Stayed one night. It was clean, comfortable and good. Customer service is good. There is a fridge in the room, microwave is in 6th floor. There is a nice complimentary breakfast with fresh fruits, bagel, bread, coffee etc in the morning. We didn't have a great view but maybe there are rooms with a good view. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you want a good night's sleep. The hotel is on a block with multiple bars that play live music until 2am on weeknights and until 3am on weekends. I wore ear plugs and played white noise from my phone and still couldn't sleep through the noise. I requested to switch rooms and the front desk refused; they said I would hear the noise no matter where I stayed in the hotel. I really regret spending my money at this hotel only to not be able to sleep. I ended up cutting my stay short and switching hotels because the noise was that bad. read more

The Doctor and I love doing staycations because let's face it, Chicago is a great place to hang out in. For this staycation, The Doctor made a reservation at the Kinzie Hotel. We love boutique hotels and I have to say I have probably passed this a lot without noticing it...probably because of trying to navigate through crazy ass traffic down there. We arrived by cab (see review for Taxi Time) and were greeted by the staff. The lobby is chic, with a modern décor. I was surprised to see actual desks and chairs to check in. By the time we got there, there was no one in the lobby, but it soon filled up with people waiting to check in. There are three checks in desks, so things went fast...except for us. Our reservation, which The Doctor made back in October, was nowhere to be found. The Doctor had reserved a one-bedroom suite for us. The check in associate looked at every possible way to locate the reservation, but it could not be located. The Doctor had his confirmation number, the name of the person who made the reservation, but nothing was popping up. The Director of Guest Services, Martin Benster, got involved and tried to resolve the issue. After about 30 mins, there was no room at the end. Martin was very apologetic, but said he had no room available for us as they were completely sold out that Thursday night. What could have been a total disaster, Martin took care of it. While there were no available rooms that night, he told us that he would get us a corner bedroom with a view for the rest of the weekend at a significantly reduced rate. I was given the option of leaving my bag there and I did. Martin was the epitome of customer service and was very professional. He did not make any excuses about what happened, just apologized, and made efforts to correct the situation. We ended up going back home for the evening after a lovely happy hour at Imperial Lamian with The Queen. Back on Friday and we checked in, this time for real. Again, we were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel. As we waited for the elevator, there was a large flat screen TV there. You can take a selfie and send it to yourself. We want to come back and see the suite, but the deluxe corner room was great. The hotel consists of six floors and we were on the sixth floor. We had a view of Kinzie and State Street. There was a great view of an old water tower...probably not everyone's definition of a great view, but I love looking at buildings, people, and traffic. The room had this great L spaced entrance to the main room. There was a king bed, a love seat with a matching ottoman and a credenza desk, which contained a small refrigerator (big enough to hold three bottles of bubbles once the shelves were removed) and a Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was a nice size...much bigger than most. There were double shower heads and this cool leather bathroom tissue roll cover. There was free Wi-Fi and it connected with no problem and was very fast. I was able to stream on my computer. Another perk was the TV allows you to connect to Netflix, Hulu, and some other online streaming services. The bed was great, very comfortable. Didn't notice noise from neighboring rooms as we were right next to a room. One of the things The Doctor and I both noticed were the precision at which the shades had been lined up across all the windows...they were all at the same height Closet was standard size with a safe in it, plus two bathrobes. There were snacks available at a cost. Customer service was again awesome. When we would leave and return to the hotel, the staff would greet us and ask how we were. From 5-7 pm there's a happy hour with free wine, beer, and snack mixes. This place gets crowded quick. The bartender, Josh, was amazing and very friendly. The wines were mostly whites and reds...I mentioned to Josh that it would have been nice if there wasn't sparkling on the list. Well Saturday night, Josh hooked me up and provided prosecco for me to drink. Now that is customer service. On Friday, Josh and another manager walked around the tables replenishing drinks and picked up glasses, on Saturday it was Josh, Martin B and one of the check in associates. Again, I want to stress the level of customer service at this hotel. Friday night a family came in with their kids and they had leftover pizza. I guess Josh saw the take out boxes and brought out a microwave on a cart so the kids could heat up their pizza and take it back to the room with their sodas as there were no more table/seats. There was a morning continental breakfast offered, but we didn't get up for that, so no idea what that was like. But if it was anything like the happy hour, then it is probably good. This was a great staycation and I love the hotel. Want to come back to do the suite. The Kinzie Hotel was very welcoming and in a prime location! The front desk staff were thorough and accommodating and I felt very safe and taken care of during my stay here. My room was on a the third floor, right down the hall from the elevator but I couldn't hear a peep once that door was closed. While the view wasn't jaw dropping I thought having the brick wall there was actually pretty comforting because it helped with noise reduction and wasn't a direct look into someone else's room in another building. The room was very clean upon arrival with towels and supplies to get me through my entire stay, or 4-5 days. I especially enjoyed the lemon scented shampoos and soaps. They worked well with my hair and smelled fresh rather than artificial like most. Though I didn't take advantage of it during my stay, this hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour social on the 5th floor. They provide you with a tray, menu and information packet left on your bed when you arrive. Those in my group that did attend the breakfast and happy hour said it was well worth it and they were very thankful for the early morning and late day pick me ups. The check-in and check-out processes took under 5 minutes and they are able to hold your bags in their back office storage if your times don't match up with your transportation/flight times. They often have complimentary fruit infused water down stairs with cups to help yourself to while passing through or lounging in the lobby. The lobby is on the smaller side with 2 couches and 4+ lounge chairs all facing the front desk and the main street. While not private or too cozy, there are outlets if you need to sit and plug in for a minute while waiting for your ride. Overall I had a very nice stay at the Kinzie thanks to their organization, professionalism, and quiet environment. I also appreciated the wifi strength and accessibility. I would like to see more water filling station options but other than that all went well and I would come back. read more

