Four more parties after us we check in again and are told by the same host sorry, don't know what happened(we were already told this) but they can't move us ahead of people. We go to leave the building and are stopped by a supervisor who tells us to not leave and go check in with the teenage host again. We declined and left. Before we even got to the car we get the notification we've been removed from the waiting list. We go here often for family parties, went often with pick up orders during COVID. We will be making an easy choice to never go here again.

The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming.
