Yes its pretty inside but the rude server and the not so good food is what stands out. Oh the miso soup tasted and looked like it came from a rinsed out chicken broth can(no flavor, no mushrooms) the salad greens tasted of storage and were limp, the fried rice was the worst I ever had in my life! Who puts heavy black pepper in fried rice? My hubby and I literally took one bite of the salad,rice,and soup. The female server never even asked if there was a problem as she took away full dishes of food. If you can't produce a good rice/salad/soup....why even have the restaurant? TASTE your food daily people. Please! To focus on being "fancy" while your food tastes horrid is a huge waste and is hurting your business. California roll was good, but was served a little too warm. I have ordered food for delivery from here 3 times now. Every time the delivery driver shows up they are missing 1/2 of our order. The delivery driver notices once they get to my door and I already pay/tip. I then have to call the restaurant and request them to send the missing food. Which then takes an additional 40 minutes, after already waiting an hour for my order. Do not order delivery from here if you want quality service. They do not offer compensation. read more

I wanted to love Kisoro... I wanted a great sushi experience here in Clarksville, but after 2 disappointing attempts I won't be trying again. The first attempt was never delivered, and I have reasons to believe Kisoro's side of the story (Uber Eats driver to blame). I definitely do not recommend ordering with them through Uber Eats! Order directly with them instead. Second attempt was an order for pickup. The fish was good. My wife like the miso. They had a pretty good menu and the combos were a decent value. However, the rolls were a little underwhelming both in size and presentation. We had ordered quite a few rolls with avocado, and it was still rock-hard unripe and that's a huge problem to just overlook and keep packing up really sub-par quality food. It had to be like cutting carrots when they sliced it up. Theres not really much to praise here. We weren't happy with the quality and will continue to go elsewhere. read more

Stopped in this evening on veterans day to get sushi for take out and staff failed to get the simple order correct. Spicy California rolls one would think would have spice. Especially since the young lady and I had a discussion regarding what was used. Well after arriving home and opening order guess what. No spicy mayo nor tempura. The key ingredient to a spicy roll and it's missing. The store was not busy and it was late in evening there is no excuse. Attempted to call the store mutiple times and no answer. I have to say probably some of the highest quality sushi I have ever had and I have been around the World 3 times ppl. The Sashimi Deluxe was pure and magnificent at the same time. The complexity of the sashimi dish may be lost on others but I feel its the only real decider between good and great quality fish. Kisoro is the real deal and I would normally hand them a five star badge of honor but I am encompassing all aspects of our meal. Unfortunately my daughters shrimp fried rice had issues, the shrimp was overcooked and flavorless. Otherwise the fried rice had a great lite flavor. I am always ready to try a new restaurant in this town. I was pretty happy to be the guinea pig on this one. Went with my husband for dinner. Small intimate place, tables are pretty close together and there is only room for one in the restroom, but neither was a problem for us. The dining room was full but that did not show in our service. Staff was very attentive and pleasant, drinks filled quickly, plates removed almost as soon as we finished. Very pleased. The menu is pretty extensive, with choices for both lunch and dinner, and a kids menu. My husband had hibachi shrimp and filet. His portions were perfect for him (twice what I could have eaten!) Cooked to just right, not over or under seasoned. We asked about drinks on the menu but were told they only had beer for now; I am guessing this is due to a holdup on their ABC license. We had tea instead, which I probably won't do again-very weak-but if that is my biggest problem with a brand new place I think they are doing pretty well. Overall I don't know if it will replace my top choice for family meals but they do have an extensive and reasonably priced menu, it is close to home, and placed just right for movie night. read more

Went here with a party of 6 on a Friday late afternoon. Husband had the sashimi appetizer. Fish was sliced so thin that you could read the menu through it. I had egg roll appetizer... nice and crispy, but devoid of any flavor. My son was the only one who got sushi (18 year old boy so not a discerning critic). He said it was just ok and like grocery store sushi. The rest is us got hibachi chicken with fried rice. There was so much sauce on the chicken that mthe dish was more like a sticky soup. First time coming here and I had the pork gyoza appetizer and the shrimp hibachi with fried rice, and noodles on the rice. The appetizer was disappointing as it was cold and had a near burned bottom with the rest being super soft, personally I enjoy an all around crispy one but that may just be me. The shrimp were plentiful and plump, the sauce was nothing special. The noodles and the fried rice were both very good! Although I'm in no rush to come back, I've seen lots of reviews about their sushi rolls so I do think I'll be back again to try one and maybe something teriyaki. read more

We had one of the sushi plates (I can't remember the name - husband ordered) and then we each ordered one each of the seafood and chicken yaki (noodle-dish). WOW! Excellent sushi - all rolls I have tried are incredibly flavorful and artistically served! The chefs' pride in their work is evident in the beautiful and creative presentation of their rolls. We have had rolls, hibachi, and teriyaki dishes here. All have consistently been amazing. Reason for a 4 (and not 5) star review: I ordered a vegetable hibachi and asked for a fried egg on top for some added protein and was told no - note that they have eggs. I then asked for some tofu instead, they reluctantly agreed after some consultation with their manager and chef. Shouldn't be that difficult to make a simple modification. This place was good. My son loved his hibachi shrimp with noodles my husband and I enjoyed our sushi and for dessert we had the tempura vanilla ice cream which was also tasty. The ambience is very nice in my opinion for this area. Bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. Service was great, everyone was very attentive and they made sure we were well taken care of. Chicken teriyaki was terrible it was made with chicken breast instead of chicken thighs and the sauce wasn't sweet. Worst chicken teriyaki I've ever had. I did enjoy the miso soup, salad, and cali roll that came with the meal. My husband had the philly roll which was good and a shrimp tempura roll I didn't like the sauce on it. Their hibachi combo was ok, plenty of food and comes with salad (it's actually just lettuce with a tomato slice). The dressing is very watery. Their crab rangoons were a turn off, WHY is it so sweet?! It left a weird after taste. Their fried rice is so bland with no flavor.
