I have bought a different vehicle about every 2 years due to driving a lot of miles. This was my first and will be my last time with this dealership. I would have expected to be treated better at a big "named" dealership...but man I was wrong. This has been THE WORST place to deal with! Here's a breakdown: Finance department was great, very easy to deal with and professional. My salesperson seemed new? Very unorganized. They didn't put tags on new vehicle, I had to ask right when we were leaving about them. They didn't ask for the title for my trade, I had to tell them where it was when we were leaving. They told us they would try to get us a 2nd key fob. When contacted after the sale about key fob, was told the trade didn't come with one, they couldn't get one, and they did not work for the dealership anymore. I tried to email the manager that was on during my sale, no response. I called to try to speak with them, manager was busy so I asked to have them respond to my email and received no response. I called again, finally spoke to them and they appeared irritated to be talking to me. Tried emailing another manager, they responded once. Emailed the General Manager, he responded well until he didn't...then it was crickets. Vehicle was POORLY detailed, I had to ask for something to be cleaned and said I would take care of the rest. Front alignment was off (they stated it was aligned after receiving new tires. I had it aligned somewhere else. Front sway bars were broke, I replaced on my own due to no longer trusting the dealership. Battery was not the correct battery for the vehicle, I had to replace battery within 48 hours due to consistently having a dead battery. The battery was "good" but too small for my vehicle. Asked for the "detailed inspection every vehicle goes through", have not received it. Had to contact the dealership about paying off my trade due to my trade in's bank insisting on insurance on vehicle. Payoff check was mailed 13 days after the trade. Contacted the dealership about my tags: first person told me they didn't deal with any of that and for me to contact the bank (I live in a non-holding state), I contacted the bank and they were very confused as to why I was told to contact them; the bank contacted the dealership and I was informed from the bank the dealership was waiting for a copy of a drivers license (they already had once)...the dealership NEVER contacted me to tell me they needed this. This was 20 days later. It has been one headache after another. I have never had this many problems with any dealership when buying a vehicle and never expected it from a Nissan dealer. read more

bought a vehicle in May of 24 and got the warranty sold the vehicle December 24. Took it back for an issue and of course it was not covered. The vibration issue they refused to fix and broke parts to get the tire off. Had it there a few times and got sick of them. Now we have to go-in person- to cancel the warranty on a car we don't even own, otherwise they won't refund our $ for a vehicle we no longer own. The navigation on my 2023 titan was blurry. I took the truck in and they replaced it. The replacement radio did not work and getting it fixed correctly was a 4 month process. I had to stay on top of them to get this done correctly and communicate with me. Keely was very professional. I couldn't depend on anyone else. I missed several days of work trying to get this resolved because I live over 1.5 hours away. Never was I compensated in anyway for my mileage, gas, or time spent waiting at the dealership when I was there for hours on end. I was not even offered a snack when I was there all day and had no transportation to go get food. When they finally fixed it correctly, they did pick my truck up and brought it back to me. We tried to have the work done elsewhere, but since it was warranty work and we started with Victory, we had to keep with them until they finally figured out the problem and got it fixed. Next time I will start with another dealership so I don't have to use Victory. I truly feel like if I had not stayed on them, they would have just let my problem go and would have never fixed it properly. They made it seem like they either didn't know what they were doing or they just didn't care. I paid them a lot of money for my vehicle last year when I bought it from them brand new and once that was done, they didn't care about me or their product. The only reason I gave them 2 stars vs 1 was because they did finally fix the issue. I would never recommend this dealership or their service department. read more

My husband and I had a great customer service experience at Victory Nissan in Dickson, TN today. We had made an appt with Austin Elias to discuss a specific Nissan SUV that Victory had available. I have to tell you that this was absolutely the best experience that we have had purchasing a new vehicle. We have had many automobiles in our lifetime. We have always dreaded going to trade because of the customer service, time spent making and closing the deal. I urge anyone in TN that is interested in a Nissan product to contact Victory first! We live in Memphis but it was so worth the 2-2 1/2 hour drive! Austin was with us from start to finish, the entire sales team could not have been nicer nor more knowledgeable. Do not order any parts from Robert Hopper. If you order a valve cover hose to air intake which is 5/8ths he will suggest without size fitment and aquire your approval making you think he could be correct until you find out its not long enough, its not the diameter you require. We called out of concern when we received the part and was transferred to speak to shay, Shay became disgruntled and merely hung up on us for our concern then argued what he did not know. Robert Hopper emailed us tovcall him prior, the dealership had no clerk that could answer any calls, we emailed Mr. Hopper again his new return email was disclosed to call his department directly, we did so and no answer there, we had so many unnecessary emails it was rediculous. As we recently communicated our concern after waiting two weeks, Mr Hopper embellishes a return email totally dishonest and we found this dealership to be extremely informal in the Business class, rude and a staff that does not upon picking up state their dealership by name. Because of the informal and business descrepancys, we recomnend that no one place their orders through their website www.cheapernissanparts.com When the female clerk fowarded our call to the so called Dealer manager and all he speaks upon answeringbis just hello, thst is too informsl for me, and upon asking who this is, he hangs up. Purchased a $70,000.00 vehicle from Jeff Jones at this location. Check engine light came on the night we purchased, called dealership and received "bring it back by we'll take care of it". Took several weeks to get it back in due to it being a primary work truck . After finally getting it in was told "well your past the mileage allowed for our warranty". Sales process was great , our salesman Jeff Jones was great . Wish we could say the same for the service department and the general manager that was irritated when I attempted to get him involved after the service guy said he has yet to get approval for the repair. Unfortunately when you buy a vehicle from Victory Nissan your also signing up for their" Maintenace Package" that includes oil changes within your purchase . This dealership will rip you off if you don't do your homework. I went there after looking online with specific vehicles in mind. I acted uninterested, but then stopped by a few random cars to get pricing and other info on them. Not only were the vehicles visibly damaged, but the salesman I was talking to quoted me $1,400 over the online price. Then laughed about it when I called him out on it. Be aware of cracks in the grill, dirty and stained interiors, dents and dings all over, peices actually missing, and they were visibly dirty under the hood. Not to mention price gouging. Get a Carfax report on any vehicle you're interested in there! read more

