Stopped by La Supreme Pizza for dinner with family a few weeks ago and had a great time all around. It was a first time visit for most of us, but we came based on a recommendation that they had one of the best Sicilian pepperoni slices in the area. If you're wondering, yes, it totally lived up to the hype. What else went well? The service and really all of the other food we ordered. Just a positive experience overall. La Supreme Pizza is a small pizza shop located in a strip of businesses. There's plenty of free parking shared among the other shops. The inside does have a few tables if you want to enjoy your food on site. We were a party of seven people and took up almost half of the seating area. The staff was really accommodating and helpful as we tried to organize the order for so many people. All of the food was great. Some standout items for me included the Sicilian Pepperoni slices, stuffed garlic knots, and the plain slice. Highly recommend any of these items. My first visit to La Supreme Pizza was a hit. My family and I would definitely return in the future the next time we're in Oakdale. read more

This one was hard to review. I wanted to give 3 and a half stars. We were in this strip of businesses for an afternoon show at CM theater. Starving when we got out, the pizza smelled great from outside the doors, so in we went. Five tables inside a small old school looking pizza place. Four of them occupied on a Saturday around 5:30pm. Went to the counter, 2 girls behind the counter, one gentleman making pizza. No one acknowledged my presence when looking in the case full of decent looking pizza. I asked if I could please have 2 regular slices, a pepperoni slice and a grandma slice. I didn't see any fountain drinks so I picked a can of soda out of the case. The young girl put the pizza in the oven and another girl brought all of the pizza to the table on a tray. We got our own plastic utensils and there was salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheese and napkins on each table. The regular cheese pizza was great! Cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. Crispy on the bottom, soft and chewy on the inside. Hot and a tad bit greasy. The size of the slices were different though. One was big and one was small. The pepperoni slice was weird. You would think it was a regular cheese slice with pepperoni on top. But it wasn't anything like the other cheese slices. It was thicker with a lot more cheese and a lot less sauce. The pepperoni was the best part. I don't know what was going on with this slice. There was a plastic squeeze bottle of honey on the counter, but I didn't use it. It just said "honey". (Not Hot) Lastly, the grandma slice was super fresh. Corner slice with a flavorful sauce. A hint of garlic without obvious chunks and the cheese to sauce ratio was on point. However, it was cold! Not luke warm, cold! I don't know why or how it came to the table this way. We didn't have time to wait again for it to be warmed up. It's a shame, it would have been so much better if it was hot. Oh and the can of soda was warm. Cold can, war soda. Whaaat!? We weren't asked to pay before sitting down. I guess it was the honor system until we finished eating? Regardless, we cleaned the table and went to the counter to pay. I was the first person on the line and the same girl who took my order played with the register for about 2 minutes after I told her I'd like to pay. She scrolled and scrolled and then said "would you mind waiting a few minutes?" and proceeded to help the next customer with a pick up order. I was pushed off to the side but didn't leave her sight because we had to go. She looked at me again and asked "what did you order again?" I get it. It was 15 minutes ago and we didn't pay right away, but you could have said 5 minutes ago that you didn't recall what we had instead of pushing me to the side to help someone else. It just didn't sit right with me. So after I told her what we ordered, she asked me a second time as she fumbled with the register! I told her again and I asked her for a receipt. She told me a "cash total". Hmmm, I thought we weren't doing that any longer in NY without signage. I had the cash and handed it to her. She gave me the change but no receipt. I had to ask for that again as well. So again, this was a tough one to review. It was our first time. The food was hit or miss. There was no customer service (with the exception of the girl who brought the tray of food over to the table). No thank you for coming or have a nice day. Would we go back? Yes, if in that strip of stores. Otherwise, we would keep driving down the road until we hit The Pizzeria in Bayport. No food pics as we were in a rush. read more