Loved my recent stay at the Kinzie Hotel! Upon first walking into my corner suite on the sixth floor, I was blown away by the windows lining the wall that gave me an awesome view of the city. I'm a big city girl and love feeling "a part of it all," so this felt like Chicago was wrapping me in a hug! Yes, I had to manually close every blind at night, but such is the price you pay for natural light. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was giant, offering every amenity I could need. While I didn't check out the gym, I worked out nearby and appreciated the breakfast first thing in the morning where I loaded up on some fruit and yogurt. In the evenings, they had a complimentary happy hour, as well. Room service was available and there was a stocked minibar. The location was great. I was here for business at the Mart, so it was within walking distance to that, but also the river, tourist attractions, and outstanding restaurants. I'd love to stay at the Kinzie again if gifted the opportunity! read more

The Kinzie is a solid Three Star It's OK. It's right on the corner of State and Kinzie. Just a short jaunt across the river from the State/Lake L station with even closer bus stops like the 62 and 29 routes which make it easy to get inside the Loop. The building itself is one in from the Public House and rather unremarkable looking, like a non-descript office from the outside. My first day wasn't great - mainly due to crippled Wifi that was so bad. My Status was recognized so that gained me...two free water bottles. Well, better than nothing. The staff were great though, they offered to re-assign me to a room with better Wifi, including a possibly upgraded room. I got to look at both rooms, compare their locations and views and test their Wifi before we went ahead with the re-assignment. In the end, I declined the upgraded room - be careful of the Corner Room. It is "bigger" but the additional size is mainly due to a foyer (i.e. a long unnecessary walk to get to your actual room). The livable space itself is shallower. I ended up in a room with a curved window which is sort of cool but then again you can see into the room next door, so be sure to close that blind immediately! The "City View", by the way looks out onto Kinzie where you can see the Harry Carey bar. And above the corn cob buildings. It's not a classic Chicago skyline view you'll get. There's an early evening happy hour on the 6th floor bar which has bar mix snacks and beer and wine. The wine selection is not bad. In the same room you get the Continental breakfast - cold hard boiled eggs, and all the other crappy things one associates with the Continent. No meat. Hopefully this breakfast offering can improve, otherwise I wouldn't really take this breafast into account when comparing room value. One neat thing is the pre-check-in webpage. I opted for "Going Green" which gave me a $5 discount from the honor bar per day, but the way this discount is applied is a little bit suspect. I'll finish with one more kudos to the staff - they were always responsive over text message, and as I was checking out, I noticed some billing irregularities and before I even finished my sentence they knew exactly what I was talking about and made good on it. In summary, Kinzie is a safe location to stay at, but there are so many other places that would give you more to Yelp about. read more

