I was fortunate to speak with a plumber named Matt, who returned my call within a matter of minutes. He requested that I send him photographs of the water heater's model number and the unit itself. After reviewing the images, Matt promptly called me back and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to restore the water heater to working order. Remarkably, his guidance proved effective, and I was able to resolve the issue. Once again, the unit has hot water. What truly stood out during my interaction with Matt was not only his willingness to share his technical knowledge but also his remarkable patience. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once.