Being in this area, they have a pretty good buffalo chicken slice. Normally I review places after trying it multiple times but this deserves a good review. Very friendly service, ambiance is cool it's a small local pizza shop. I got a buffalo chicken slice well done with a side of bleu cheese. Now the slice was good I do wish it had been spicier and the chicken was crispier. Their bleu cheese seems to be home made with thick chunks of the bleu cheese. Decently priced pretty good pizza. I want to try more of their menu options however their buffalo chicken is pretty good. And that says a lot from someone who lives in Nassau county and has had the best pizza ever all around queens and the city. This is a spot I want to try more of and decently and fairly priced. Stopped in today for their spaghetti & meatballs lunch special and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and organized. There were tables outside with umbrellas for the nice weather. Each table had napkins and seasonings. The lunch was very very good! A generous portion of spaghetti and two smallish but delicious meatballs. They even included two garlic knots! I'd grab this special again in a second and I'd also like to try others. Nice work! read more

I did not have a good experience yesterday (3/10/26) when I came in for a slice of pizza with a friend. The young woman behind the counter was not friendly at all and it felt like she was annoyed that we were there. I also don't understand how an eating establishment does not have a bathroom for customers to use.... Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. read more

They don't care about people. I ordered DoorDash they made the dasher wait over 30 minutes for 1 pizza pie. These people are trash. I left the dasher an extra 5 bucks but that mustve been over an hour of his time. I called to complain, they told me to get lost. read more

Stopped by as I passed the strip mall where this pizza joint was located. Did a quick check on my benchmark cuisine (garlic knots and vodka sauce), and stopped in as per the stellar reviews for same. Sometimes I am bitterly disappointed, but this time I was not! Tale of the tape: Garlic Knots I got them hot to go, and witnessed a procedure I've never seen before in garlic knot preparation. After a few minutes in the oven, they were brushed with a combination of garlic butter and parsley, after which a sprinkling of parmesan cheese was applied to all knots in the tin! Whoa! The knots are large in size, have a light crisp and an airy texture which I've never experienced before in a garlic knot. The garlic flavor is definitely present, and overall I am impressed enough to give these knots a very good to bordering on greatness rating. I would definitely buy them again! Chicken alla Vodka slice Again, given the positive ratings, I was fortunate to get the last chicken vodka slice in the case. The crust is amazingly light and airy, despite its half inch thickness. The chicken is plentiful, and has a decent amount of vodka sauce among it . . . Perhaps the only part of the slice that comes up short is the mozzarella on top, but it doesn't take away from the goodness of this slice. The sauce is creamy and savory, enough for me to be enthusiastic about ordering a vodka pasta dish from this pizza restaurant. read more

Went today for the first time . Very delicious . I saw a Detroit style pizza thay caught my eye and it was amazing . Grandma style was very good too . La Supreme has all the elements of great pizza baked right inside. First and most important a nice sweet, tangy tomato sauce, sandwiched in between their crispy crust and some nice chewy, pillowy mozzarella. Interesting tidbit is that the slices are little fat triangles. A nice change, which makes them easy to handle. What a great place !!!! They catered my husbands birthday party and the food was fabulous !!!! I've never eaten here so I figured why not try out the pizza before having them cater. Both my daughters and I loved the pizza especially the garlic knot crust pizza. I ordered pizza, pepperoni pizza, penne with vodka sauce, garlic knots (best I've ever had) tossed salad and Caesar salad for 60 people and everyone raved about the food and the leftovers were delicious the next day!!! I would rate la supreme pizza three and a half stars. They have an interesting selection of pizzas including stuffed pizza, vegan cauliflower pizza, and pizza with garlic knots along the crust. This local Pizzeria in Oakdale has become our go to fave. They have a great regular slice, what more can you ask for? They have a good selection of specialty pizza's and your standard Italian dinner entrees. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and presentation of food is fresh and yummy looking! I grew up in Oakdale and ate more slices than I can count in the restaurant it replaced. Thanks so much to Vinny and La Supreme Pizza for catering our family party. For years, we have been regularly ordering take out and love the pizza and pasta dishes. Vinny was so easy to work with (he modified the catering menu to meet our needs - seafood linguini was awesome) he stopped over the house on the morning of our party to hand deliver some supplies and gave us a really great price - much better than any of the local competitors. Was very disappointed with the food from this pizzeria. Have ordered from here in the past with no issues but this time everything was horrible from the meals to the desert. The baked ravioli as covered in greasy oil and the chocolate cake was old, stale and a melted mess. The chicken sandwich was supposed to have fresh spinach on it but it was cooked and bitter!
