I scanned the barcode to pay and odd charges immediately started and lasted a few days. My bank declined all the fraudulent charges and said this is common with the scan codes. We enjoyed the hot wings they were just the way I like, old school hot sauce the chicken was crispy so good I guarantee I'll order them every dang time I walk through that door. Serena T is the WORST server ever!! She took my order, INCORRECTLY! and I never saw her again! I had to ask front staff for a refill and ate the food that was not as I ordered because Serena never came to check on me I waited 10 minutes for a check at my table but Serena was nowhere to be found. Last night my wife and I and another couple ate here. The server was very good. My friend and I had the garlic steak sandwich. I felt it was very average. It was more like a regular French dip. it did not compare to the one at Yard House and definitely not like the garlic steak sandwich at the old Pheasant Club! My wife had the steak salad which she really liked. The reason for the low score is because my friend's wife ordered Brussels sprouts with chicken. When she started eating it she discovered a piece of plastic wrap about 4x4 inches mixed in her dinner! Of course the server apologized and brought another dinner which arrive when we were pretty much done eating. The mgr came over and also apologized. However when the bill came they charged her for her dinner with no discount. The food was very good. The restaurant looked nice and was comfortable. My issue was the prices of wine. They seemed very high to me. A couple of 9oz glasses of wine were $30 per glass. My family loves to drink wine and order it often when we go out. I know they wouldn't be willing to pay $30 for a glass of wine nor would I. This is one of the fancier places around here. This is a nice place to go to and people even dress up. It has lots of seats, but Friday night can have wait time. The place has inside and outside seating for restaurant. It also has a bar with TV screens with sport programs running. They have a full menu and special cocktails. Some foods are vegan like pizza. Vegans would not have a lot of options, but at least a few. The menu is fusion and modern American pub type of restaurant kind. All of the cocktails and food has been very tasty and good. We have had different options and all has been well. The service is very pleasant, attentive and quick. The place is kind of pricy and I always spend way more than I would like to. We LOVE it here! It's modern and CLEAN. The Kitchen747 Burger (added jalapeño) and the pepperoni pizza are always so good. If you get the wedge salad, I recommend adding ribeye. The garlicky steak is amazing, especially if you love garlic like I do. The service is always amazing. We love Zack, he is always ensures we are taken care of and makes the best drinks. He always smiles while greeting us and is very friendly and provides us great service and conversation. He also makes great drinks in a very timely manner even when he's busy the wait for a cocktail isn't long. The food is solid we usually split a pizza but also enjoy the garlicky steak sandwich and burgers. If you get the wedge salad add rib eye it's good. Well we actually come here all the time. I've came with family numerous times, I've dined here with friends, friend groups, sat at the bar a few times... sat outside with the mist on, we bring friends and family who are visiting us from out of town. We really love this spot. Not only is the food great, but the location is too! I think I have a lot of photos of us eating here and a lot of photos of us outside as well. I really enjoy the cauliflower appetizer. Not sure if it's seasonal. The bartenders are so fun! And the servers are very friendly, one of them looks like Jake Gyllenhaal. Walking in, the music was fun and the energy was so enticing. There was little to no wait for us. Our server Rileigh was 1000/10 from the jump! From her recommendations to her attentiveness, I don't think we had to ask for one thing, she made sure we had everything including sauce and napkins and never let our drinks go empty. The food was AMAZING! My boyfriend got the bbq burger and Rileigh let us know that the patty was grounded in house and wow I tasted the freshness. I got the chicken pesto and it was perfection. Kitchen747 is a great place to come with family and friends and hang out! They have a pretty large location so there is a ton of seating inside and outside. The outside patio is partially covered so you can get a nice seat in the shade depending on the time of day. I saw there is even a rooftop patio, which aren't super common in Sacramento so it would be such a nice place to come in the spring/fall or a summer night when it's cooler weather! We made reservations on their website. It's Father's Day weekend so the availability was pretty limited. Even though we came at 3:30 the place was pretty packed. They were going to seat us at a table that was mostly in the sun so I asked if we could move to one in the shade and they easily accommodated us. It's a family friendly place too, with a full kids menu and plenty of high chairs to go around. For our party of 5 adults, we ordered 3 pizzas, a burger and a sandwich