I rarely get myself fancy hotels these days. (To me, fancy is anything more than $150, I like to play ~$100) Usually, if I stay in a nice hotel, it's for work. That was the case here. And, boy, this place makes me re-think my position! I had a corner room. The furnishings were ultra-modern (I'm into this aesthetic, you might not be!) and I loved the weird L-shape of the unit. The hotel has a free happy hour daily with an IPA on tap. I felt like I was in college again, "pre-drinking", it was great. Despite a massive wave of noisy union protests throughout Chicago during my days here, the staff remained calm and friendly. The Kinzie Hotel also have a great, central location. Walking distance to; Cloudgate (THE BEAN if you don't respect artists!), the art museum, the architecture boat tours, tons of great restaurants, etc. Also, for downtown Chicago, this place is priced pretty reasonably. In a word: phenomenal! I was in Chicago on a business trip, and excited to check out the Kinzie after seeing their lovely pics and great reviews online. They did not disappoint! From the friendly, personalized greeting at the front desk, to the lovely room, and of course the free breakfast AND happy hour, I could easily see myself staying here as often as possible. Their unconventional front desk area is not the usual tall counter found in 99.999% of other hotels. It's actually a series of three real desks (you know, like the kind you have in your office). The attendant sits behind the desk, and you sit in front. It's very personal - I loved it! After the quick check-in I headed up to my room on the 5th floor. It was light and bright, featuring a huge (and comfy) king bed, nice amenities (like a Keurig...which came in handy during the jet lag phase of my trip), and a (literal) rooftop view over the city. During my 3-night stay I also took advantage of their laundry service for some pressing. The pants I left out for housekeeping in the morning were promptly returned in the afternoon. My co-workers and I also took advantage of their free daily happy hour and complimentary continental+ breakfast, both located on the sixth floor. The Kinzie also offers free wi-fi (which I used continuously) and a workout room which (of course, if you know me at all) I didn't use. The location of this hotel was fantastic! Located just a few blocks away from our Chicago offices, it was surrounded by dozens of fine bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. When things were farther away than walking distance, there were many bus stops (and, of course, the train) a few short minutes away. Some of our group were arriving later and we gave the front desk full name, room key and authorization to add them in the room. Once in the room the front desk called to apologize that someone forgot to put that information in.... ( the other desk agent ) Disappointed with check in, billing, charged extra fees mid stay and front desk can't even tell us what we were charged for, let alone pull up our reservation by dates stated 9/2-9/4, confirmation code, or name. No breakfast, no happy hour, no calls back to resolve our billing issue, how convenient! On a positive note hotel location is great. read more

