    Salmon Teriyaki Rice Plate

Glad that we discovered this place for a nice dinner...first time here and it didn't disappoint us.. tried the bento box salmon teriyaki with house salad and veggie tempura which I really loved. Then my hubby ordered some sushi rolls that is delish specially the spider roll with the soft shell crab that is so crispy and crunchy. Servers are great and really very attentive to each customers. Place is cute and nice but needs to be more organized at the backend before the restroom.. new place new favorite

Looking for our next go-to Japanese restaurant and we landed here. This is in a nice little plaza with plenty of parking. There was also plenty of tables inside. The decor was nice and fun. We were seated and served immediately and our food came shortly after. Also, it was a weekday night so it wasn't too busy. We got some hand rolls and bentos so we can try a lot of items. I also got this pretty purple lemonade which I am guessing has blue pea flower tea in it to make the color vibrant purple. The handrolls were okay. I wasn't expecting the tuna to be cooked on the outside was hoping for a nice raw piece. The salmon handroll was better. Our bento was good, nice portion of things and I did enjoy everything in the bento. For someone who is entirely too spoiled with Japanese food, unfortunately this place did not hit the marks for me. But, it is a good option in this area with little Japanese food options. Prices were as expected. Staff was very welcoming and kind.

I think we came on an off day - there was no sushi available, so maybe the sushi chef called in sick? There was only one guy working who apparently was the host, waiter, server, bus person, and handled any to-go orders. There seemed to be one cook in the kitchen. We decided to give the other menu items a try since we were already there and we were encouraged by the great reviews. Alas, their udon, tempura, and salmon teriyaki were just average, and the chicken katsu was dry and bland, and we did not care for their katsu sauce. I could have sworn the katsu on the bottom was tonkatsu, which I did not order, but regardless, it doesn't say much for the food if you can't tell if it's dry chicken or pork! If I'm ever back in this area, I would try the ramen and sushi, which seem to have garnered much more favorable reviews.

I've been here like 6 or 7 times and usually had the Spicy Miso or Shoryu Ramen, and they're always fantastic but THE COCONUT CURRY RAMEN omg. 10/10 I literally texted two of my friends to tell them how good this ramen was. The broth is a complex of complimentary flavor profiles, the noodles are perfectly cooked, all of the ingredients mesh well. Definitely getting this from now on. Also, I've had their chicken gyoza and salmon sashimi in past visits and they were VERY good.

The staff is super nice and the food is good! The decorations were super cute. The presentations and the flowers on the food were so pretty that my mom wanted to bring it home with us. The food is definitely pricey for what it is, but overall fun

Not too hungry. Just wanted a good snack before a long road trip. :) Very nice service. Place was clean. I like that your clothes don't smell like food when you leave. Crispy Salmon Skin appetizer - if you love crispy skin, order this!! So good. Nice crunch. Not fishy. Love the seasoning on it, and don't forget to squeeze the lemon on top. Delicious with a side of rice. Ton Katsu appetizer - Good flavor. Great crunch. Not greasy. Perfect! House Green Salad - nice healthy side dish to have with my mostly crunchy meal.

The electricity went out before we came to dine here, and we were very appreciative of the owner who accommodated us and decided to keep the kitchen open, and we are able to eat their sushi and their premade food. The owner and his head server who I assume is his wife is very kind Dragon roll $18, is one of the top rolls. 7/5 Caterpillar $18 also good 5/5, and the Bengal 5/5 thank you did not disappoint. Their plating is beautiful. They brought a lush salad, overflowing, and a beautiful wooden bowl for curry with rice (an affordable $10) Really nice owner and server, great service and accommodation. So grateful for their hospitality and flexibility, beautiful and well made food.

Had a nice lunch on the way to San Jose! First time here and service was a bit slow. Everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. The restaurant was decorated beautifully during the Christmas holiday. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

Miracle. That's what Kiseki means (I asked the staff). I thought it was so beautiful and worth sharing up front in this review. + Family friendly + Beautiful indoor decor + Attentive, friendly and quick service + Still daydreaming about their ramen! + Kids loved their kids menu ramen. It was simple (just noodles and soup but you can add veggies and meat for for $) but portion was huge. + Variety of sushi options. Ask your server their favorite if you're having trouble choosing. + High quality ingredients you can actually taste. Very important for sushi! + Beautiful, creative dinner finale. It was simply orange slices peeled in a fancy way but it was a surprise touch at the end of our meal. + Green tea mochi *chefs kiss + Plenty of parking

Sooooo goood!! We moved near by and wanted to try something new and this is 100% going to be our go to Japanese spot. We got the kiseki roll-YUM- California and dragon roll. We also got gyoza and karagge chicken. Everything was fantastic and we will be back soon!

