Then I realize that he was all alone in the bar, not only was attending to us. This kid didn't even flinch. Continue to take care of every one of us very attentive and then the doors open up he had about 25 people altogether came in and came up to the bar. This kid did not flinch. You have a gem with this guy Joe I offered to help him as much as I could cause I saw that you know it was just overwhelming. He said I will take care of everything as his quote to me. I got you I said if you need me, I'm right here because I've seen it before this kid took care of a full bar too deep I might say also six tables of average three to table and just made your place run amazing so my advice is this when you find the guy like Joe you hold onto this kid like Grimm death and don't let go employees like a guy like Joe a few and far between you would do your company and yourself a service to make sure that you hold onto him and make him happy and keep him with you because there was never I've never seen a better ambassador for any place that I've gone to then watching this kid work today again I'm a bar owner. I've been a restaurant business. I'm a chef and I have never seen one kid run a place like that kudos to him. The service was also just okay. Our waitress wasn't very personable. I ordered the Island Rum Punch, and it was terrible. When I mentioned that it didn't taste right, she explained they were out of one of the liquors that normally goes into the drink. She never offered to replace it or let me choose something else. Instead, I ended up asking for more simple syrup just to make it somewhat drinkable. The entire experience felt mediocre and lackluster. Between the disappointing food, underwhelming service, and poorly handled drink issue, it just wasn't money well spent. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning to this establishment.

Last night at Fat Fish was one of those perfect summer nights. Great food, great friends, live…read moremusic, and an unbeatable waterfront atmosphere. What I appreciated most was that we never felt rushed. We were able to relax, enjoy dinner, have drinks, and spend time catching up with old friends without feeling like we needed to give up our table. The menu has so many great choices, but the swordfish was absolutely outstanding--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a beautiful evening on the water with excellent food, great service, and a fun atmosphere, Fat Fish is definitely worth a visit.
