My wife and I love this place. Came here for first time while taking a day trip out of San Antonio. While exploring Seguin decided to check Yelp for a good burger. The place is not a fancy, pretentious, fake "gourmet burger" rip off. The food is solid, no, better than solid, it is GOOD. The young people behind the counter are happy and actually pay attention when you order. They bring your order to your table with a smile. Kudos to management in staffing appropriately (always appears more than enough staff to handle any amount of customers.) This is great, especially when you see other establishments trying to have the minimum number of staff with customer service usually suffering. The burger is delicious and fresh. The fried pickles, onion rings and fries are great. No soggy middle with these items. While not the only reason, Kirby's Korner has convinced me and my wife to look for property in Seguin. The food, the people (staff & customers) and the town are authentic and pure. Do yourself a favor and go to Kirby's. read more

This place claims to be "the best burger in Texas". Shame on you. The burger was over cooked, the lettuce was wilted, the Swiss cheese and bacon were cold, the mushrooms came out of a can, all basic ingredients on their signature Kirby burger for $6.59. This place really sucks. If you are local I guess it's food fodder. If you are passing through, don't stop. Keep going. This product is bogus. Chili's is right across the street sorta'. They serve a lot better product for the $ and they are a national chain of mediocre. It's a given some people just lack good taste. Or that I lack any at all. read more

Excellent burgers and the best veggie burgers I've ever had. This place is great because they make a good burger at a decent price and they're not full of themselves. They just deliver great service and good food. We worked in Seguin for about 6 months and now we stop there every time we are driving through the area. This is a great place for a motorcycle or classic car eating destination. Grab a Kirby burger and then swing on up to Dick's Classic Car Museum and you'll have a good outing. read more

great family burger place! love the seasoned fries. chicken sandwich is good too. buy a Kirbys cup for .50 refills anytime. salads are delcious. my only complaint and it silly, i dont like the shredded lettuce they use on the burger. it like the lettuce subway uses on their sandwiches. Just reviewing their veggie burger for any vegetarians. In a town with limited choices, I am thankful that Kirby's has a vegetarian burger and they can add grilled onions to it, making it a really good veggie burger. I also ask them to add pickles and onions, since it comes with tomatoes and lettuce and mayo. Hold the mayo, add mustard, no cheese, and toast the bun-viola, it it really tasty. read more

To be honest, I don't get the charm some folks have with this burger joint. Sure, the food is good enough but it's nowhere near the "Best Burger I've ever had" type of place. Quite delicious! My family stopped here travelling from Dallas to San Antonio. We had never been here, but was glad to try it. The patio was very enjoyable, despite it being July in Texas. We got the namesake, Kirby Burger, and enjoyed a delicious treat. My mom got the Salad, and my wife got a grilled chicken sandwich. Everyone loved the top quality food, and had a great meal. The servers bring the food right to you, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very fun, family atmosphere. The only reason it got 4 stars was the prices slightly higher than expected. It was almost $20 for 2 people. But then again, if you pay more than you would at a fast good chain, you should expect better food, and Kirby's definitely delivered. read more

Kirby's is everything I want in a burger place. Super fast, freshly made yummy burgers, and thick shakes. My only complaint is there not one closer to I reside. But every time we find ourselves near or in Seguin we stop. The cajun fries aka curly fries are some of the tastiest. Burgers are a deal for their price. I hate to write a bad review about a local business since covid 19 has closed and crippled so many places. I have eaten here three times in two and a half years and two out of the three times the food was not good . The first time the food was pretty good but the second time we ordered chicken fried steak sandwiches to go which was fried hard and burnt so bad that we threw them away. Called Kirby's and they offered to give us FREE sandwiches the next time we came by. Well we just crossed Kirby's off out list off places to eat. Today we were looking somewhere to get food annd since Whataburger's drivethru was packed we decided to give Kirby's a retry. Mistake . Again the chicken fried steak was fried hard and burnt plus the Patty melt was just terrible ( we did not redeem our free sandwiches from the year before). But on a brighter side the cajun fries and onion rings were good. Kirby's you will survive without our business but we will not ever come back. read more

While my son and I were staying in the area, we wanted some good take-out. After reading reviews, we decided to give Kirby's a try. He picked up cheeseburgers and curly fries. By the time he made it back to the cabin, the burger were still delicious and the fries were yummy. To be honest, I was a little disappointed he only got a regular size instead of a family order of the fries! I will definitely be back next time I'm going through Seguin, or I may just make it a family day trip. Definitely recommend. read more

I work in Seguin about once a week when I visit one of my offices there. First off, there is no where to eat other than fast food. I really avoid fast food, and burgers, and, in general, unhealthy food. BUT I was talked into eating at Kirbys once by my boss. HOLY SHIT this is amazing. It's like the old school burger joint with great onion rings, burgers, and I get if I got a milkshake it would change my life. I also really like this one gal who works there, maybe she owns it. She's always SO happy to be there. It makes me happy to see her happy. She loves her job and it shows. I've gone back a few times when I'm in town just to cheat a little bit on my general healthy-ness. But what the hell?! I run 5 days a week to enjoy crap like this-WHY NOT? read more

Gotta stop when I'm in town. I love their burgers. It seems like each time I go I'm just missing one aspect to make everything perfect. This go around the bun was dry. Last time my fries were greasy like the oil wasn't hot enough. And for whatever reason there's no more lemon or lemon juice for the sweet tea, only limes. Yuck. read more

Great place to grab a burger or salad. Plenty of parking for your bike or vehicle. Real friendly staff, with plenty of seating both inside and outdoors inder the pavilion. Great place for a large group or kids. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault. All the meals will fill even a trucker up for the long haul. This was first visit and we just happened across it. Order process was slow and the cashier was not friendly. No greeting or smile. We ordered a burger and a kid's basket. The food came out kind of slow but I think they might have been having a bad day. We ate outside and several employees were outside eating and talking about being short handed. The corn dog was hot and crispy as were the fries. The burger looked great but it was prepared incorrectly and we did not return it due to the wait for our food the first time. This place is always packed when I go for lunch. They have by far the best burgers in Seguin. They make them exactly how you want them. The fries that come with are regular or seasoned. I recommend the seasoned. The employees are friendly. The only down side of this place is that with the crowd of people in there talking, it makes it hard sometimes to hear your number called.
