    fried rice and shrimp tempura

Great Chinese food! My family ordered many different dishes and they were all delicious. Plus they have HUGE portions! It is definitely worth the money. We got orange chicken, vegetable and shrimp tempura, sushi, fried rice, and potstickers! I loved the spicy tuna on the sushi! The service is great. The restaurant is owned by a very kind and warm local family. The ambiance is nice and quiet. I love the Christmas decorations.

I was in Wisconsin for work and my coworker and I wanted to eat something close to the our hotel. We saw this restaurant on yelp and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and the inside looks like a typical strip mall restaurant. The service was great and the waitresses were really attentive. I ended up ordering the shrimp and scallops with the brown sauce. Once I tasted everything I was surprised by how good everything tastes! Everything was tasty, the scallops were nice and big, the shrimp was flavorful. I don't know what was in the brown sauce but it was amazing. I wasn't expecting so much flavor from a strip mall restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised and happy because your girl was hungry. The next time I'm in Wisconsin I'll have to stop by.

The restaurant remains takeout only, which is fine with me. I ordered on-line which was super easy, and it was ready when stated. I asked for a special request- lite oil and spicy. My request was written on the lid and that is how the food was prepared. My Chicken with broccoli was delicious and plentiful. I LOVE the steamed dumplings. Some of the best I have had. As a nice bonus, your entree comes with a soup. I chose the Miso- really good. This is always one of my stops when I am in town for business.

    Spicy Tuna Roll...very good.

Didn't expect that Sushi in Burlington would be any good. Pleasantly surprised. Went with a few work friends after they spoke highly about it and had to try it out. Egg roll was crispy and frankly, one of the best rolls I've had in a while. Not greasy but perfectly crispy with just the right amount of stuff inside. The spicy tuna roll was great. Adequately long and filling with a cool crunch to it. Service was quick and friendly. Place is in a strip mall but don't let this fool you. Clean too. Ill be back...with more friends.

Had a few rolls. Very good! The tempura batter is just ok but the doneness was met. I will go back!

Hands down the best Asian food in the area, and one of the better restaurants in general.

Very fresh! Always on point and hits the spot! For Burlington it's a good find since we moved here as options for variety are limited.

Been craving ramen, but thought there was no way I would find anything in Lake Geneva. Of course, first checked Yelp and found Zaab Corner Bistro, which was a short drive away. I got there early and my family ordered ramen and pork tonkatsu. I was skeptical at first - how could this place so far away from any major city be able to provide a hearty Japanese meal? Boy, was I wrong about this place as the dishes were outstanding. The tonkatsu ramen was deep in flavor as well as clean and light in a surprising pleasant way. The chasu was slightly charred and added a flavor and meatiness to the dish. My partner and I both shared we typically don't finish ramen because it can be salty, oily and too strong in flavor, especially at the end. Eating here, my partner and I were able to finish our bowls clean! They were so good. The tonkatsu was fried so well (they know how to fry dishes, which is an underrated skill as it had just the right crunch without the oiliness) and seasoned perfectly. The sauce has some Japanese curry in it with a touch of sweetness that made eating the delicious dish easy. It was so good our kid asked for a second serving, which we finished! The service was excellent, and we did not wait long at all for our food. If we are ever back in Lake Geneva, I'll come back for sure.

At first we knew it said 6 shrimps but seeing the size it came with, I wouldn't order for this price. This is more like appetizer and not an entree. If you want repeat customer at least give decent portion. Rice doesn't cost that much. It didn't even fill up the small container.

The greeting from the hostess was warm and friendly; she is an asset and really makes you feel welcome. Once we were seated and finally finished our struggle with what to order, we got our drinks. I had to go with the One Night in Bangkok again because it's just a really nuanced and complex mix of tangy, spicy and a hint of sweet. The smoke show also is impressive. My cousin tried the Berry-cation from the summer menu and it was perfect for her - very fresh and a little sweeter. Cousin-in-law got the Thai Goddess, with tomato, and it was very interesting - not quite fruity and not overly vegetal - very cool. Our food was amazing. The first several minutes were just a series of different people saying "Oh my God" as we tried different things. There was no weak dish. We enjoyed a good mix of seafood and meat dishes, that included Golden Fungi, Phuket Jor Pu, Namya Pu, Kurobuta Pork in Panang Curry Sauce, Hung Lay Short Ribs, the Samurai Signature Set, Kinnic Crisp Shell, Nam Prik Aon, Waygu A Rockfire, Mango Sticky Rice and a complementary birthday Yuzu Cheesecake. This restaurant has a way of really creating a special experience and hits on all the important points. Stunning,

