Things I loved about this place? Service and food! The coffee was exactly what you hope for in a diner - warm, delicious and quick to be refilled. We both ordered some non-traditional breakfast items which could've honestly gone either way for our opinion of the restaurant. Fortunately, both items were delicious. Here are some things to keep in mind when ordering either of them though: Monte Cristo - if you've had one of those sandwiches from Bennigan's, this one is more like a deconstructed open-face non-fried version without the raspberry jam or powdered sugar and comes with no sides. Still very tasty and plentiful, but definitely different. The bread under the meaty cheesy pile is their delicious French Toast...so you do get a good hint of sweetness. I tried a couple of top-to-bottom bites with a splash of maple syrup and it was pretty good. Give it a try. I was a little surprised that it was JUST the sandwich at that price when so many other similarly-priced items come with home fries, at least. It still filled me up. The Corned Beef Omelette was the type of omelette where all of the ingredients are mixed together and cooked in a single layer and then folded over (Shush! I'm sure there's a term for that but if I don't know it, most of you won't either!). The omelette does not come with cheese unless you add it (Swiss seems like it would be a good choice) and the corned beef is sliced, not chunked. Still very tasty overall. We asked for the Home Fries (came with the omelette) extra crispy and they definitely were that. Since "home fries" means something different nearly everywhere it seems, I'll describe these starchy soldiers for ya. My Southern family would refer to these as "Fried Potatoes" which really just means that they are quartered and sliced potatoes fried in some cooking oil and dashed with some seasoning. I believe these were deep-fried (one of their options), but they probably skillet fry or griddle fry them if you don't ask them to do anything different. I didn't order "Home Fries 4-Ways" so I can't say anything more (no, that's not on the menu btw). Our waitress was super friendly and quick. The interior is about what you expect from a diner. There is plenty of parking (at least on the weekend since they share the lot). We'll definitely head back and try out some other items on the menu next visit.

    Turkey Club ($8.95)

Ordered takeout - This is an unassuming little diner and the only place within a 10 mile radius of my work and I am so glad it is. I got the turkey club sandwich ($8.95) and it was the club sandwich of my dreams. Super tall, lots of crispy bacon, perfectly toasted rye bread, and a thick layer of fresh sliced turkey breast. Came with a generous scoop of potato salad and cole slaw. It was ready quickly and they are also so nice :)

Food was fast and typical diner fare....The French onion soup that was raved about online was salty, lots of cheese and very little onion.

Great food and service, not a fancy diner. Enjoyed the omelette, grits, and toast! Would visit again if back in the area.

We also ordered the colossal shrimp and they were definitely worth the wait. I don't know what their seasoning combo is but it was excellent. We also split the burger and it came out fantastic with chips on the side. The chips paired well with the fish dip. The service was fantastic from the time we arrived. One of the staff immediately found a table for us and sat us. The staff, as a group, were very attentive and provided quick service. I would definitely go back. Also, there allow beach attire, so it makes for a good post beach dinner. The venue is open air which provides great views of the river. There is limited parking around the venue but at busy times, it may be difficult to find a spot.

Of course that is your choice of what to offer. I ordered chicken nachos with extra cilantro and they must have misunderstood because I got no cilantro. Very bland nachos although it was a lot of nachos if that is what you're looking for. We were told about the special which my friend ordered. It was a piece of fish in sauce with a small bowl of rice on the side. Pretty shocked to see it was $36 when we got the bill. Over all it was a one and done for us.

We grabbed seats at the bar, and right out of the gate the experience was mission-ready. The girls behind the bar were awesome, friendly, attentive, and just had that effortless vibe that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Now the food... wow. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely dialed in. The burgers were stacked and juicy, the sandwiches loaded, and those sidewinder fries? Forget it. Crispy, golden perfection. You can tell nothing sat under a heat lamp, this was all cooked to order and launched straight to the table. Best way I can describe it given the location... This wasn't just good food, it was a full-on flavor liftoff. Like sitting a few miles from Cape Canaveral and watching a rocket punch through the atmosphere, everything about this meal just took off and didn't look back. Great people, killer food, laid-back atmosphere... this place hits on all cylinders. We'll definitely be back for another launch

When we arrived, we did notice the outside could use a little TLC, but once inside, it was very clean and tidy. We were immediately greeted by both the hostess and bartender, and they were very friendly. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken quickly. It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.
