I want to preface this review that me and my partner have been coming to this spot at least 1-2 times a month for the past few years. When we first started going, the workers were so welcoming and kind. It felt very home-y, as one would expect with a family-owned business. I remember seeing the owner in there often and being so awesome as well. However, within the past 6 months, something has changed. The quality of the service and food has gone down drastically. Last week when I went, I ordered 2 bagels and had to wait 30 min for my order. There was only one lady ahead of me with her two kids, but for some reason, some men who ordered behind me were getting their orders first. I was just sitting waiting patiently, so I'm not really sure. Anyways, when I went to retrieve my order, the worker didn't even offer an apology for the wait or anything. It felt a little cold from what I'm used to here. Well flash to today when I ordered through UberEats. The order is written, so I didn't think it would be difficult, but my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel came without any bacon. I also added a hashbrown to my bagel (like usual), but today, oh my god. It was burnt to the core and tasted like it's been sitting in oil for hours. I'm not leaving this review to bash Bagel Fresh Deli because I genuinely love this spot.
