This place is a 3 star food wise but because if the owners it's a 4. So let's jump in- the Mongolia beef was way less than desirable it is not an item I would re order. The butter garlic rice is pretty good. General toas chx is good as well. Pot stickers not to shabby. Golden bowl still unfortunately is better and that sucks cause I dislike the service while Kitty's service is really good. The fact that they also sell burgers and fries should have gave away that they weren't going to be that good. The portions were a good size, and their fried rice was amazing(coming from someone who doesn't like fried rice). The orange chicken was horrible. It was all bread. This place has great food! They are my favorite so far since I moved here. The food is pretty consistent and the service is always great. I have brought many visitors and they all love it. My family in Tracy make me bring the General Tso chicken when I visit. That dish is my favorite as well. The portions are also very good. read more

This place is disgusting! I can't believe anyone would give more than the required one star. I ordered fried zucchini and it came in inch thick pieces with some funky batter with minimal taste. The Mongolian beef taste was way off and the color of the meat looked sickly. The teriyaki chicken I got came out looking like it could be human flesh covered in sweet and salty sauce. Placed an order for delivery but the lady mentioned it would be an hour before it arrived..so, I decided to pick up myself. When I got there, I was greeted & in & our in a timely manner. The lady up front told me since I picked up due to the wait for delivery she gave us an order of free egg rolls. Not overpriced & the food is great!! General chicken was so good (ask for extra crispy), house rice was delicious as well. Husband liked the Beijing beef & the chow mein. Best Chinese food in Manteca. The owner Kitty was very welcoming as well as her husband. I ordered to-go and while we were waiting her husband offered free drinks to us, shortly after we got our drinks he also gave us free calendars! They also have free cream cheese wontons! I love coming here. This is the best Chinese food I ever had in my life. They don't put that MSG SHIT in their food. They use real quality ingredients. I like to come here every other week. The owner of this restaurant is very nice and friendly. The restaurant is very clean compared to some of these other disgusting Chinese restaurants I've been too. These people know how too cook. We haven't stopped coming back! We've had other Chinese food locally, but for us, Kitty's is tops. Their vegetables in their dishes are crisp, correctly cooked and the sauces are just right, plus they're non-MSG. We've really liked the Vegetable Delight, chow meins, and broccoli beef.