We started with the Harajuku Rolls which had nice flavor. There were a few that tasted quite fishy. The crab Rangoon was delicious! For mains, we share Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao both good portions and with the starters was enough food for 3, we even had leftovers. The Pad Thai was good but did not have a ton of chicken. The Pad Kee Mao was a bit spicy again and some beef pieces were a bit chewy. Downside was we got a weird table by the host stand right by the patio door, there was a lot of staff traffic and also a draft from the front door opening and customers waiting right by our table to be seated. The server was a bit interesting, not super helpful with the menu and did not check on us after plates came out.

I'll start with what we liked - the ambiance, the location in the historic Third Ward (although finding street parking close by can be tricky on a weekend), the service. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu which is always appreciated and makes for a better dining experience. When we arrived we had a reservation so it was nice to have zero wait time. We were led back to our table and ordered drinks. The non-alcoholic menu was slim on options but the options were creative. We were told dishes are made to be shared so we ordered a few bigger dishes and the kimchi pancakes. When the kimchi pancakes came out it was nice that they were deconstructed so you could build your own as you like. Kimchi can be an acquired taste so I personally liked being able to control how much I had in each bite. The other dishes were large. These are not shareable dishes- they are legt. main courses. The Mongolian beef was ok. It had a lot of vegetables and color which was nice. The Mapo Tofu dish was a let down. It kills me to say that but it tasted funky. It was a strange flavor and not a good one. On the menu, this dish has three chili peppers next to it which the server told us indicated that it is one of the spiciest dishes on the menu. It had zero heat and zero spice. I asked for some chili crunch to add on top which I also thought fell flat on flavors. The flavors all around just weren't jiving for me. And there was fresh cilantro (maybe?) on top which did not help the situation. In hindsight the Top Chef coverage of Dan Dan and hype in the local media made us think every dish here was going to be amazing and unfortunately we didn't think so. I don't need to return any time soon.

It is a noisy place full of older customers that know everyone in the place. Lots of customers hugging the staff, talking with the owners, and other tables. A great atmosphere if you are a local. One of the owners even suggested carrot cake for our desert. Really good by the way. We did see a number of regulars tables that were receiving complimentary appetizers. I get it, but you should treat first time customers the same to make them repeat customers? The issue was with service and how we were treated after we had to get service. Our server disappeared once our main course was ordered. Yes the place was packed, but the server made sure she kept on touching base with the regulars tables and we received less attention. Well like no attention. Well like we had to go to the bar to one of the owners to get our check. Well and when my significant other tried to comment that we had a lack in service the owner walked away from us. She turned a really nice first time experience into a never going back and write a bad review experience. (And my significant other was mad the whole evening, which made the event worse for me.) So even though I wanted to at least give them a 2 star review I had to tie it back to the tip we gave of $1. Regretfully we will not be going back to The Green Room.

I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu, the staple menu item I order each time I visit. My guest ordered the Mongolian beef. My pad Thai came out visibly different than times past. It looks almost watered down and the tofu was not coated and seared with the beautiful crust it normally has. I ate it and it tasted... sour. Normally this pad Thai leans savory over sweet, but this time it just straight up tasted sour. The tofu was nothing to write home about, which is typically not the experience I have here. The Mongolian beef tasted like it had more sear on the meat than actual beef. It tasted over-charred. The rice and veggies were good, but that's kind of a simple feat. I ordered the Pomegrantate martini which was good. The space was also very hot, I understand it's a hot day and a busy restaurant but my legs were dripping in sweat the entire hour we were there. I will give them a try again, because I know from previous experiences the pad Thai was usually great. That tofu is what I keep coming back for! Hopefully next time it'll meet my expectations. This was this past weekend on Friday night.