They will trick you, they will lie to you, they are the nastiest dealership i have been to, and i have been looking for a car for a month. After they gave me a quote on a car, I came back home and checked the internet Price - 5000 Dollar less! So i came back with my husband the next day as i really liked the car, even though they allready seemed fishy to me, they told me ill get the internet price and than wrote the 5000 more in the contract, which they told us to just sign - as we questioned the higher price they came up with bullshit excuses to trick us into a higher price. when we questioned it, they became really really rude, I have been to a lot of dealerships, but I have never in my life expierienced such rude and tricky, lying people. They will do anything to get that last dime out of you and if you question their Actions they get rude. DO NOT BUY THERE! Started out great. Great sales salesman doing his job. Did the the preliminary financial and got myself for a low apr. Came back next day, need a co-signer. Okay. Ran It. Higher apr. Got to dealer to sign final figures. Co signed doesn't agree. Dealership already had trade in on lot ready to go for sale saying it will be $1,143.00 to return vehicle that we didn't agree to and and get back to what was already mine sine the original contract was nullified due to the co-signer needed. We purchase a Honda CRV from this store . I call to get a light out of the car plus get a oil change . And i was told that he will call me back. He did call back and he said that i was out of warranty that i need to take it to a Honda Service. I ask i the the adviser i was being refuse service he said yes. They sold the car but you are not allow to have it service at Victory Nissan . They said was going to get 6 oil changes i did not even get the oil changes. I guess i am not in the right class of people that they will help. The owner of this company need to come and redo the whole place . A one star review is being OVERLY generous because they don't even deserve a one star rating. The absolute WORST service I have ever gotten from any dealership, let alone a Nissan dealer!!!! The technicians, servicemen, staff members, etc. are all very rude and incredibly deceitful and don't seem to know cars from the blue sky above. This place is just a money-hungry business that doesn't care anything at all about doing the right thing for their customers. My car was at this dealership a total of 3 times all within the same week and I spent over $600 on completely unnecessary services for my car to STILL not be fixed. I've never in my life had as bad of an experience as I've had with this dealership. I've had my car worked on by at least 2 other Nissan dealerships and have never had such an awful time. I'm not normally the kind of person to write bad reviews about a company but to say they were incompetent is being nice. Whatever you do, DO. NOT. GO. TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! They will screw you over in a heart beat (especially if you are a female) and not think twice about it. I have to change my 5 star review to a 1. The last 2 times I have been in to Nissan, their service has gone downhill. I was in there in May and today. When I make an appointment I ask for detail and they agree, then when I pick it up or when I drop it off, they tell me their detail person isn't in and then today, he said they didn't do that anymore, but they would vaccuum my car. Needless to say, my car was not vacuumed. I had asked when I made the appointment if they could look at my bumper and make any recommendations to what needed to be done with the paint chipping. The person who brought me my service bill had no clue and there were no notes of that in my paperwork. My complaint here is they do not do what they say they will do. If these simple services cannot be done, then please let the customer know upfront while making the appointment. Don't let it go and leave your customer disappointed. This has happened with my last 2 appointments. The service department managers needs to pull it together and communicate. Because you appear to be incompetent and lazy to your customers. read more

I have had 3 bad experiences with the service department. During one trip in for routine service I asked why the muffler looked like it had dropped down some. This was after it had been up on the racks. I was told it checked out fine. The next day as I got off the interstate it fell off. If it had beef 1 minute sooner I would have been going 70 mi/hr and could have killed someone behind me. Another instance was after buying a new truck which had a defect in the tailgate. It took over 6 months to get it fixed. There were lots of unreturned phone calls. Now the same brand new truck has an issue with the seat control. The service manager at that time was dismissive and talked down to me- at one point he hung up on me. Hopefully the new manager will be more professional. read more