We had to speak to the manager, wait and almost find another room elsewhere at the last minute. Finally they found a room on the 2nd floor with an alley view... and the entire night we couldn't even play music or have fun because someone next to us complained and we weren't even very loud... Oh I just loved being back at the Kinzie. For anyone with a work outing/conference at the Mart, I highly recommend you try to stay here--it's so close! The Kinzie is a boutique hotel with a nice city vibe. In fact, my room had wallpaper in it that's a street map of downtown Chicago. Though I might not have slept well on my first night, because I refused to close the curtains (didn't do that again on the second night), it was so worth it. The entire wall of windows reminded me of how I miss living in the city. As for the room itself, it was comfy cozy. The bed was made for a good night sleep (pillow took some getting used to), and the temperature in the room was easily controllable. It had a sweet little day bed right under the window, where I did some work and was able to get a view of downtown while I was at it. I was tempted to lounge in one of the comfy robes hanging in my closet, but I didn't have much time for lounging. Lovely bathrooms with all the amenities you could ask for. I did not take advantage of the workout room right outside my room, but it was really tempting. Wish I'd planned better. Next time...I hope! Probably my favorite work hotel stay in Chicago. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It's located in a great area and near the Merchandise Mart if you're ever coming in to work there and need a great place to stay. I also loved all the restaurants nearby that were easily walkable. So many selections! The Lobby/Staff- Clean, simple, and the check-in was quick. The gentleman that checked me in was very welcoming and very attentive. I'm not giving this hotel a five star rating because I didn't have the same encounter with a different hotel representative at the front desk. I got my wallet stolen Sunday night at a bar earlier that night and I was so worried that I'd have a problem at my hotel because my card that was on file was in that wallet that was taken. When I got back I asked the representative if another card (I luckily had in my maiden name) worked. She wasn't welcoming, wasn't attentive, and seemed like she just wanted her shift to end. She gave me the bare minimum communication. I was visibly upset and a smile or a tad bit of empathy would have gone a long way in this interaction. The Room- The King Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the full blinds that you could pull down. I also loved the TV options and they even had Netflix! Happy Hour- THE BEST! They have a great selection of drinks and snacks from 5-7PM! The bar tender was awesome and super friendly. Our group also liked the dim lighting and cozy seating. This area is converted to a breakfast area in the AM that was also complimentary. It wasn't anything over the top but they still had a nice selection of fruits, pastries, orange juice, coffee, and a few other things. Very pleasant and polite on the phone, answered my questions and made me look forward to getting there. While it was big city prices for parking the car, the valet service was right out front. The front desk was friendly, made me feel welcome and important. The hotel was immaculate throughout. I got a room on the top floor, which had a great view. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, dual shower heads in the bathroom, the manager's reception and breakfast were spot on. I would definitely stay there again. Originally I was going to give the Kinzie 4 stars. It was quite good, not great. However... One night the toilet plugged up (I didn't do it - I swear). So I call down about 9:30pm and they say they'll send someone up. I call 1/2 hour later and get someone else who just came on shift. Said he knew nothing about it so clearly the previous person just blew me off. In addition, because it was so late they couldn't fix it and they had no empty rooms to move me to. It was my fault for staying here the weekend of lollapalooza. It appeared to be a classier hotel, but I was wrong. (++++) The good! Great location. Decor was nice, although some stains on carpet. The bathroom was big and everything was clean in there. (----) The not-so-good Open condom wrapper under the nightstand (at least the previous guests used protection?!) The previous guests also smoked/vaped/whatever-ed in the room, but cleverly wrapped the smoke detector in a freaking plastic grocery bag. The sheets had a crinkly plastic mattress pad underneath. I felt like a 4 year old sleeping on a plastic sheet. Our room was right behind Jo Jo's shake bar outdoor area and they played loud ass dance music until super late. Yes, I'm old. I paid almost $500 for two nights of this crap. Only one elevator working. Seems to be a common issue in other reviews too. read more

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that I could cancel my stay for free if I would like as they were recently hit with a ransomware attack. The only "inconvenience" was that no key cards could be made and security would escort me in the elevators and into my room. When I heard this news, I asked 1) Why I wasn't informed ahead of time? and 2) What concessions would be made to compensate for the trouble? I was informed the only concession would be free cancellations, but given the short notice I informed the staff I was now in a bind and had nowhere else to stay... I am extremely disappointed with the hotel service, lack of concessions and security. As a young woman I felt extremely unsafe staying in a hotel where you would announce your room number to a group of individuals on the elevator and be escorted to your hotel room where all one needs to say is I'm in this room to gain entry. There was zero regard for my safety and security overall. Additionally, there were not enough elevators or staff with key cards to enable us to enter our rooms freely or use the amenities of the hotel at our convenience. A key card was needed to indulge in the free breakfast, and gain entry to the business center and fitness center. As for the room, it was spacious, lacked overhead lighting and used plastic bedding between sheets which made a loud and crinkly noise during the night. read more

Breakfast bar: what is this genius and why don't more hotels do this?! Super handy to grab breakfast right by the elevator bank on your floor. Not to mention it's a great spread - yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, hot water, Tazo tea... Rooms: spacious enough, comfy beds and pillows (though small - why do hotels have very small pillows?), nice bathroom. I will note the toilet paper is located in an odd location and the shower does not seem to have a nonslip surface so be careful entering and exiting the shower! Overall experience: Good location at the south end of River North right by the river. Modern bright decor. Friendly doormen and valets. Neat touch screen visitor screen by the first floor elevator bank. Things that were missing for me: a bigger and fancier lobby for a grander entrance. A proper concierge/front desk - the receptionists were sitting at IKEA desks and neither time did they seem overly welcoming. I've stayed at more higher end properties in Chicago that from the moment you step in the door feel like an experience: staffers greeting your Mr./Mrs/Miss, offering lunch/attraction recommendations without prompting, asking you proactively how your visit is. Not all hotel properties are the same - and I'm okay with that - but just don't go into the Kinzie with that expectation. read more

