Half a block away you will see the orange sign of Home Depot. And about a block and a half away, you will see Trader Joe's located under the 59th St., Bridge. So if you need a reason to come to FIRST AVENUE..., you have Trader Joe's and Home Depot waiting for you, and Rodney's too, and a nearby Starbucks. When we were asked if we were ready to order entrees, I explained to the bartender that we need the check because that tuna was absolutely awful and should never be served to a guest. He looked bewildered but gave us the check. We were charged $25 for that obviously expired tuna tartar. Now that I've checked Yelp, I see that the restaurant has multiple health code violations.
