The worst service ever. Fish was super greasy and now since infamous prices have skyrocketed! So very sad for this mom n pop place to charge more for their stuff in the news. It's a dirty place too. The really need to hire someone to do a deep clean. Smell of grease everywhere. Had the shrimp n grits because one table over ordered it and they heard it was good. Oh goodness no!!! Worst tasting shrimp. Could be used for bait. My husband had the catfish n grits. He's not a fan of shrimp n grits. It was so slimy and not even sure it was catfish or that illegal stuff from China. They have a like a large living room area where people can play video games, an ATM, some casino games. It's REALLY clean, family owned. A nice addition to Barton Ave in the city of Rockledge. As soon as we walked in we were greeted like family or, even better, long-lost friends. I had the Philly Cheesesteak and it was by far better than any of the ones that I've had at other local Philly Cheesesteak restaurants. I am not normally one to eat all of my fries but I would have probably eaten all of the fries at the table had I been given the opportunity. Service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait. Did hear one of the owners say that they were constantly having trouble finding people willing to work. I can see past slow service if the food is really good and it is. Hopefully they can get some more people working in there because I really want to see them flourish. read more

Folks, treat yourself; don't cheat yourself. Bring your appetites and sample the items on the menu. We have been several times, at different times of the day, and have not been disappointed. If you have not tried their boiled Cajun peanuts, this is a must, even if you're not a fan. One item we thought was worth mentioning is the service. No better how much I harass or pick on the staff, they consistently harass back! Love it! Makes you feel like home. An awesome standout feature is the play area for the kiddos. Parents can get together over a beer or drink and appetizer while the kids are entertained. Kings Grill has been open for a few months now, and I am of the opinion that it's going to be huge. You can visit for breakfast on Sunday morning, or stop by for a beer after work, and you can call ahead to see if they're featuring any PPV events, such as boxing and UFC. Not impressed at all. Nothing is homemade. Food is right from the Sysco truck. I could have had lunch at a school cafeteria... I mean, really? Service was poor, but they had staff. No cozy diner feel to it, and it was not very welcoming. Felt like i was in a fellowship hall. This place will not survive. Came with two friends for some beer and food. No beer on draught. Bummer but I can live with that. Upon ordering, was told that two of the three dishes we ordered were sold out. Hmmm...restaurant didn't look busy at all. Waited 40 minutes for first dish to arrive, plus 10 minutes more for the second, and ten minutes more for the third. No one checked with us during our wait, even for drinks, nor did it seem like anyone cared. Wish we could have all eaten our food at the same time. I am shocked of all these negative reviews. My guess is because this place hasn't even been open a month and needs to work out some small kinks. My experience however has been nothing but positive. The wings were some of the best in the county and the Catfish and grits were amazing. The owner /manager is very involved and always checking on tables. Walked in and they sat us. We waited 15 minutes before they realized we didn't have a server. When we finally got a server she was very arrogant. We ordered an appetizer but never received it. After we ordered the waitress came back informing us they were out of what we ordered. They then came back and said they miraculously found the food we ordered. Once our food arrived the wings were dry, our tea tasted old and the Philly was mediocre. Our waitress never once checked on us throughout our meal. We absolutely loved our experience at King's Grill. I had followed them on Facebook prior to opening and I knew the owners would be welcoming and truly cared in providing excellent service. That's exactly what we received. The ambiance inside showed they thought of customers of all ages. There was a set up of 3 gaming systems for kids, a coffee station for coffee lovers, huge bar and stage for entertainment. They have a DJ, Bingo and Karaoke. One of the things I loved the most was that they have pictures of kids from the community supporting them in all their different sporting events. The food all came out perfect and was super tasty. The wings were perfect and the special sauce on the shrimp po boy was delicious. Meeting the owners and spending time with the staff members was a true highlight. Each of them have greeted us and checked on us throughout our meal. When we complimented them on everything, we learned their heart was even bigger than we thought. Stopped for breakfast at Kings Grill to give the new place a try. Waitress told us to sit wherever we wanted. Ten minutes later she brought the menu took our drink order and did not see her again for another ten minutes, which she said coffee was still brewing. Ten minutes later she brought the coffee and took order. I ordered the blueberry waffles and wife ordered a breakfast sandwich. The waitress came back a few minutes later and told me they didn't have what I wanted, (ok, not a big deal), so just ordered belgium waffles. When food finally came, waffles looked and tasted like frozen waffles, no butter, but didn't have the energy to flag her down and ask. Wife's breakfast sandwich was just ok. Waitress never came back during our entire breakfast to check on us or even ask if we wanted more coffee. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Ms. Del knows what she's doing here! She's awesome and even took time out to hear any advice we gave regarding events, food, and the ambiance. The service was welcoming and I didn't mind the slight delay in the kitchen because we were well taken care of by the staff in the meantime. Restaurants need a chance. Especially local hard working women like Del. She will succeed and I support her 100%!! Brevard County barely has any decent restaurants that are mom and pop owned that are good. We enjoyed a very good lunch at Kings Grill! The semi-smash burger was excellently prepared with crisp lettuce, a slice of fresh tomato, melted cheese and a soft, tasty bun. The fries came hot and cooked perfectly. This is comfortable neighborhood establishment. You are surrounded by lots of TV's to watch your favorite sport, a casual bar for libations and a family friendly atmosphere to satisfy all levels of dining. Firstly this was my first time trying this restaurant. One the bread was not up to standard. The bread was chewy and soggy. I was expecting a nice hoggie roll and toast. I spent $13.00 bucks for a Philly cheese steak sandwich that did not come with any fries or a drink. Next the steak was not seasoned well on my sandwich and over seasoned on my wife's sandwich. lastly, the fries in my daughter's meal was not crispy at all and all the food in the plates were soggy. overall the chicken wings were good but needed to be cooked a little longer for crispy. read more