Before I even start this review I do not review places at all I literally downloaded this app just to write this review to save others the hassle. I bought a truck that looked nice ran nice until I got it home noticed several issues were wrong with it. Tail light out, needed a new horn, and super loose steering that makes it hard to even stay in between the lines of the road. Been there five weekends so far and first time they told me it was a big lifted truck so it's going to have lose steering.(it is not lifted at all) Then told me there mechanics weren't in to come back next weekend when I called before I came and they told me to come in that Saturday. Next time I came in they told me they know what's wrong with it and they ordered the part they would call when it was ready. After waiting a week and half I called them and they said yes it was in to bring it early Saturday so they can put it in because it will take all day. I got there as soon as they opened and after waiting for several hours they did not even bring it into the garage they told me it was going to be an all day thing to bring it back Monday. I asked if I could leave it there and get a rental they promised me because my truck is unsafe to drive and they told me no that all of there six rentals were being used. So tired of driving an hour and a half there and back every weekend I chose to leave it there and have my wife pick me up. We will see what other issues they have fixing my truck and not keeping any of there promises. My sales rep made promises he had no control over. Service department needs to hire more experienced mechanics and more mechanics in general. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. After a extremely long day, I'm left with no vehicle. I was dealing with John Gajeweski and Kyle Orchard. They had trouble sending my lender the buyers order because they stated their system was down. My lender spoke to them over the phone so they knew the check was about to be presented to me. I had text conversations with them both, stating once the check was given to me and when I was in route to the dealership. I told them I was coming from Nashville and it was during rush hour traffic. After driving 1 1/2 hrs with two small children, I get to the dealership and John tells me they sold the vehicle 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I ask was he joking because I'm thinking there is no way someone would do this. Oh, but he was serious and asked if I was interested in looking at a Rogue. I came for a 2022 Pathfinder. I'm extremely irritated that not only was my time wasted, but John followed me to the parking lot to offer $20 in gas to only insult me even more. I will never consider purchasing a vehicle here nor would I recommend anyone else. I understand it's business. However, I could have gotten a call or even a text if someone was already in the process of buying. read more

Tried to make me pay for a truck issue that i had immediately after buying. Finally got them to take care of the problem and had it for a week and a half with no loaner vehicle. Turns out they couldnt fully fix the problem and found out it bent my front axle and they just hand it back over virtually in the same condition they had me run back and forth to 2 dealerships with. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from them on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning as I began my hour and a half commute to work. I realized as I was getting on the interstate the vehicle just did not have the power I was needing nor did I feel safe with the way it handled. I messaged my salesman and advised him of the issue. He himself was amazing in helping me with my every need and responded very quickly. He stated he would talk to his General Manager and see what he could do. He responded back advising me and I quote " Unfortunately there is not a cool off period, at this point there is nothing we can do unless you wanted to trade out of it, we can see if we could potentially trade you out of it. " I went that afternoon and was told I would have to purchase a new vehicle in order to be able to trade. I left extremely upset. If I could have afforded a new vehicle I would have purchased one in the first place. From there we were advised from an outside source to call the finance company to see if we had any options with them. They advised us they had not received any contract for this said agreement. We placed a call to the General Manager and he stated he does not know why we were calling, He sold us a car and there is nothing to talk about and that he had already faxed the paperwork over. The next day, I contacted my salesman to see if I could still trade the escape in and was advised, "So after talking to my GM, the deal has been finalized at this point and there is nothing we are able to do at this time." I know at the end of the day I should have been more cautious of my purchase but never thought I would feel so unsafe in a vehicle on the interstate that was so great in town. I have learned my lesson. First off, test drive the vehicle where you will mostly be driving it, and secondly, Don't buy from Victory Nissan of Dickson. The General Manager has no sense of good will. read more

Great Salesmen! Don't expect them to clean your car or inspect it before you leave. I left with something stuck to the seat and in the shifter and dirty windows after they claimed to send it to detail. Basically, I had to reclean it. Low battery on both key fobs, a low tire, empty washer fluid. I expect tip top shape after financing a $20k vehicle. Bought a used vehicle here. Staff was friendly & not too pushy like most car dealerships. The vehicle had a few things we wanted to get worked out before purchasing but unfortunately we were told it was taken care of when it wasn't. We had to bring the vehicle back in 4 times to have work done on it. Each time was a 45 min drive one way & when I asked for a gas compensation for my 6 hours worth of driving back & forth to them, they laughed like I was joking. They would even test drive it after working on it for what I was told "long periods of time" & wouldn't put any gas in it. The first loaner car they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke & was extremely dirty. The second loaner car was full of pet hair of some sort. One time I drove all the way out there & they said "ooops we don't have a loaner car today, you'll have to come back another day". Luckily, we took the car in other places to figure out all of its issues & then brought it back to Nissan to fix everything that was wrong with it. I just wish I didn't waste almost all of my warranty miles on driving to & from their dealership. read more
