I've been to this location many times, only through the drive-thru. I always get the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich because it's delicious. Service is always slow but they're doing their best. Today, I got my sandwich and I smelled a strong egg aroma. The sandwich comes with one egg so that's fair but it smelled exceptionally eggy. I got home and took the wrapped sandwich out and the egg smell was again, the strongest aroma which is not typical of this sandwich. I opened the sandwich and saw that the meat in the sandwich only covered half the sandwich and wasn't a lot of meat at that. Standards have slipped even for you all. I was just here yesterday and had the best experience with a lady at the drive thru but today was the total opposite. Plain and barely salted, and my bagel was burnt. And I got a bottled water. Like I'm not the biggest fan of capers but it truly is like the perfect flavor combo. I really enjoyed it. I hate that I forgot the name of the lady at the drive thru window, but she was amazing. It was my first time going to this chain in YEARS. Everyone was super nice, and the store was very clean. I got the All Nighter and a Cold Brew Shake. Is the all nighter worth the money? Personally, I didn't think so. But that doesn't mean someone else won't love it! The average price of the food is around 7$, and the drinks range but looks about 4-6$ on average. The coffee shake was amazing! I think the overall rating of the store is because the customers who have good experiences don't review. And the ones with bad times make sure it's known. This location is awful. I went inside with my boyfriend around 12 to order some bagels and they were basically out of everything. The two young girls working behind the counter were very slow making the orders and we had to wait over 20 minutes for two coffees AFTER we had already received our bagels 15 mins prior. I had to ask for my coffee again while they were only making drive thru orders. The only good thing about this place is the guy who was in the back making the bagels. He was nice. My daughter and I stopped in to order 3 of the Oktoberfest sandwiches on 11/10 and were met with one of the absolute worst experiences ever. My first issue is regards to the young lady that was making our sandwiches. I watched the young lady tug on her clothes, touch/rub her neck and touch her hair WITH her gloves on and then go back and continue touching food to prepare for other orders that included mine also. I made a comment about the uncleanliness I was witnessing that I know for sure the person standing at the register heard. I found out shortly after that the person at the register was actually the store manager, Matthew. Matthew called the young lady over to the register to help him with an order and in those SAME GLOVES we watched her handle the register, touch all over the counters and more body contact. The "manager" asked her to remove the glove from her right hand after the register contact but after she finished helping him, she went back to food prep and only replace the glove that he asked her to remove! After watching and realizing she had no plans on putting on clean gloves, I asked the young lady to please put on clean gloves before going back to prep my food. She didn't hesitate to agree and only then did she put on clean gloves. Then after waiting on our order for 15+ minutes one of the other workers behind the counter let us know that the store didn't have anymore beer cheese for our order and asked if we wanted to use an alternate cheese. My problem with this is that we stood and watched for that long extended period with our sandwiches laying there partially completed, getting cold, and not once were we informed that a critical ingredient for THIS particular order was unavailable. Why did it take SO long for us to be informed that this ingredient was missing??? Needless to say, we no longer wanted this order and wanted a refund. My daughter requested that the refund be issued in cash so that we could take the money immediately and get food somewhere else. Matthew said he was unable to accommodate this request, in SPITE of all the things he heard me complain about regarding the cleanliness of the other employee. I don't understand why he wasn't able to issue the refund in cash, if for nothing else, to accommodate the extreme inconvenience they created for us!! I let him know that I planned on creating a complaint regarding this experience, mainly because the behavior of how the handling of food did NOT change as that same employee continued the same nasty actions for the orders of the other customers. What is the point of using gloves if you're still going to practice nasty food handling habits. This is EXTREMELY concerning... especially since the store manager is actively out on the floor and NOT addressing these things himself!! Don't be surprised if this store gets someone sick one day with these habits and service. I know I personally will NEVER visit this location again!! Thankfully, my daughter has an AWESOME relationship with store#3615 on Inwood Rd and we were able to go there and get this same order made in less than half the time AND practicing excellent food handling skills!!! What an awful experience. Came in from out of town and stopped to get a dozen bagels. We stood there with several other customers behind us in line and were all completely ignored. Apparently the priority is not the customer in front of you but the online and drive through get first service. After about 10 min and a person from the middle of the line was served first we placed our order. Another 10 min went by before they started to pick our order. Today Tom and I decided to take a trip down bagel ally. We swerved over to einstein bagels as quick as possible and were so excited to consume some plains bagels with butter. When we got our bagels butter was leaking out of the bag and on to Toms new gucci briefcase which I just bought him for Christmas. The bagels (pictured) were absolutely inedible as they were drenched in butter. It was as if we ordered two large sticks of butter with a small side of bagels. I promise you there are bagels in the photo (you might have to put on glasses to see them) under all that butter. I found this location due to a co-worker and I can't believe after almost 2 months I had no clue it was only 8 minutes from my job. Due to my local one being closed temporarily to relocate this has been my go to location. Chris is awesome and I don't know the other manager I've seen on my trips in. My order is always correct. Only encountered one time of my order not being ready but it was due to being out of my choice of bagel. I'm thankful they didn't just throw it on a plain. I like the spicy bagel for my breakfast. This will be my location even after my local one opens back up. I don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe the Karen's need to stop picking on food service people. You NEVER know how hard a person job is until you have been in their position. All these comments about slow service. Just because there is only a couple of people in store think about the drive thru, all the catering and mobile orders they have as well. If your running late for work try the mobile ordering or getting up earlier! It's simple don't leave a negative comment cuz your having a bad day! I am part of a non profit organization who hosts several seminars throughout the academic year for high school girls in our surrounding districts. Our seminars encompass topics, such as women's health, civic engagement, and financial literacy, that will help prepare the girls for life after high school, specifically with college. I was in a time crunch since our sponsor fell through and we had to quickly place an order for the following day as we were expecting 125 girls and mentors in attendance. I had issues with the account I originally created and reached out for help. I was contacted that same afternoon and was able to place the order. I arrived at the addison location early and was pleased to find out that Carlos, the manager, and staff, had everything ready to go. Not only that, I needed to add three coffee travelers last minute and they executed this request in less then 15 mins. They helped carry everything out and helped save the day. I was in and out and on time! Everything looked fresh and tasted delicious! The catering department abs manager both followed up a few days later to ensure everything worked out. The event was a success and we received lots of praise from parents, mentors, and most importantly students! It's community coming together that helps us continue with our efforts and we want to personally thank this Addison location, Carlos, and his wonderful staff for going above and beyond! read more

Unless if you have lots of time to kill, avoid this one! There were many employees standing around and I was the only one ordering. A lady takes my order and passes it to cashier (you need two separate people to take orders and get paid, really?) and then the order gets tossed to the cook (a.k.a. re-heater). I only ordered two identical sandwiches and it took roughly 15 minutes to get it fixed up. The slowest point was getting an employee to be willing to re-heat the ingredients and assemble the sandwich.
