The owner or manager tried to make an excuse that there was a glitch with their system which was clearly BS, which was confirmed. This was not only unprofessional, it was blatantly disrespectful to customers who specifically came to watch one of the biggest televised events of the year. A business has no place forcing personal opinions, biases, or politics onto guests who are simply trying to enjoy a nationally broadcast program. The most upsetting part was watching my daughter become visibly upset after being excited all day to watch the performance, only to have it ruined by a staff member's personal decision. No customer -- especially children -- should have to miss part of a major event because an employee decided their preferences mattered more than the patrons'. Bad Bunny is a Grammy-winning global artist, and Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory. Regardless of anyone's personal views, deliberately censoring part of the Super Bowl broadcast is inappropriate, exclusionary, and completely unacceptable for a public establishment.