Went here last Saturday for dinner and got the Spicy Miso Ramen with a soft boiled egg. The server was great and food came out decently fast. The restaurant seemed to be lively, but the restaurant wasn't packed. It tasted very rich and tasty and I like the chashu a lot as well. The broth was rich and tasty as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I think next time I'll try the Chicken Karage Coconut Curry Ramen.

This is such a good ramen spot!!! This time I got the Coconut Curry ramen (chicken karaage) and okonomiyaki as an appetizer. Both were really good!!! The coconut curry ramen feels really unique and it tastes great. And the okonomiyaki was also really good, the variety of flavors and textures made for an enjoyable experience. The service and atmosphere are also great. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will definitely go to Kiseki again!

Just wanted to add some pictures of our recent dinner! The Terriyaki dinner plate is a good portion! You can upgrade with fried rice which is so tasty! Comes with Miso soup as well. When ordering the Sushi, don't forget to ask for the fresh wassabi! It's the best! They have updated their menue with lots of bento options as well!

The fish here is really fresh and I like how vast their menu is. If you love sushi, they got the goods. Like their sushi combos with the chef's nigiri and classic tuna and sake maki rolls. Highly recommend their special rolls as well such as the crunch spicy tuna roll (for that tempura crunch) and salmon lover special. If you're not that into sushi, they have bowls and bentos (udon, chirashi, tonkatsu). Really filling as it comes with miso soup and house salad. Overall, their fish to rice ratio is just chef's kiss. I appreciate how friendly their service is and how moderately priced everything is. More on the affordable side and large group friendly. Love this place downnnn.

Orders: House Salad Bowl had a beautiful array of red cabbage, lettuce, spinach, shaved carrot slices, edamame w/shell all tossed in a Demiya Yasai dressing. The salad was fresh & colorfully vibrant. The only preference I would have is that the edamame shell be removed so it is easier to eat. Other than the edamame, I would order this again. The Katsu Curry Chicken was generously portioned & the chicken not overly cooked so that it is dry. What always stands out for us is the curry sauce. It has the desirable heat, the taste & consistency that we look forward to. The Katsu Curry Pork was a noticeable size smaller than the chicken but all the components of the sauces remained the same as for the chicken curry. Since this is a small restaurant, the standing room is very limited & a small bench that is in the narrow pathway of the staff's entering & exiting the kitchen makes it a little cramped. So I would recommend either getting an early start to your lunch or dinner meals to avoid the busy crowd & standing room space.

While the atmosphere is beautiful and the restaurant is impeccably clean, the food simply did not measure up. The drink menu is somewhat limited, and although I enjoyed a glass of sake for $10, it felt overpriced compared to other sushi spots where you can often get a full bottle for around $16. We ordered four dishes, and the highlight was the cucumbers--well-seasoned and satisfying, leaving a craving for more. The garlic tofu was crispy and nicely presented, but served with the sauce on the side, it felt under-seasoned. When dipped into the sauce, it added some flavor, but it seemed more like a garnish than the main attraction. Garlic where were you? The California roll was so disappointing that I felt compelled to send it back. The sesame seeds overwhelmed the crab, and the overall taste suggested it wasn't fresh. The flavor left me uneasy, reminiscent of the discomfort one feels when questioning the freshness of seafood. My husband opted for the burger, which was a mixed bag. The fries were fantastic--well-seasoned, crispy, and a definite highlight. However, the burger itself struggled; the bread was too thick for the patty, and the onions were poorly prepared, affecting the overall taste. Although it was cooked to perfection, it lacked the seasoning needed to elevate it. The salmon nigiri was particularly underwhelming. It tasted rubbery and lacked freshness. The rice was drenched in soy sauce, making it overly salty, and the topping of crumbs seemed to absorb moisture from the fish, leaving it dry and unappealing. Rather than highlighting the salmon, this detracted from the dish and ultimately missed the chance to showcase fresh ingredients. For the price, I wouldn't recommend Bamboo Sushi. The experience was forgettable, and I don't anticipate returning.