Very modern vibe. Minimal lobby and untraditional, informal check-in area. I also got text updates and could respond to that with questions/concerns. I do love the smart TV. I was able to login to my Netflix account and watch movies from that during my stay! Breakfast was ok. They had muffins, small croissants, cereal, granola, oatmeal, donuts, pastries, milk, orange juice, coffee, bananas, apples, oranges, hard boiled eggs. It officially ends at 9:30am, but both times I went, they cleared it at 10am. You can still go into the lounge anytime for water and to use the microwave. I never made it to happy hour. My room had a full 180 view of a brick wall. Sigh. After my first night, I called front desk in the morning requesting a room change as the air my room was making a high pitched noise and I did not get much sleep as a result. The noise I realize is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but I was more frustrated that the staff member I spoke to offered absolutely zero sympathy about my unrestful night, he also said you may be fully booked but he would call back, and 4 hours later I had not received any call. I mentioned this in my text conversation with the hotel customer service. They were apologetic and offered a refund on the service charge, which I have yet to see on my credit card (I was there 3.5 weeks ago). read more

The price of this hotel is perfect and it includes a continental breakfast in the morning. The best part about this hotel is the FREE, yes I said free, happy hour from 5-7. If you miss something in your room big chances you won't get it back, my Apple Watch which has GPS shows that it's on the hotel more than I day, and they waited till had no battery to look for it and let me know they couldn't find it. It was 64° in the room when it was 55° outside. Torn blinds wallpaper coming up and noisy neighbors. No room service as stated. Great place, central location and great staff. Plus the happy hour and gym are spectacular for a hotel. For happy hour, they keep it going during covid by giving you drinks to bring to your room. We appreciate they didnt skimp on the luxuries during the pandemic. They offer valet parking, but there are no in/out privileges and it's crazy expensive. There are plenty of lots available nearby via parking panda or other parking app. Overall, we stayed 4 nights and had no complaints. read more

Called downstairs to see if they had down/feather pillows but no luck! Bathroom was a good size and was ok. 5-7 pm every night happy hour on 6th floor at "Double Cross Bar". Really nice touch with fabulous bartenders both nights. Same place for free breakfast in mornings which consists of cereal, pastires, yoghurt, bananas, apples, juice and coffee. Coffee was not good at all! The rest was ok although a toaster would have been a decent touch. We booked our stay the the Kinzie for a one night stay in Chicago and we were so excited about it! We knew we would be arriving earlier than check in but they told us they would hold our bags for free which is always an incredible perk to us. When we arrived our room was already ready! So for a $25 fee we could check in early. We were a little bit bummed to realize we were given a handicap room. As a tall family (me being the shortest at 5'11) it was not a great choice for us. I could see up to my neck in the mirror, the shower head was at my shoulder and the counters were extremely low. With that being said it is so nice they have accessible rooms and someone who can utilize these features will be so happy! We asked on our way out for the day if they typically do that/don't mention it at check in and they were shocked we were put in a handicap room. We were quickly told they would switch our room and discount the rate. So all in all it was a slight inconvenience that they immediately rectified and we couldn't have been happier or more thankful for how they treated the situation. Either way the rooms were very nice, very clean and we enjoyed it very much. They have a fitness room on the 6th floor as well as a bar with a free happy hour from 5-6 with complimentary beer, wine, and snacks! They also offer a continental breakfast with many options as well as coffee. We loved the location of the Kinzie as well it was within walking distance to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go otherwise we could just grab a quick lift and be on our way. They had a beautiful Christmas Tree up in the lobby during our visit that made it even more welcoming. All in all this was a great stay and I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a nice hotel in Chicago! read more

