if you have a hungry crew.

We got the classic soondae soup with bone broth and spicy soondae soup, both without intestines. The soondae was very chewy and the classic broth was on the lighter side. I added some pepper and spicy chili paste for added flavor. It tasted great with the kimchi and pickled radishes. The spicy broth definitely had a kick to it and had lots of pepper flakes inside. They ddukbokki took awhile to come out but once we got it, we enjoyed how it tasted like classic spicy rice cake with fish cake in it. It only had half of a boiled egg, but it was still good paired with the spicy and sweet sauce. They had lots of seating indoors. Definitely will be coming back to try more items.

Seoul Kitchen serves a variety of Korean foods and since there are many things I cannot order as I have limits for digestion reasons, so no garlic or extreme salt. Hard to do these days but I found a tasty lunch anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful and since wiring alone with so many pots cooking he has a bell on the counter. As I was there today earlier than most students eat lunch, I found a table easily and it was quieter than in the past. An item I could eat easily was the Kimpop ( as they spell it) though the order was larger than I expected it was tasty, full of veggies and a little meat, some egg and many pickled bits. It was a bit on the sweet side as some pickles rely on sugar more than acid . A little more tang would have been nice. The Jasmine tea was also sweet, a poor choice by me though. But overall it was a satisfying lunch at an excellent price and I brought home enough for a snack for my husband when he gets back from Denver. We will try a hit and heartier meal to share next time. Students really need the large portions more than we do.

Bibimbap 6/10. Idk I was expecting more flavor and i also expected to meet to be bulgogi flavored. Wasn't the best but wasn't gen worst. I feel like it needed if everything. More veggies more flavor. One thing i have noticed that I think Boulder county does cater lots to the demographic and don't see much authenticity with Asian food but again I am from an area with genuine authentic Asian food. Really don't know about the service but that will be based in personal experience from people. Can't say much. Seating area and place can't say much since I didn't visit it but I believe there is pics of how the area is :)). Overall, maybe this is good for the standards here but to me it was mehhhhh.

Just like Lola's house! I had bangsilog (crispy, smoked marinated milkfish, egg, and garlic fried…read morerice) and it was great. This isn't "fast food", but was quite quick considering Filipino food. A little wait, but well worth it for a satisfying brunch. Although I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I'm aware that it's not so custom to have a "runny egg" and rice at each meal for non-Filipino/a/x fam... so if you haven't experienced Filipino cuisine, please take a look at the menu beforehand. The silog (egg) plates seem so simple, rice, egg and an additional "protein of choice", however, they're very filling. Their menu is full of yummy bites and seemingly snack foods and plates; but be ready to feel satiation. You can get lumpia, turon, halo halo, and Japanese style mochi waffles, or even boba to-go. If you thought you liked boba, come try the variety of boba and milk tea add-in list that goes on for miles. Friendly service, small, but clean dining area. Bathrooms were tidy. For funsies and to add to the joy of this little spot, there are a few smaller game cabinets for kiddos or adults alike. When I was leaving with a satisfied (slightly over full) tummy, I felt the need to order additional food or snacks to go - merienda?. It must be the "Lola culture" living in my bones of "bring this food home for later." I smiled and realized I can come back another time... and I look forward to it! Maraming salamat po.

They have such an extensive menu but it's almost like it's too much options so nothing is good. We ordered some pork chop special and that was so dry. It definitely looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for too long (I'm still shocked they saw it and decided it was still okay to serve us). We were excited for the wings thinking it would be like Jollibee but they were also disappointing. Skip the Korean sauce - it was disgusting. The fries were overcooked. The drinks were generic and surgery. The boba drinks all tasted like powder. Only thing I would order would be the garlic Parmesan wings. Denver has better boba options and wings that are fresh and crunchy. It's not worth the drive. I can how this would be satisfying if you live up this way. The best thing we got were the fried bananas and even they were still just okay (the PF Changs ones taste better for me).
