THE BEST I'VE ever had period. Vegan drunken noodles. I added Thai eggplant-Add Green onion.. do it..& it's vegan ? Unbelievable

The BEST DRUNKEN NOODLES I've ever had !!!! I literally travel all over the US for work so I've been in a different city every week. That is to say I eat THAI FOOD everywhere I go. I ordered from here twice. HOME RUN. THE FOOD HERE is SO flavorful & so much DEPH of flavor! Both the drunken noodles and the mango sticky rice were an absolute home run. The drunken noodles were savory and had layers of spices and flavors..so delicious The mango coconut sticky rice was excellent and the mango as you can see from the photos is so ripe and amazing ! The customer service was 10 STAR. This establishment should be incredible proud of their service: I got a hand written note because I initially ordered over Uber eats and uber's system was having issues. They have an ONLINE chat for inquiries and they responded within one minute. Excuse me? I need to outsource that level of customer service to my cellphone provider and my doctors office to say the least ! This place is a GEM! My biggest regret is not eating this food everyday, as I'm in California now and haven't found anything close but I'll be back to Denver.. even if it's just for Thai!

Very conveniently located in downtown Longmont, having just moved from several miles north. Happy to have found it for the fam, and now we get to try it every time we come visit :) Notes: - at least as of December 2021, sign outside still says "A Thai food" (Thai restaurant previously occupying the space) - easy to order online, take out only - favorite dishes were the drunken noodle (tried both in mild and medium), tea leaf salad (try it mixed with white rice), tom kha soup (the broth was coconut heavy with mushroom and lemongrass complementing it), and the green curry (my MIL called it "sublime"!) - Least favorite was the pad Thai. Nothing necessarily bad about it, but just fell flat next to the rest of the dishes - Thai ice tea is worth getting to share (perfectly sweet and bitter) - They change the combination of sticky rice and fruit. From the two we tried, the lychee was a better pairing

This is my order I made on Yelp. It clearly shows that I made this order at Vegan Thai Co right?

My bf and I ordered from here on Yelp. When I got the order the Receipt said another business. Fly rice thai. I ate the pad see eew and ended up with a stomach ache. When I got home I gave my boyfriend the pineapple fried rice with chicken. Which I thought was vegan chicken because I ordered from a vegan place and it said "vegan pineapple fried rice". But it wasn't vegan chicken. It was real chicken. We would love to speak to the owner about this but there is no phone number to call. Only a phone number that has a message that says "please order online". If the owner sees this review and wants to reply with a phone number for us to reach you, that would be great. We would be willing to take down our reviews if you could handle this professionally. Instead of plain out right calling us names and calling us liars. I really hope we can talk about this in person or on the phone.

Always great food and quick delivery! Our favorite takeout/delivery in Longmont. We only wish they were open 7 days/week!

Surprisingly good Khao Soi and Pad Thai was excellent. Botanical sodas and kombuchas were solid selection for beverages.

Delicious and legit. The best Thai food I've had in many years. This will definitely be my go-to place for birthday and other family meals.

Shout out to our server "Sam" for helping make the experience so enjoyable (and even remembering us from when we were there 5 months earlier.... :). )

I'm not vegan, but pretty close, so I always enjoy having a full menu of plant-based meals to choose from. I went with the samurai bowl and an impossible thoughts tonic. The samurai bowl exceeded expectations - the sesame nori-crusted tempeh was really unique and delicious with the caesar dipping sauce. They offered hot sauce but I ended up not really needing it because the bowl was plenty flavorful without. The tonic was also really interesting - lots going on but it really worked. In addition to the main menu, they also have a whole array of vegan cakes and cupcakes for dessert, many of which are also gluten-free. I had a GF lemon lavender cake. The cake was also fantastic and the texture was perfect. It was quite a large slice, so I'd recommend splitting a slice of cake between two people. A very good experience that I'd recommend for anyone interested in plant-based food!

The Rockfish Tom Kha had absolutely incredible flavor. I've never had it as an entree before and they do it very well. The Key Lime Curd was the other top dish for me. It was so tart which is exactly what I wanted. They have a good looking meal for Sunday dinner too and I'd love to come back for it.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

Our friend was vegan, and at…read morethe time, neither one of us was exactly convinced that the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle was for us. So, in anticipation that we might not find much we liked, we actually ate before we left home. That turned out to be completely unnecessary. I remember trying the chicken-style seitan and several other things from the menu and being genuinely surprised by how good everything was. Not "good for vegan food." Just good food. What I remember most is that Watercourse challenged an assumption I walked in with. I didn't leave there suddenly becoming vegan, but I did leave thinking, "Okay, there's something to this." And all these years later, I still remember that meal and find myself wanting to go back and see what they're doing now. Sometimes that's one of the best compliments you can give a restaurant: you changed my mind.

We were enthusiastically greeted by Renee and I loved her energy, friendliness, and helpfulness. They do have a great HH until 6pm (and daily specials), which we took advantage of. We each got a Lavender Aviation cocktail (delish!) plus seitan and cauliflower wings, corn ribs, and a Philly sandwich. We LOVED the homemade ranch that came with the wings. My sister was afraid of the sauces they offered for the wings, so I got it on the side, which may have taken away from the wings themselves. We were partial to the cauliflower wings though. The corn ribs are a must and only $5 for HH! Unfortunately, the Philly fell short to me. It tasted like refried bean to me and was crazy messy and fell apart. It's always been a cute little place inside and they have some picnic tables in the shade outside to enjoy the weather without getting sun.