and we still had tons of leftovers. The pizzas are pretty large so just take that into account if you're sharing with the table. Highly recommend the elote pizza! It's on the seasonal spring special menu though so I don't think it'll be around much longer. The other pizzas were good but nothing super special. Our server recommended the Chilton combo pizza but just tasted like a regular veggie combo pizza to me. The Maui Wowie was okay but I found it a little odd to have all the olives on a Hawaiian pizza. The Elvis burger was very delicious, the bread choice was great but the jam made it even softer than it already is, so that was the only downside to the burger itself. The garlicky steak sandwich was recommended by the server also and that one was super good - bread was a little thick but loved the thinly sliced tender meat. One of my favorite parts was the blackberry mocktail I ordered. It has ginger soda and lime in it but isn't too strong and mostly tasted like a blackberry soda, super yummy! There is a kids menu as well and the portions were very generous. However I noticed the menu said it came with milk and I realized later we never actually got milk. The servers were very good about asking which kids needed water cups though, but my son would've definitely loved some milk! Customer service was great. The hostesses were accommodating, although not the most smiley of people. But our server was super nice and very patient with us while we were multitasking with the babies. He even brought out a strawberry lemonade that my brother in law asked if they could make, even though it wasn't something on the menu. I think the only downside about our experience with the outdoor seating was the huge amount of flies everywhere, it was just crazy! They are obviously aware of it, because they have these little fans at tables to help keep flies away but they did not help us at all. Another table had even finished eating and gave us their fan to add to our table. It made me less hungry and even less interested in taking leftovers. I can't count it against the restaurant though, and I hope to still come back but try out indoor seating instead. read more

Giving them a 3/5 due to inconsistent quality of food and customer service. Sometimes food is great, other times (like today) food is not good at all. Price is too high to not be consistently good. Got the meatballs today (which sometimes are SO good), they were hard to cut through, barely warm, and cheese not close to being melted on the polenta. Not sure if they were frozen and then barely thawed out to make them that way, but they were not edible. The meat balls are $21 for 4 of them. Not worth it. The service today was good, but every other time we get a service that is not attentive or not friendly. Drinks are always really good and we love the layout, so unfortunately after today we will only be getting drinks. We have tried many things on the menu (salads, meatballs, burgers, pizza) as we've been coming since they opened and they are all inconsistent. Gave this food a lot of chances, but won't be spending more money on the food. There's other Roseville staples we would rather spend a pretty penny on that are more consistent regularly. We never complain and always end up paying for the items we don't like/eat (bc I feel bad complaining and I know that's my fault for not speaking up.. not trying to hey free food), but no longer willing to chance the food not being good. read more

Decided to come here for a girls brunch on Sunday morning. The service was excellent and the food was really good. I only managed to snap a picture of the appetizers (garlic fries and beer bartered Buffalo cauliflower but it was delicious!) there is a beautiful outdoor seating area that is shaded. Disappointing and Overpriced - Never Again I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Kitchen 747 in Roseville, CA, and it was nothing short of disappointing. Here's why: No Heat - Miserable Atmosphere We were seated in an unheated area, which was already uncomfortable. When we asked to be moved, they placed us in the back near a door that kept opening, letting in freezing air. Everyone around us, including ourselves, was so cold we had to eat with our coats on. Terrible Food Quality The food was atrocious. Some of it was cold, and parts were literally frozen: The salmon burger was mushy, cold, and fell apart into a mess as soon as I took a bite. My daughter-in-law's meatball sandwich had a partially frozen meatball inside. My son's Maple Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon was drenched in an overwhelming pool of syrup, which ruined the dish completely. Even the fries were cold and stale. Unbelievable Cost We paid over $200 for what essentially felt like microwaveable food. This kind of price point comes with high expectations, and Kitchen 747 failed spectacularly. A Birthday Ruined This was supposed to be a celebratory dinner for my birthday. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and embarrassing night that I tried to endure without showing just how unhappy I was. Final Thoughts: I strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time and money here. Kitchen 747 overpromises and severely underdelivers.