Recently, I had attended a two day conference at the Kinzie Hotel. This boutique hotel hidden secret in the River North area. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jian, doorman, and directed me to the check in desks. Yes, they are desks. The lobby is very minimal and very modern. Truly enjoyed the art pieces. Gismerait, Front Agent, had greeted me asked for my ID and form of payment. She was very courteous and let me know they are also the concierge so if I needed any dining recommendations, tours or general information, she and her co-workers would be able to assist me. Drake was also very helpful. I was able to obtain a king room facing the front of the building. Great view of the neighboring buildings. The room is spacious enough with king bed, seating bench and a credenza desk which contained a small refrigerator and a Keurig Coffee machine. The bathroom is larger than the normal hotel bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable and noise free from neighboring rooms. When I would leave and return to the hotel, I would be greeted and acknowledged. There's complimentary appetizers every evening. The bartenders, Maribel and Marcos were very friendly. The morning continental breakfast is great which is located on each floor. Then you take the items back to your room - there is a tray in the room. Don't be surprised you see other guests in their pjs / bathrobes. BTW, the robes are very comfortable - not stiff like other hotels. The conference room, Fort Dearborn Room, is a prefect size for a small meeting with a very modern feeling - typical sterile meeting room. The staff would be very respectful while taking care of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel. read more

The beds are comfy, staff are friendly and the extra amenities such as free breakfast and happy hour are a huge plus. What this hotel did to us was so outrageous that I'm not even sure it was legal. If it's not illegal, new laws should be passed to prevent it from happening in the future. They overbooked the hotel and cancelled the reservations of 60+ rooms made through third party websites (including our room). They lied and said the third party websites knew, but they didn't. What clearly happened is that they probably got higher direct offers for bookings for some large event and they got greedy, while also being irresponsible about communicating with clients. Because let's be real, how do you overbook by SIXTY ROOMS?! They refused to "walk" us over to comparable accommodations nearby, and left us in Chicago with nowhere to stay. We were standing at the curb with our luggage after they kicked us out scrambling to find a hotel on our phones. We ended up having to pay over $400 what we originally planned to stay nearby. Lastly, Jasmine and the whole front desk staff were VERY rude to all the guests this was happening to. They showed no remorse for their hotel's actions and told one upset client (who had also just found out about the overbooking) "yeah you can leave now." As a grown woman, I have never been brought to tears from poor treatment by a business like I did when this all happened. Trash hotel. Trashy management. Trashiest customer service. read more

Kinzie hotel Our stay was a Friday-Sunday. I truly mean it when I say that this was the best hotel experience I have had in all my travels. Spencer at the front desk was so kind to offer us early check in upon our 9am arrival. We had dropped in at the hotel hoping to just drop off our bags so we could walk around the city until check in, but Spencer went above and beyond why we sought, and totally made our day! Little did he know that we had just taken a red eye flight from LA to Chi for my bachelorette party, and the best possible gift he could've given us was early access to our room so we could shower and nap! (Thanks Spenc'!) He was also so informative and kind, he even let us know that we had a few minutes left to catch breakfast if we wanted to. He really started our stay off on the right foot! Overall the hotel is very clean, classy, chic, and employs courteous and friendly staff. Any time we left the building, someone wished us a great day. Any time we came back, someone welcomed us back. It was a nice feeling that not only are the staff aware of who comes and goes from the building, but this made them seem very approachable, caring, and friendly. They even provide you a 24-7 phone number to text with any need you have. We texted in the middle of the night both nights asking for an extra blanket and extra towels, and both times the response was immediate, and someone was at our door within minutes. This was a very elevated experience. Additionally, the small details go a long way! The makeup mirror and vanity stool in the bathroom were so helpful when we were getting ready since we had a crew girls sharing a room. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour options. Though neither event was outstanding, having the option there was very nice and we did stop into each of them to take advantage. The hotel is well positioned in a great area that's easy /safe to walk around. 5/5 stars- would absolutely recommended, and come back again! Ps The robes are AMAZING! Stayed here for a couple of nights and I didn't realize how close it was to all of the restaurants and bars in downtown Chicago which is great. The price is super reasonable considering the location but very few amenities which is fine because we would rather be out and about anyways. The people who work here from the door man, concierge and desk personnel were all super friendly and helpful. If I were to come back to Chicago I would stay here again. read more
