The spicy shug bagel was an average breakfast bagel with some spicy sauce (wasn't spicy at all in my opinion), but the pesto bagel was really good. I would recommend the pesto cutlet over the spicy shug. I wish the bagels were warmed up though, they were cold and rock hard, the fillings were also not hot. I prefer Cloud 9 Bagel in Carrolton more since they warm up your bagels and cost less.

I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. Today, I got my sandwich and I smelled a strong egg aroma. The sandwich comes with one egg so that's fair but it smelled exceptionally eggy. I got home and took the wrapped sandwich out and the egg smell was again, the strongest aroma which is not typical of this sandwich. I opened the sandwich and saw that the meat in the sandwich only covered half the sandwich and wasn't a lot of meat at that. Standards have slipped even for you all. I hope this is just a one-off and not the new norm.
