The nice lady behind the counter who was courteous enough to hop off the phone when I entered explained, a bit uncomfortably but to the best of her ability, that the person who runs the workroom doesn't care to have used goods in her environs, and suggested I take them to my dry cleaner for repair. That's right, they don't care to work on "used goods," even when they are products of Good Goods!
